ED Eye Group Order from November -- Anyone know what's going on?

    1. I don't mean to be negative about this whole issue... but what happens if we never get our money back? Is there a written guarantee that we can obtain, stating that the money can and will be received and refunded?

    3. Just an update that I received a refund for my part of the ED Group Order. Hopefully, everyone else should be receiving theirs soon, as well.
       
    4. Did you receive an email explaining what happened as well?

      I've not received either an email yet or refund. ^^;
       
    5. Rachel, I went and fwded you the email Jola had received for the ED order. I hope you receive your refund soon.
       
    6. Leigh and I sent out emails on behalf of Jo a week ago. The email address Jo gave me for you (I believe it was the one you PayPal'ed with) bounced so I sent it to the address you have on file with DoA.

      Please make sure to post in the Feedback thread regarding the eye order that you have received your refund and also send a PM to Cassiel or Hitasura. This way, they will know that you have been refunded.

      Once again, I truly apologize about all of this!!

    9. Umm I really don't think your posting in this thread is appropriate. While you might feel this is just a little blip, for those of us still waiting it is highly vexing and extremely frustrating and depressing.

      As of 6/8 at 10:00 am EDT I still have not heard why we are getting refunded in ones or twos, why the order was not properly placed, and why it took so long for this to be discovered.

      I think it's great you want ED eyes, but this entire experience has completely soured me on EVER getting ED eyes or ever buying from Nikita again.

      I am out $130. I sent my payment on 12/12 after receiving a barrage of emails because I did not pay within 24 hours of being billed. I was quiet and did not send any emails until more than 3 months after paying for my eyes. I had been told the time line was a 2-3 month wait. I appreciate some people have waited 6 months for ED eyes, however, I did not know this and Nikita had said the wait was only 2-3 months. If it might be longer she ought to have warned participants as I never would have joined. ED eyes are nice but not worth a 6 month wait IMHO. It has been nearly 6 months since I paid and I am not getting my eyes and I've not gotten a refund.

      I'm sorry about Nikita's eyes, but she also chose to take on this responsibility and I for one would like to know how this mix up happened.

      I really think this thread like other problem transaction threads should be restricted to those of us involved in said problem transaction or with information on said transaction. ~.~

    11. Somehow I doubt we'll ever be given the full details of what went wrong with this order, but I'm still hopeful that (eventually-) we'll all have refunds of the amount paid.

      It would be very nice to have some sort of time frame for that potential repayment outlined, but I doubt we'll be given that either under the circumstances.
       
    12. 'Curious timing... But I can now very happily report that I received my refund today.

      Now, off to buy some eyes for my guys. :lol:

    14. I received word from Jo that you received your refund, rkold -- please check in with your husband, since you asked to have it sent to his account.
       
    15. I recieved my refund this evening. My thanks to those who took responsibility in fixing this situation. ^_^
       
    16. I just asked him and he did receive it. (he usually only checks email while at work and the payment was received post that.)

      I hope anyone else still waiting receives their refund soon.

    19. Ayaka, can you please PM me with the email address you paid with (and the full name associated with that email address) so I can check it with the information that Jo gave me. Last I heard from her everyone had received their refunds so you should've been refunded if you were on her list.

    21. Everyone on the list has been refunded -- if you have not received your refund, please check the PayPal account that you paid with as it will have been sent there. If you believe that you sent payment and have not received a refund, please PM me and include proof of your payment, as otherwise as far as we know, there are no further refunds owed.
