I did get my Erda, and I posted some pics on instagram, but I haven't been using flickr much since I don't
have a pro account and they limited uploads, so I have not posted him anywhere to link from. I'm not keeping
his head anyway, I just wanted him for his body LOL for my Mirwen who had been hoping for a body like this for a long
while

My Erda is still on his way. Cleared customs this weekend.
He should have been here today. But surely tomorrow..! I hope to be able to post some pics/a box opening then.

I found one of my google photo pics of Erda when I was trying him out on the body before
I gave the body to it's rightful owner haha.

Haha Ravenwolf I bought Erda for EXACTLY the same reason. For my Mirwen who has needed a body like this for a long time. (My Mirwen I actually bought from you several years ago!)

My Erda hasn't arrived yet and while I'm not super enthused about his head I'd love to see your Mirwen on the body if you have pictures!

Oh I actually measured him for a friend @IngieBee and I got just about 60cm exactly with the head, and the body itself was about 50-51ish I think?

My Erda complete fullset came in yesterday, earlier than expected. Everything arrived safely and if I have any complaints, it's that the wig is slightly too big for him. Anyone else order his set experience that? Beyond that, the posing is amazing and everything is so pretty.

 

Congrats @Septunie glad he arrived safely. Do you have any photos of him? I'm dying to see owner photos to see if he'll work out for a character of mine.

 

Hello, I ordered the Erda designer complete set and received him last week. When I opened up the full set I realized I had gotten the outfit, but the butterfly wings and staff were missing. I contacted DDE right away and they had an extra set that they sent out to me. They arrived safely. The wig is a bit long on him. I figured I can trim it if I want. As for Erda, I love him. He is so much cuter in person than in the company photos. I can’t stop staring at him. I don’t regret buying him one little bit !

so many Erdas arriving home! It gives me hope that mine will show up before I pay off his layaway at DDE.
He looks so boyishly handsome, and I like his posing which I'd love to see more of. I wonder how he'll get along with my

I have not decided if he will keep the body, or if I will hybrid it out... And I am also trying to pinpoint his style.

 

I think owner pictures surpass FL pictures (not unusual, LOL) He's awesome, congratulations

 

@Yumeiro - he looks so good. why would you not keep the body? too boyish? just curious. I want him because of how well he poses.
his face looks better here without a wig than in the promo photos. congrats on his arrival.

 

@petiteballerine Oh, I meant that the body will go to another doll. I bought him for the body!
I have really not had any plans for the head.

 

@Yumeiro ahhhh his faceup looks so lovely in the photo you posted!! That photo really makes me think he'll be perfect for the character I had in mind for him!! ;w; I really love the faceup you did - especially those brows!

I've finally found a spark of interest in my dolls again! And mannnn, Erda looks SO nice! I just wish the new bodies weren't so skinny, he'd look like a twig next to my boy, Brink...

On that note, does anyone have Elf Rin or just Rin as a boy? I recently snagged a SUPER cheap Elf Rin from a local friend unexpectedly and I'm not sure where I want to go with it, boy, girl, color scheme/face up?!

One of my favourite couples to see around! They’re both so gorgeous!!

As for Rin, I can’t find a specific database for her, but there might be some pics in the f60 database here if you haven’t tried that already! I also agree that Erda is so small, I just got mine, and I absolutely love his size, but his character is canonically the shortest reaper in my series, so FL really came through for me, cause he couldn’t have been much taller.

 

Opps, I just noticed I haven't posted in here in a while! Congrats to everyone who has received their Erda! So nice to finally start seeing owners photos of him, he's lovely!
I can't wait to own an F60 boy someday! I personally love the look of the Motion Line body, but I can definitely understand why if wouldn't really suit everyone's tastes (or a wide range of character types).

@crazykimochi Aww, always love seeing Zephii and Brink!~ And I mentioned it before but i'm honestly super excited to see what you end up doing with your Rin, I think all of your dolls/characters are so well designed and memorable!~

Anyone here willing to welcome a Fairyland newb? I just ordered my very first Fairyland bjd a few weeks ago! I ordered a Feeple60 Ria through Denver Doll. I've never seen a Feeple60 in person so I have no idea what to expect but I'm excited!

 

Congratulations!! I love the feeple60 girls! Theyre so small compared to my other SDs, but they pose so well

 

@Chameleon - I have two SD girls and five SD boys. I've heard that Feeples are a little smaller than your average SD though?

 

They are! My feeple girl is 54cm, and my feeple boy is 57, I think

 

@Chameleon- Nice! I'm glad because the character she's going to be is fairly short compared to her brother Kio. Denver Doll gave me a general wait time of two months. If so, this will be the fastest I've ever received a doll.

 

That’s pretty accurate! I think I waited a little more than two months for my boy, but he was a Fullset, and painted, and that made him take a little longer. They’re fast though. Only Iplehouse and resinsoul have ever gotten me dolls faster!

 

That's really exciting, @TokyoLynn, congratulations! I got nuttin to add to what @Chameleon said other than to add, I think they make excellent short people against my bigger SDs . Only the very anime heads don't fit with my realistic style dolls, but since my eye is set to things like D&D now, they flow just fine.. humans, elves, dwarf and gnomes barbarian etc... It's all good that way

wow. two months. I'm over that now; probably the last in line. Erda looks so good in every photo. I think with a little tweaking to his faceup and a different wig, he could look a touch older. not sure what I'll do character-wise. Originally, I had plans to make him androgynous, wearing flowing outfits.
I really want to see who he fits with in my crew. you never know until they're next to each other. and I'm loving all the Feeple 60 girls you're posting!

 

My Erda arrived at Denver Doll and I almost missed the email for the final amount due. He'll be home soon! I can't wait to see him. I literally have nothing for him to wear. If he doesn't fit into my other guy's clothing he'll just have to wear the fullset outfit for a little while.

Thank you! Yes, but I didn't get the wings. Oh, I just remembered, I got the feeple event head too. I don't remember what it looks like. I can't wait to see him and my Carol together.

 

@Stokiaci - that's good to know about the event head. they said it would make your order take longer, so not really long at all.

Hi everyone! I received my blank NS F60 Erda head today and took a quick shot of him next to my Carol for a comparison and thought I'd share here in case anyone was interested. Strangely, I think Carol actually has the bigger nose!

 

@suzumebachi WOW congratulations!!!! I love their lips so much, seems erda’s head is bigger than Carol?

 

Wow they are so cute together! They could be siblings. I love Carol's nose it's so beautifully sculpted.

@malvinas yaay hi! I actually just shipped him out this morning on his way to cats10/Call Me Gorgeous to get their faceup done! I'm beyond excited for her to bring my androgynous girl to life. I think Erda will be perfect for that androgynous female/NB kind of look I've been wanting to shell.

 

Hi all, i just got my first feeple60 (the halloween 17 on the long legs body) and i have a very noob-y question. Is it normal that she cant sit fully? She can sit well enough, just with terrible posture.

 

Looking into Erda's body for a possible hybrid and was wondering if Fairyland's sd dolls have the same neck mech system that minifees do or is it a regular S hook setup?

Basically just curious on if I would have to immediately restring him upon arrival X,D

 

@Galahndriel Oh, congratulations on your first F60! I love the Halloween 17' sculpt!
Don't worry, that's a super common question/complaint a lot of F60 owners have about the Moe bodies. Personally I don't find much of an issue with making them sit up straight, but I have four of them so i've had a lot of practice haha~
Basically what I do while trying to make her sit is first double check before seating her that the extra "hip cups" in her leg socket are positioned correctly and that her bust joint is set into "neutral" position (not leaning back), seat her and just push her lower back/torso forward toward yourself with one hand until she is straight and you cannot push any more, then (while still holding the lower torso) use the other hand to pinch the legs together at the knees... and that's it! It definitely helps to have the toes pointed a bit inward, and to set the bust joint to face forward so she has a bit of a "slouch", but they aren't entirely necessary. Works for all my Moe bodies (normal and long-leg) every time!

@Alaia Yes, F60s have exactly the same type of neck mechanism as Minifees so if you plan to use the body for hybridizing you will have to restring him.
