I broke down and got Rendia. I have a long layaway on her but her Fairyline body and fullset will go to my Siean. I had plans for her to be queen of the forest. I'm not sure I'll keep her head.

 

Is the full bust F the slightly smaller sized - large bust compared to the huge bust that came default with the Sia release? It's so hard to tell from the photos and especially if they didn't show the accurate bust in the first place. XD I wish they had released more photos.

 

@SamanthaFaye I'm pretty sure that the Full Bust F is the huge default bust that came with the Sia release according to the info on the original Sia fullset sales page. It's a little incomprehensible to me that Fairyland would be so inflexible with the bust options for Fairyline, considering they've clearly already got the moulds done for different sizes. I can only sit and wait for the day that they release a la carte busts (not everyday you type that phrase!) as well as hopefully the seahorse tail.

 

Speaking of busts, can anyone tell me the size of the full bust in comparison to the Moe full bust? Are they the same size, or is fairyline bigger? Also, same thing with the next size down fairyline. Is it bigger than or the same size as Moe glamour bust, or a-line full bust? Waiting on a Rendia and am so curious! I'm still trying to get my hands on a Moe glamour bust for one of my a lines.

 

She is stunning yes my tail was very very bad to the point where I was worried about it two weeks in the spare room and now I acan only smell it if I hold it up to my nose so it does get better

Of course, the smell (especially the tail) is very poisonous, but I hope it will disappear.
And colour is indeed green, not blue. But in the photo it's blue

 

As far as I can tell by comparing my Moe Glamour bust and my Fairy Line Full and Large busts with a la carte photos, there is no difference in shape or size between the Fairy Line busts and the Minifee busts. They are the same, just removeable on Fairy Line.

 

I haven't measured them, but based on appearance the full bust is a copy of the M-line full bust, the next size down is a copy of the A-line large bust, and the next size down is a copy of the A-line cutie bust. They're just cut differently to fit on the F-line torso and work with the F-line arms.

 

I wonder how hard it would be to hollow out the inside of a normal mnf bust to fit the fairyline body...I know the fairyline busts are pretty thin though so there'd probably have to be a lot of sanding XP hmmm

Darn, I got excited looking at the photos are first since it seemed like she had the smaller bust...I really hope they do release the other bust options in a la carte some day.

 

@SamanthaFaye Me too, but then FL went and confirmed that the photos of Rendia do not show her with her default bust piece But I, perhaps inadvisably, went ahead and paid for the full package anyhow. I just couldn't justify missing out on such a perfect fullset because of the bust size in the end.

 

@jesymphony I'm still contemplating getting her just as the basic, I actually adore her outfit and would have loved getting her fullset but I just started a layaway for my m-line boy Mika/Mir during that event so I couldn't afford to drop that extra on her with all the extras XP I do really love the new fairyline body though, it just seems so much more convenient for things lol

It took some work but i got my Mika head to fit on the fairyline body~

She is absolutely stunning with the red hair. It's perfect on her.

I hope the smell goes away. Can you open the windows and put a fan in the room to blow the smell outdoors?

 

I got my Sia in but I'm not sure if the sculpt is what I wanted but I think once i send her to get a professional faceup it will be better. The fairyline body is taller than i expected does anyone have a side by side comparison of it with the moe body?

Driveby spam of Clover! Her wig fiber arrived today, and it's absolutely gorgeous. I tucked it under a hat to see how it might look once it's a finished wig.

 

@winxred12 I also have a comparison photo of the F-line, A-line and M-line. It looks like the F-line is wearing heeled feet in the comparison photo that was linked to you earlier, so maybe that's why she seems so much taller than the A-line vs my F-line next to my A-line.

 

Hi, sorry to intrude but I need some help! I recently received my Pukifee girls and included with them I got this event head pictured below. I didn't pay a heap of attention to what the freebie event heads were at the time because I was only interested in getting my PKF girls. But I'd like to sell the head and have no idea what it is. There are two other pics on my Flickr. Inside the head cap it says Fairy line R.A. I've tried googling that but came up with nothing. I'm guessing it's a MNF..so please can someone tell me what she is? LOL Thankyou!

She's just called the FLAM head. She can fit with Minifees.

I received yesterday Sia´s head that I got on tumblr!!!! And was also able to buy the upper body on facebook. Now I will either save so I can get a tail in the future, or will do one myself.

I am waffling since the Rendia Full Package preorder is still available through Denver Doll. I love her face; and with her white wig and wings she could be the perfect match for a character I have in mind (edit - well if I can trade out the full bust).... Oh, tax refund - hurry up, will you?!

Edit: I just sold a doll .... I have money to put down on Rendia .... ::deep cleansing breaths:: I'm going to give myself until tomorrow to think about this. It's such a big purchase!

 

Question before I place an order on Rendia Fairyline - does anyone know if the regular MNF high heeled feet fit them? I see that the full package comes with the flat feet along with the special heeled shoes, but there's no option for heeled feet.

 

I had a fairyline body in hands, the foods are magnetics. So, you need to take the magnetic feets

 

My Sia head came back from the faceup artist a few days ago,I'm very pleased with how she came out!
Her wig and eyes aren't right yet but I'm happy with her look for now.

Oh @Bailette shes so cool, creepy but cool. I don't know how you sleep with some of your dolls lol your pictures give me the chills!
@Kirahfaye I did the same, I hemmed and hawed but I wanted the body and the fullset so that's why I got her. she doesn't have heeled feet because her shoes/ unlike Sia's are actually part of her feet. I am not familiar with the Realfees but I think its the same concept they have been doing with them.

 

I think the fairyline body uses the magnet feet so you'll have to get the magnet heel feet if you want them to work

EDIT - I did it! Now I want to see if I was approved for an extended layaway and my invoice! Let the waiting begin!

DDE approved my extra month layaway, so I'm happy about that. Figures that I'd decide to order her just before the Lunar holiday started.... I'm really looking forward to getting my Rendia. She already has a name and a backstory.

hey sorry if this has been asked before but what heads can fit the fairyline? i wanted to make a merman with sias tail and a different head but im not sure what would fit the neck, any suggestions?

 

The fairyline body is compatible with all heads except mika/mir and risse.

 

I searched, but it doesn't look like a Database has been made for the Fairyline yet. If anyone wants to start one, that would be terrific!

 

I built one a couple months back. I usually update the Minifee one, too, so I just took what I could from there and did the rest as best I could.
Here it is.

I would not be offended if anyone wants to edit it. I'm no writer, so I'm sure it could be cleaned up a bit.

Edit: Unless you're talking about a picture database thread. In which case I have never started or participated in one of those.

The feeling when your Sias were shipped from DDE almost 1 week ago, but there hasn't been any update since Feb 3rd, when it was picked up ;3;'
I'll probably not get them for when I graduate from my design/seamstress education on Friday... *sniffle* TT^TT

 

I know the measurements for height and feet were taken from the official Fairyland stats, but if you measure an actual doll the height and feet are pretty much the same as an a line, not an m line, so that should probably be corrected and a notation added.

 

Yea, I haven't gotten around to measuring my Sia to correct the full chart. I should message FL about it, too, since they should correct their book.

I changed up my Sia's look. I like her much more now! Its amazing how different they look when you change eyes and wigs. I love the diversity of this hobby

Hi everyone! I JUST bought a Sia (with the male bust piece!) off the marketplace, and I'm soooo excited to handle the new Fairyline body! I have a thing for FL engineering, so I'm (internally) bouncing for joy.

The question is am I getting a second minifee, or will I just stick my Luka's head on the new F-line body. Uhm. We'll see. XD

 

Thanks @Puppedoll @Kirahfaye @SamanthaFaye . I do like seeing Sia "out of character" I think it makes me like her more than her stuck in her fullset. Its been kinda dead on this thread lately so hopefully more people will post their Sia's/fairyland dolls

I'll definitely post my Sia when she returns from the faceup artist, hopefully soon, and she won't look like the usual stock faceup !

 

Thats so exciting @Puppedoll. I love all the girl/guy Sia's that I've seen without the stock faceup....Maybe someday I'll wipe mine.

 

I have a ways to wait before I can contribute photos since I just ordered my Rendia. She will come with her default faceup (although I seldom do that) because it looks similar to what I had in mind for her character.

 

Oh I want more pictures too. It'll be a while before I get my Sia - and then I'm not going to use her head at all because I don't like it that much. I have a very cute NF head I'm going to use for my mermaid. I can't wait. I wish I had the money to pay her off right now. Well I kind of have but I have to wait anyway because I need 300 - 400$ for customs. I HATE customs.

Hey guys! I've got a little bit of a question~ I'm creeping back into the love of mini dolls again and the new fairyline's design aspect is breathtaking! I checked fairyland's measurement chart page and it looks like the new body and the moe body have all the same measurements, so are there any real differences? I tried finding a comparison picture between them but came up short. Sorry to pop in so unexpectedly, just thinking long and hard on how pretty Rendia is, haha.
