I bought Mia when they released the wolves but had her switched onto the Angel body!

 

she hasn't been sent yet xD Sadly she won't be untill next month! I'm also waiting for a DC Noah but he hasn't arrived yet - surprisingly enough! ordered in the same batch - so i hope he'll be there start sep!

Man DC is even a longer wait than DV. I hope he comes soon too. T_T

Yeah DC usually isn't this slow, it's been 8 months!! D: I am getting a Ryan tail to Noah tho, so that MIGHT be the reason i fear >_>

I really love how DV has stuff jointed in. Magnets are great but can fall off and ugh, that can be a pain in the butt. I'm excited for you! It's so awesome hearing about someone getting her. My friend did order a Rosa with the wolves order too. We'll be having 3 angel bodies coming in that order. Hehe.

Yeah, DC and DZ have been quite long waits with all their discontinuations and all that. It's quite a bummer they caused a spike in wait times. Weeps.

Man, I am really thinking about just skipping Grayson. I don't need him particularly. I want to wait for Cecelia to see if I like DV tan before I go ahead and buy another tan from them. >_<

 

Well I'm back here again haha. This time I ordered Xion and later in the month will get dragon Grayson which will qualify me to get a free Cary so my dragon family will be complete. I have plenty of things to keep me busy until they arrive.

Thanks! Haha...I simply love their designs. I ordered my Xion through Alice's Collection this time around. I know I will be in for at least a 6 month wait.

 

Amazingly Divas got the Doll Chateau head I ordered for my Dream Valley body before the body

Here I thought it'd be the other way around!

Fingers crossed that Dream Valley sends him soon, I asked them to hold the head till the body arrives.

 

Managed to get an update from BJDivas. Looks like Dream Valley is backed up (waaaaay backed up) on their factory faceups/full-sets because of the weather they're having. :/ darn. They still have no idea when things are going to be coming in.

 

Do you think that would affect blank orders? I ordered just a body from bjdivas.

 

Honestly? No idea. I had gotten a full set Cecelia and Full painted Jack. I wouldn't think so, though.

 

oof, that makes sense for the season. I've been waiting on weather to cool down to give my one doll a faceup and another two body blushing. (it's been in the 80s-90s for the last 2 months now without a break which is normal for my area, just frustrating.)

 

It can. It gets quite muggy/humid in Korea during the summer months, and humidity can affect how resin cures greatly.

 

Is Dream Valley out of Korea, or are they in China? I was under the impression that they were in China since the sculptor used to work for Doll Chateau.

 

@kaschan502 Oops you're right, but the same is pretty much true in China. A lot of rain (so higher humidity) in the summer months.

 

@Cloudedmind Ohhh gotcha! Ugh, that's bad news for a lot of us. The beginning of this month marked 6 months in to my wait, so it's looking like I might be in for another month or two.

 

I guess I won't get my orders until next year then, haha.

 

Aaand finally my Cecelia with Jack goes home! It was shipped to me this week. So about 6 months of waiting, as I said few pages ago She was ordered on 14th February.

Yes, I ordered fullset of human version) My order was through Alice's collection and I feel they hurried DV like every week last month. Actually because I asked every two days

@xyuemoto I ordered on February 5, so the wait was closer to 7 months for me.

 

My Cecelia and Glen wolf have arrived and are ready to come home but I'm not even half done with my layaway yet, it's so sad knowing they are just 100 miles away (I live near the official dealer) but I won't be ready for them until January.

I ordered my Cecelia Human fullset and Tan Glen wolf in April, but officially started my Layaway in May, and I just got my email today that they arrived and are ready to be shipped to me. Though I still have to wait because my layaway isn't over, it took about 4-5 months for mine.

 

@xyuemoto I also ordered early February, so closer to 7 months for me too!

I feel you there! I also ordered one of the 65cm girl bodies in May, so I'm expecting her to arrive either very late December or early January.

 

Just got the notice from BJDivas that my girl came in... but no Jack and they sent the wings/ winged chest when I had asked for the human one. Oh well. They said that it'd be in the next shipment from DV sending out this week. So there's that. \o/ Can't wait for my petty air demon to make her way home. We have outfits to make for her.

My Cecelia comes!
She is so gorgeous, incredible sculpt, but... She is winged I ordered human fullset. Ahm... Now I'm waiting Dream Valley's comment about this.
But she is still outstanding. And she is STANDING HERSELF WITH WINGS! It is something unreal, because this wings are so huge and heavy.

 

I'm thinking this was a common thing? I'm still waiting on my Cecelia from BJDivas because DV sent her with the wings instead of human chest. Tbh, I hope DV doesn't want them to sell the cheat and just toss it my way... but probably not.

 

Yes, maybe it is common. But mine comes to me and Alice said, that DV just will send me a human chest part month later, so I am very happy because I will have both I feel like hitting the jackpot

I wonder if I confused them along with others. Because I did purchase an extra torso for my fairy fullset for when I didn't want her wings to be on I would just switch to the human torso. lol

 

I have taken some photos of box opening, but I was so shocked when see her wings that I stopped taking pictures But I will try to post box opening today.

 

OMG I just got the same response from bjdivas that I can keep the wings too.

I'm going to see if I can somehow make them look like moveable angel wings
