as I understand it, they had her basic a bit after the first edition...and I think it was all the girls...just different wigs and faceups...but same as the first edition otherwise...I don't know what the other two sisters looked like though...I'll try and find you a pic of the braided one. Min was that edition...but she looks different from the basic edition now..red eyes and all...hehe.

 

this one is delicateangels' Min, she still has the braids...though the outfit should be like the first editon Min, the red dress with striped sleeves.

Teseya, Peggy (pei) used to have both first version and 1.5 version min, in this thread they both are, and both wearing their default red dress:

Yeah, that's her. I thought Pei still had Ru and Nu. I have that chair too...it came with Mio.

 

she sold Nu but Ru is still with her.

i sold Linnea also, it's a similar story. i've always wanted first version Min so when i got Rii, Linnea didn't get as much attention. now she is with a good friend who always wanted 2007 version Min (which Linnea is) and everyone is happy.

pei wanted identical twins when she got Nu, then when elfdoll had changed the hair and faceup she always preferred her Ru.

i'm happy to have only my fave elfdolls now, Rii and Oni, they are both dreamdolls and i'm glad to have them!

 

You all have so much knowledge on the little Elfdolls! I really only 'noticed' them with the release of the 2007 girls and didn't fall in love with Min until summer 2008! I love the two girls that Pei had, so pretty!

 

That Pei had? where are they now? Poor girls. I love those two together!

 

I love the first edition Min braided wig. Does anyone know where I can find one to fit my girl? Well done Ingie you did a fab job

 

I think they have them at kemper...size 3? forget what they're called...look in the last few pages here...I think someone said what they were.
I was just wondering, b/c it looked like the same chair I got with Mio in that pic of Nu...wondering if the girl in France I got Mio from got her from Pei. Heh.

i've always loved her Ru and if you look at my girl's name, Rii, yes it was inspired by Ru

imajica, the braided wig is the kemper mini heidi wig in 2-3 size, in black. it can be bought in other colours too.

Teseya, no i think Pei's Nu went to tappindoll, not completely sure but i think your Mio is not her.
i have seen several older Min's with such a chair and it could be that elfdoll once used to send one with the dolls?!

 

I think it's just a common dollhouse furnature chair...it fit's them perfectly.
Those are awesome pics btw! I love all her outfits, and great photography too. Mio wants to steal that red and black dress with the hat...lol.

 

That cute little braided wig is called Heidi at Kemper. It looks much better on Elfdolls than their site (LOL)

So anyway, I corrected the page And fixed Winky's picture (found it) But unfortunately I haven't got the original pictures of the 1.5 I probably had them a long time ago, but I lost all my pictures at one point So... if ya wanna email 'em to me at ingiebee at hotmail dot com, I'll put 'em up. I'm excited because last night I bought the Min that was for sale in the Marketplace. I got her for a really good price because of her problems, which I will sort out when she arrives. She has a problem with one of her knees and I remember that someone else on here had that problem and managed to sort it out with the use of a hairdryer, so I'll be doing just that...I hope it works!

She is the one that originally came with the long black plaits/braids, so I will need to get one of those wigs for her eventually. For the moment, she will come with a short dark wig which will suit her for now.

She is only coming on an hours journey so she should be here next week!!!!

Doing a little jig because I've wanted one of the older Mins for ages!

my first elfdoll is here- winky- she is so tiny!! I want to keep the open eye plate but maybe sell the winking one along with her wig and outfit.

Sharon, what exciting news! I didn't see her in the Marketplace. I hope the problem is an easy fix and that she will turn out to be everything you have been hoping for. My 1st ed. Min is a treasure and my absolute favorite of my tinies--shhh! don't tell the others! I take her to work with me almost every day in my eyeglass case which I keep in my pocket. That way I can crochet for her on my coffee breaks. I can't wait to see photos when your new girl arrives.

Thanks so much Brio, I am excited! I kept looking at her but because she has a few problems I was worried about getting her, but when I thought about it and made my offer to Kir, I was really pleased when she accepted it! So TWO Mins...double the trouble!
I'd love to see what you crochet for your girl. I can crochet but I'm not all that expert at it....that's putting it mildly!!! In fact I love to crochet, but I have to keep an open mind about who an outfit is for because they never come out quite the size I intended them to! It is likely that something for Min would fit one of my MSDs!!!!!!! But I keep trying...well you never know!!!!

yay Sharon! If I had had the $, I so would have gotten her...she's the same edition as Mio...and she could have been her good twin (Mio's already the evil one...hehe). If you ever don't like her...think of me...^_^ but Yay! two mins! you must show pics soon! And i you ever need wigs...I has lots of black ones I could sell you, since I don't use others much. Like the braided one that's unbraided.

 

Thanks Teseya, I'm very pleased to have got her. I wouldn't have been able to afford the full price, but am glad that Kir accepted my offer. I didn't realise that Mio was the same mould.....

Ok here they are- I see the difference in size you all mentioned- I guess I like Kai in that her head isn't has big as Winky so she gets points for more realism. I think I might add a little color to her lips. Winky is wearing something I made for my puki, that's funny they can share...

I didn't know those little eyes Kai had are blue- fun, I'll get to sew something up this weekend.

It is so fun to show her with her new legs. They are unique. I think they fit her good. I was wondering between my Bong or Min, but my Bong really wanted them. I adore the natural color of them and so stayed with that, and just added a bit of detailing. I still want to put her whole look together better. (I used what I had around already.) I see a more wild look to her, when I can afford it. lol Flowing hair and a flowing dress. For now, I like the short hair too and the cutesy fairytale just worked. I am glad I could give a smile.

She looks so cute Dollightful, and I never knew she lived so close to Manhattan, I must send her my shopping list!! I love the faun legs, and although I like her look now, I can really visualise her as you can with the flowing hair and dress! She'll look even more cute, if that is possible!

 

Love Bong's new look, Dollightful! I think she is just perfect for those faun legs since she always looks like she is having such a good time! Now she will be able to run and jump and play even better with her little hooves! LOL! Adorable! (And I really like her in the blonde wig!)
