Just got my Leda, and since I loved Pinktink's picture of all the sizes together, thought I'd post my own of all my tan girls:

Great comparison! Oh my goodness! Sara is so tiny. How amazingly well sculpted! I'm floored.

 

Hi I took some pictures today, comparisons of the EOS body with an Iplehouse EID and the EOS body in EID clothes. The Clothes are a little big on her but I think the EOS body measures closer to the Iplehouse SID.





You can see the jeans are kinda loose in the waist and they are a little long but not annoyingly so.


The boots she is wearing here are boots that my EID girl wears when she has on her flat feet they fit Amana here just fine.

 

And compared to an EID small bust body

 

What a gorgeous body! I just love everything about it! I'm not a fan of big boobs but, I think it's quite lovely on this body! Thanks for sharing these photos!!

I don't think they fit. Limhwa had the measurements on her Flickr. Moreover she probably would have told me that old heeled feet fit when I asked about it. Maybe Emory can know.

 

oh wow! The new girl looks so much like my niece! ah~ the sculpting is always so beautiful. I think i'm really falling for the EOS body.

 

My EOSdoll body has moved on, but I took some posing pictures before she left, and they are here. Hope they are helpful to someone!

 

I am looking at adopting a Limhwa half elf later on to go with my doll family but how good does she look with iplehouse Jid and Minifees?? Does anyone have any comparison photos please

 

I might be getting a Half Elf soon but not sure when. If you still haven't ordered yours by then I will take pictures of her with my Minifee if no one else posts it by then.

I can't believe they're finally re-releasing the dreaming Half Elf, but NOT IN TAN!

 

I know. It's sad. But they'll resume tan probably when the weather gets better. My friend says it's pretty crazy in Korea now.

 

The new girl Sujan is very beautiful. She looks less mature that Nina. I would love to get one!

 

I will get a Sujan with the next JS preorder It's the perfect sister for my Limhwa Half Elf, which just got the new EOSdoll body by the way *__* Here is a little pic for those interested:

I knew Half Elf would look stunning on the new body. Her face sculpt always seemed too sassy for the more moderate 58cm body.

I do want to get a Half Elf this year, possibly for my birthday. My friend is contemplating selling hers (tan) and if she does I might buy hers since it is from the first batches of tan (color I liked more.)

She's still unsure and I don't blame her!

Otherwise I will get her in white skin.

 

Yep exactly *__* I was so amazed by seeing how good she look in it! I think this wig is now one of her default ones XD

I just only need that Limhwa sells high feet from new 60 body and the dreaming half elf faceplate. :p

 

@ DreamSight If you find high heeled feet for EOS let me know! Right now though Amana is wearing supergem shoes from Soom and they fit perfect but they are made more for a flat foot.

 

I'm torn between getting a Half Elf on the old body or the EOS one. I like the way the EOS body looks better, but my main concern is having clothes that fit. The EOS body seems to be almost Iplehouse EID size in proportions, she's just 5 cm shorter. So I'm guessing EOS bodies don't fit smaller SD13 type clothes? What about larger 60cm dolls, like DOD or Senior Delf?

Also does anyone out there have an EOS and a Dollheart Fer? I think I can give up my Half Elf fitting most of my other SD sized things, but I would be sad if she couldn't wear the fer.

 

@EmmBee The EOS is not quite EID proportions, mine is currently wearing one of my EIDs outfits but its rather baggy on her. I'm actually waiting on an SID outfit because I think that might fit better. I've also found she can wear Soom Super Gem shoes. I just received an outfit for my super gem but I have yet to try it on my EOS so I can let you know how that fits ^_^

 

I ordered a head Elly in a new body 60.5 cm Left to wait some 25 days all

Unfortunately, the high heel foot to this body until they do.They will appear later, but when?

 

Well, I can answer my own question now: a Fer will definitely not fit on an EOS. It barely fits the 57cm Limhwa body (can't button coat over her bust) so there's no way it's going to fit over EOS's ample endowment. Shame, cause the EOS body is so lovely, but it looks like I might be hybriding my half elf head because I bought the Fer for her character. Thanks for the input everyone!

 

I really want to buy a EOS/Half Elf -version some day, the newer heads don't fit together with my Human... And I really like Half Elf!

Lintila Thanks for that comparison! The EOS body is so beautiful!!!!! Sorry if it's odd to hear but, I think her chest is the best looking out of all the girl bodies out there (IMO)!! I'm just not sure if I can handle all that pretty~~! *wants Half elf & a Nina* XD;;

 

@incur no problem! I actually agree I think the EOS body has the most realistic sculpt out of the three shes just amazingly detailed.

 

I thank you deeply for the comparison! I haven't given up on getting a Half Elf. Now I'm back to the drawing board on which body though!

And I wonder... would Feeple heels work?

 

I asked to Limhwa about high heeled feet on the 60 Eos Body and the possibility to fit the 57 high feet, and they says that:

"Are compatible.
But it is a little awkward.
Eos body feet high, is expected to produce in the future."

I hope that future comes soon

Limhwa Dreaming Half Elf is in stock at the JunkySpot. I thought many of you were interested so flew in to update in case you don't follow their Facebook page.

Though the pictures on the website show her in French resin -- the available Dreaming Half Elf is in normal urethane. Just as a heads up!

Okay, someone really needs to buy the Dreaming Half Elf that dollsoflace mentioned, because I keep loading the JunkySpot website to see if she's still there, but I really don't need another body, I just want the faceplate... and I don't want to break down and buy her anyway because that would not be smart for my finances!!!

p.s. Does anyone have comparison shots of Limhwa's recent WS and beige urethane resins with other dolls? I suspect the beige is a yellowy volksy tone, is that right?

JunkySpot has posted some great pictures on Facebook of the Limhwa/EOS dolls. There's some Elly on an EOS body, some posing photos, and things like that. I'm leaving you all with a side by side shot of Limhwa 57cm [Half Elf] and EOS 60cm [Elly on EOS body].

 

Psycholily, omg, no, I hadn't seen the pics on the eosdoll site! How awesome! I didn't even realize that the site was finally live. Thank you for all the info. :3

 

T4124 - No worries! It was a surprise to me and I'm not really sure what's going on whether Limhwa is trying to sell mainly through distributors or also running her own sales site? There is no pricing information and the order process is rather difficult.
But I'm so glad she's still in business and making dolls! =D

 

When I asked her if she would open her own website for direct orders she told me she did not have plans to do that, but that she accepted orders with payment directly to her bank account. She said she could not offer layaway but would "consider it for the future." I think that after Dollfair she's a bit burned on accepting layaway and later having people cancel on her.

She seems most comfortable selling through distributors because she's not fluent in English and that can pose a lot of complications when it comes to understanding the clients... and a large volume at that. It's a shame; I would prefer for her to open her own shop because having to wait for "pre-order" periods is daunting.

I always email her in English and have a friend write out in Korean too.

 

As far as I know Limhwa imposes the preorder periods herself because she's a single artist and it keeps her workload from getting overwhelming. So even if you could order from her directly, I don't know that the processing time for orders would be much faster.

 

I wonder if To-L will be available again? Or maybe it's just a mistake
and he was meant to go under the "Limited"section (on the other hand
he might be available and that's why he wasn't placed thereto begin with). XD
If he is available I hope Limhwa revamps his body to be in better proportion to
the head and add double joints like the EOS girl (so I can replace/upgrade my Mano's body).

Oh yes, the turn about time would be the same, but I would rather deal directly with her than have to go through a second person/dealer. While she was working on the JS/Euro dealers orders she was willing to take mine but I had to wait just as long.

And sometimes dealers go on vacation or otherwise delay pre-order periods because of their personal schedules rather than any time imposition from the sculptor/brand. [Happens with JS and Mint on Card etc.]

 

Hello! I'm getting an EOSdoll (EOS girl) very soon, and was wondering what size wig she takes? I'm hoping she can wear a size 8-9 wig with a silicone wig cap underneath. Does anyone know if that would work? Thank you!

Yesterday my Eosdoll Sujan ordered through Junky Spot arrived! She's so lovely, I adore her! And she came with high heels feet and shoes! I'm very very happy. I'll post pictures for those interested asap.

I wanted my Half Elf to be on a taller body but without the EOSdoll huge boobs, so I put her on a SpiritDoll proud body. I need to get better pictures of the whole body, but overall it looks good! I'm thinking of putting a few kips or something in her neck to make it a little longer, but other than that I am happy! overlordu did her faceup and blushed her to match the slightly peachier SpiritDoll NS. Anyway I will try for full body pictures soon!

 

@DreamSight: Thanks a lot for posting that picture! I always like to see the Half Elf on different bodies from the original 57cm one.

@snowgray: I've admired your girl on Flickr and it totally passed me that she wasn't on the Limhwa body! She looks fantastic. I love the face up for her. It gives her a personality that I don't often see on Half Elf's (which really excites me.)

She is still my grail doll. I will have to add her to my family some day. I am waiting to see what the future for Limhwa tan skin holds.

 

Hey all!

I've had a Limhwa Half-Elf on my wish list since I started collecting, and then the whole Dollfair mess happened... and then the Eosdoll body. Since then I've been stalking Flickr, and this thread for more Half Elf/Eosdolls. I'm chomping at the bit for the next JS pre-order.

In the mean time, I'm wondering if anyone has any information on what the Eosdoll girls can and can't wear in terms of clothes/shoes?

 

Twylight: Ive found that my EOS girl can wear Soom supergem shoes (for flat feet). She's also currently wearing an SID outfit from Iplehouse, Eid is too big. She can also wear Super Gem clothes, mainly tops, the bottoms are a little big.
