I'm still not sold on the seahorse parts, but hot damn I need that skull and those shoes.

 

Damn, those daggers look pretty awesome (and the shoes, and the skull) If those are a fullset thing I'm going to cry when I push the add to cart button.

 

Oh dear she looks so pretty I get like a pirate-mermaid vibes from her, those swords/daggers are really cool

I just don' t 100% get what theme they were going for her to be honest haha.

 

Ugh, I’m sold... I need her. I wonder if there will be different tail colors like Sia or just the one like Scarlet. I like the blue, but another color might look nice too. Like purple or pink.

 

The new girl is lovely...But I prefer the human version,because I don't use fantasy-parts. And the outfit But I don't like the wig again.

My problem is that I don't wanted to buy a new doll until the end of this year.And now are so many cool releases Don't know if I'm able to afford one.

Are there any news containing the eventitems?

 

From my experience in the past, they don’t release event item info until the day of, and then pictures a day or two later.

Ah okay...I don't remember.The last time I ordered was when Risse were released. But I saw the eventitem locked too hoa BabySnow said. I'm excited how they look.

 

OMG, someone help me, I need her human fullset with the belly dancer outfit and the daggers!

She is too amazing! I will definitely have to claim one. From the video it looks like the earfins may attach via magnets in the back of her head so she might be the only one that can use them.

 

She's gorgeous!! I might try and grab her fullset as well! I don't really know what I'd do with a seahorse but she's just stunning.

 

Can you guys advance up to her page now? I'm not getting her, but I sure am curious. (I am ordering in the event, though, so this locked event notice is killing me!)

@Loodles Her face I like, she can be sisters with my NF. But I feel her features are too fine for tan. I’m thinking white. I don’t know!

Anyway she’s obviously going to be a member of a harem who is a secret assassin. I’m so excited. I may need another sculpt in tan to take her role. But I already wanted this sculpt and now I want the outfit.

 

I'm in love with Alicia, it doesn't help that her sculpt name is my middle name. XD;; I'll definitely be grabbing a full set once I'm off work tonight with a friend~!
Her daggers are going to my MMO assassin, her tail to my Naga-like creature, and then her body/heads/ears will be the evolved version of my RLF Mari~!!
I'm happy that her set has enough things for more than one of my crew.

As for the number trick, it only works an hour or two before 5pm KST. So give it like... 9-10 hours and it should work. I've been doing it for years and each time it's only an hour or two before the event they start the event.

 

I need her but debating whether to order via fairyland or denver doll. If ordering via Denver would the event items still come with or without? I'm still trying to figure out the pros and cons of ordering from each one...?

I also want her in tan but going backing and forth because her features are so delicate looking..might not translate as well in tan than NS?!? Decisions decisions...

 

I've only ordered from DDE for my FL dolls. You definitely get your event items, etc. If anything is amiss with your order, they're also great with communicating to FL. And they offer layaway. The only drawback I've heard is that they don't underdeclare your order if you're an overseas customer worried about import fees, etc. Though, if you order from DOLK, they have layaway too and will underdeclare items--I order from them for other stuff, but their communication is not as great as DDE. And, Dolk doesn't offer FL dolls as soon as they're released. DDE has first dibs on FL dolls, so you can lock in your order faster if you're worried about that.

 

@Minismurf Yes, if you order from DDE you still get the event gift items when you spend the corresponding amount, and they offer layaway, usually 6 months for these bigger fullsets.

I'm going to order the human fullset in either NS or white. She will be sisters with my NF14. The fullset outfit and knives will probably go to another girl. My Rheia may get the outfit for the meanwhile. She would look great in tan. Hmmm

If my husband complains, I'll say, 'hey, you're the martial arts instructor with the knife and sword business on the side! It's your fault!' LOL

 

Also, if you’re in the US, shipping is cheaper because it’s local, not international. I actually emailed them earlier today about something and they responded within a couple hours. I was quite impressed by that.

She's killing me.

 

What the heck is her theme? Pastel colors + harem pants + edgy daggers + mermaid = confusion. I think FL just had a bunch of pink and mint fabric left over from Lucywen and wanted to get rid of it, haha, because darker colors would have suited her far better. Her sculpt seems pretty, but I'll wait until her page goes up to decide.

 

I think her theme is Arabian harem assassin seahorse.

I agree darker colors would look nice for her outfit. I may buy some tulle and do a test dye. Her wig can probably also be dyed.

I'm starting to wish I'd ordered Rohan.

Exactly! I wish the sculpt was a little more expressive, too, maybe something angry like Mirwen. In comparison to her weapons, her expression just seems blank :/

 

Ohhhh, maybe the event head will work better for my harem assassin. Can't wait for the event to open.

Picture this, lol...alternate, steampunkish, victorian world. Girl gets cursed for avenging her sister against some pirates, but one of the pirates she killed was the platonic love of a seawitch. And because the seawitch couldn't have her love, she cursed the girl to a life underwater as a mere-seahorse, never able to see those she loved on land again...haha

 

Yes, and in this alternate reality, everything is pastel!

I'm wondering if my Rendia head would work for my harem assassin. She looks pretty POed.



I happen to have another Rendia head, blank, that I could do up in a different style if I want.

 

lol, yeah, I always thought that sculpt was super expressive in a ticked off but trying to play it cool way.

 

I've also seen some faceups that make her look very sweet and serene, sometimes shy or sad.

 

Mine has the default, and I always thought she looked a little sad.

 

I like Alicia. I might have to buy a full set this time, her face is so adorable!

However, I've a question is the "fairyland" body the same as the new active line body? If not how do they differ? I haven't looked into this new body at all since I'm not into dolls with fantasy parts.

 

The body is different--it has an "easy change" system.

This was Fairyland's notice that included a video of how the body works.

 

@albeli thank you! I didn't know FL had a YT channel. The body is pretty cool! Does it have a S bust size? like the active line body or only bigger sizes like the moe line?

I think the past few times you couldn’t specify the bust size. They automatically came with large if I’m not mistaken. If you do a la carte you can choose the bust size though.

 

If you order a full set, they choose the bust size (because it needs to fit to outfit). If you go to the Fairyline basic page there are size options.

What I really want are the fullset pages. LOL Plus I'm imaging a tan Rheia for the outfit.

I literally just checked that page a little bit ago and it was a Sircca for some reason. They must have used that page as a template. Does anyone know when the official launch might be? I’m getting antsy

According to the drop-downs, the seahorse parts are available in clear mint, clear pink, and clear brown!

The ear pieces are also available in clear plus the three tail choices above.

Did anyone call or email DDE to ask when the event goes live with them?

 

I emailed them earlier today and I didn’t even think to ask! I should’ve. They replied to my email after about an hour after sending it.

I recall that for Sia's release, DDE said beforehand that they would open sales when it reached midnight their time.

I'm pretty certain of what I'm going to order. I've been running scenarios for different resin colors all day, or for giving the costume to a tan doll in a future purchase.

I want to see the event/gift items before ordering, though, and they usually wait at least half a day until putting that on the image blog, don't they?

Sigh, to stay awake or not...


ETA @thakyuki what do you mean by event item product page? The Alicia pages, or the gift pages? I still don't see anything new in announcements or image blog.

 

God! I' m so tempted to order her fullset. The pants are soooo beautiful! But as pretty as they are, fantasy outfits don' t really fit in my collection... but I' m definitely gonna order her one way or another.

 

Oh goodness, that's my favorite face sculpt in quite a while! She's stunning!
