Rather boring photos tbh as I took these as reference for me so I know how it was packaged and just in case there were any issues. Haven't included all the photos of course Things were definitely simpler when it was a 65cm human in a little bubble wrap and 2 pillows! Taking photos and unwrapping carefully took 45 minutes The box is 62cm x 42cm x 15cm and weighs 5kg! The bjd itself is 1700g Minus headgear and wings .. and my picture host has flagged my photos for review as they are problematic. Hopefully these will show ok in DOA.
Some more... And comparison with the Dollzone YinLong 1/4, a smaller 1/4, while the Dream Dreamvalley is a larger 1/4. The DV green resin is utterly delightful. I asked if I could change from black to green, and so happy I did Also, feels like a smaller 1/3 with the amount of resin in the tail, very tactile, the sculpting is gorgeous but will be a learning curve to posing it
This green resin is so good! I want to see more too, especially the black tail, or one all in one tan resin
Ooooh he's so gorgeous!! That green is absolutely perfect. The details on his scales are really nice too, he's quite the handful !
omg, the photo with his tail all curled up around your hand is amazing. and you have *two* serpents! how delightful
Definitely, handling this one will be a learning curve the green is soo nice! Will be blushing with gold at the minimum. Need to think carefully on the colour theme reminds me of my own snake from a long time back, but Pip was easier to handle the other is a Chinese dragon body (the claws are adorable!) But the similarity with snakes is probably why I love their aesthetic
Eeee, so exciting to see him in the color and with the head I ordered! Congrats on your wonderful boy! You've got me eagerly awaiting my own.
The green is delightful The tail looks lovely but need to improve my skill on wrangling it though for standalone photos Yey! Great taste! Haha. Hopefully you will get him soon, he is fantastic! You won't be disappointed
Agreed that the green looks gorgeous! Almost makes me regret getting the blushing, it looks so nice by itself. Looking forward to seeing what you do with this one! Congrats!
Beautiful, I got mine, and you're right he feels like a small 1/3, I didn't realize how big he was actually going to be.
I am looking forward to seeing that too haha. I tend to do too little or go overboard And how the tail handles and will need a prop/stand needn't be careful in how and where I apply it. The official blushing to what I have seen in photos looks amazing, and have regretted it a little not getting tbh A hefty lump! I used to have a cali and he was dinky in how this naga feels to handle but is very satisfying to hold, like holding a volks sd, a nice solid weight If you come across anyway of easy standing without a little foam prop, or leaning against something let me know
