@Ctrowbridge77 - Oh my...and your first SD size! Now that will be exciting for you. How awesome! I personally love the SD sized dolls...as you can get such expressions out of them.

@luluna - the dress is a foofy wonder! it's from Angel Studio and is only the under dress for a fabulous outfit with bejewelled bustier and flowered skirt.
it's not made for such a busty girl, so I pulled it down on her arms and chest as a fashion statement.

@petiteballerine I LOVED that dress! I wanted it to fit Feeple65's chest so badly haha, but I didn't order it for that reason. Now I see it's not even on their site, so I can't even gaze at the pics anymore whaaa. XD I'm glad to see someone who has it - floofy wonder is gorgeous!!

I was nervous about the size too, but I've really enjoyed dressing and photographing my Ingrid so far.

Only thing to remember about posing is the sitting. You need to push back on the legs to get her to sit upright. I don't want to say "lock them into place" because I myself can't feel anything and she doesn't really lock ike my other dolls, but you can twist the thigh until it holds better and once seated, she can hold it. It's mostly technique, but she can sit fine

I tried telling myself I was safe due to her size, but I think her size is another reason I like her so much. And that face!!

Yeah once you get the hang of sitting, it's not bad. I tried talking myself out of getting Ingrid too but something about her face was hard for to resist. I'm looking forward to seeing what you do as well as anyone else who's getting F65s!

Hey everybody,

So I just got the new feeple65 body and it came with this locking mechanism. The body is strung so tight that I have no clue how to get it off. I don’t want to break it. Everything is perfect except this donut to hybrid my BJD. Any help to get this off would be helpful!

 

@Holiday Start with a foot, and get a helper. After removing the ankle from the chord, remove the other side and keep all parts separate according to side or you'll have a hard time putting it back together. Don't throw the neck mechanism away, it is sought after.

 

Ahhh my Angela arrived today!!! She's super beautiful! I have to admit I don't *love* her eyebrows in the stock faceup I received (they seem rather exaggerated in person) but once I put a wig I liked on her they aren't really as noticeable. So no big deal.

She's my first SD, so I'm nervous since she's heavy and I have no idea which stand I wanna get her that will alleviate my nerves ahaha. I'm still trying to get her to sit right like y'all mentioned a few posts back! (Which, thank you btw)

Thanks so much @IngieBee! I hope you do too!! I actually feel like after the evening wore on I got used to her brows with a wig on. To be fair, I think I had to get a little used to the faceup when I got my Alicia from FL, and she is the total darling of my collection! And Angela is definitely now the coolest looking doll I own.

 

Yah, mine will be the only fullset in large size and I only have a very old fullset mini from a loooooong time ago!

 

@Ctrowbridge77 - Congrats! I'm glad she grew on you. Sometimes it takes some adjustments (like eyes and wig) to get them to look as you like.

Hello, I'm new here...After 9 years in the hobby, I finally have a new SD in my family. I was scared that I will not love her but I'm crazy about her.
Here my Ingrid, I named her Andrea.

 

Ooooohhhh I love halter tops, and she's just rocking that outfit! I'm noticing Angela and Ingrid both look super awesome with red hair! She's gorgeous @Lady Midori

 

@IngieBee : Thank you very much. I sewed her outfit myself, I wanted something different from her fullset. I already have several ideas for new outfits for her. ♥

So I was worried about having my Ingrid as a sister to Angela 2 because I did her faceup and it was not good enough to sit next to my incoming Angela, so I found an OE head for sale with the official faceup and bought it. She arrived today and is so pretty. I can't wait for Angela to come home so I can dress them up as fairytale sisters I'm going to ssve up for another body so I can put her old head on it Ingrid's so pretty I have no problem having 2

 

@IngieBee you can never have too many Feeple65 or fairyland in general.

So I ended up digging myself a bigger rabbit hole now by hybriding my Feepl60 Celine on the Feeply65 body without a neck connector. It fit so much better compared to having the neck connector. I've also found out the Feepl65 body work great on my other non-Fairyland floating heads. Just in time for the new Feepl65 Carol

Also, a plus points for Feepl65 can fit some SD16 clothing from volks.

Yah, if you can get rid of the neck connecter, the head will sit lower and look better I'm sure, but it's too much for me to do just to see how it looks, LOL.

Oh @luluna she looks so gorgeous as a redhead! I was wondering how that color would look on her, so I bought a reddish wig that hasn't arrived yet! So thank you for this pic!

Your Angela's eyebrows definitely look a lot more subtle than mine! Did anyone else get these hooked brow wonders on their stock faceup? I feel like they really change the look of her whole brow shape, but I can't actually tell which the prototype actually had since the wig mostly covers them in the FL pics.

LOL, sorry these are the worst pics. My phone is old and always distorts dolls, plus I just jammed on her stock wig in an attempt to cover the tails of her eyebrows and evaluate her faceup that way before pulling it back to take pics.

And @Ctrowbridge77 - Oh her brows are much more...dramatic. Brows really give off expression...so it's important to have a pair that work with how you intend your doll to look. But maybe her hairstyle can soften them with bangs or hide the ends? And I was surprised at how much I liked this lighter wig on my girl...which is nice to have options...(I still have a couple of wigs I want to test out on her...)

 

Right?? Ok it's not just me lol! They are very dramatic and I don't really love them since it makes her brow bone almost appear pointed in front. That being said, yes, I'll just style her wigs for now to minimized them and in no way is it a deal breaker in my love for her. It is a slight bummer since I had intended to keep the faceup, but I don't want to sound sour.

But hey, so maybe she gets a new faceup someday. I am curious if anyone else got the influencer drama brows version ahaha!

 

@IngieBee I feel so much better with the Feepl65 body now that she have been restrung with the correct tensions now.

@Ctrowbridge77 I also have hook eyebrows as well for Angela. Which is also why she currently have the bang purple hair instead of her default one

 

Oh yeah, they are a bit too!! But they look better from this angle vs. straight on. I'm also still holding out I'll just get used to them cause she's so pretty anyway!

 

Those eyebrows make me feel like she is an elf And I feel you , my phone warps everything too

 

Hello, I am looking for an information I can not find. I would want know the size of an open hand of a Feeple65. Is someone can help me ?

 

@Harikanu it seems that the normal hands sent, the right hand is the largest with a circumference of 10.8 cm . But you should know that for dressing, the hands come off easily, they are magnetic with a little bit of a locking mechanism that requires twisting until it pops off.

 

@IngieBee, Thanks for your return. I would want to know the length, to compare with the height of a pukipuki.

Speaking of elves...most if the ones I've seen so far she looks 'elf-ish' to me.

@Harikanu I no longer have any PukiPuki, but I do have RealPuki. You can see their relative size difference here - and here is a shot of one of my RealPuki (with a Puki Puki Ruby faceplate) in the hands of my F65 tan Ital. It probably won't properly answer your questions, since my F65 isn't clear.

However, I can show comparison shots of F65s any other CP doll other than LTF Babies and PukiPuki if there another size you know well. But please note, I don't own any female F65s (still awaiting a Lishe) and the boys are bigger.

And because its amusing - here's my tan F65 Ital, as mentioned above, with my tan Chicline Ital.

 

@TeaPartyRevolution, Thanks for the link to your photos, I have realpuki too, so the comparaison was useful for me.

 

It's so rare to see any Chicline dolls! They're both so cute

 

My Angela also has those curled eyebrows @Ctrowbridge77 and I will probably re-do her open eyed face plate at some stage which is a pity as the paintwork itself is beautifully done. Lovely to see all the Angela arrivals and of course the pretty Ingrids too.
