um they might be doing something with the web site its weird i been checking non stop they never went up for sale so its strange how there gone too too fast.

 

It's a conspiracy! I blame bots.

gosh I hope so, I’ve waited 11 hours, checking every few minutes.

 

It just cant be that fast even the non poplar stuff for the DD should be in stock at lest every after event they have left overs so its ether bots or site not totally up yet.

 

Not only the DD items, but also the 25cm items are gone...(or called sold out?) Everything is gone, it is kinda wired...

 

I don't know about you guys but I feel sad that this happened it feels like volks needs to do a different way of doing it now. It's just too fast ahhhhhhh man. I'm Still hoping for site not totally up yet.

did you guys get a email yet on the items you ordered because it said I ordered them and gave me a invoice online but no sent email to confirm for me. Now its scareing me

 

I revived an email immediately but perhaps there is a delay, what payment method did you select?

 

Well, I haven't received my email confirmation either. It could be that their email server is clogged at the moment, what with the customer service floods I imagine they got for their "instant sell out".

My order today was listed in my order history though, so that's promising at least. I hope it's good! Then my girls get ARMED and DANGEROUS.

I'm kinda confused. I didn't manage to complete checking out of the server (so, no order confirmation email and it's not showing up in my history), but it seems I did complete paying for Johanna because my bank just called me to check the charges.

Thing is, I just got an email from paypal that my order has been voided. And now the volks server is rejecting my pre-order number. Is this supposed to happen? D:

I emailed volks, but they'll probably take awhile to answer, I just wondered if other lottery winners also have this email from paypal? Or did I just lose my Johanna?


ETA: Got another pre-order confirmation today, checked out and paid successfully this time. Note to self, don't pay in the middle of AE madness.... ^^;;

 

So no one still got news on Kurumi, Linn and Shinn? >_< I really hoping that Volks can reply to the issue.

Oh heck yeah! I got all of the boy outfits that I wanted and then some more!

I thought that I'd be online all night! But now I get to leave and celebrate... Yay! Good luck to everyone else! I think Volks updates in small quantities every half hour until they run out, and there are also people who drop items which you can pick up for yourself if you're quick enough. The SD13 Boy Mauve Sweater with the Down Jacket was the last thing I needed, and I kept refreshing the website for it until I finally got it.

I just got back from the AE at Ginza Sumika . . . *falls over*. It's a good thing I wasn't going for a doll, because Kurumi and Tohya sold out really quickly (and one right after the other). I drew a middle-ish number (#102) and so had to wait a long time, wondering if I'd have any chance of getting the outfits I'd come for . . . three hours later, I grabbed myself the Mauve Knit SD13B set, and the Rockers and Punk School MSDB sets. Whoo~ And yet all around me people were filling their baskets to the brim with outfits O_O;.

At the end there were still some DDs left, and one Shinn preorder. I feel bad for the ones that don't get snapped up ^^;. However, I think the Shinn was probably about to get rescued by one of the women right behind me, so that's alright.

 

I don't want to get everyone hopes up but the people that won the Volks USA lottery won't be getting their dolls until end of March, early April if you got the full services. I am sure once they come there will be a few on the marketplace. So there is a glimmer of hope. Plus no one can post unless they have the doll in hand.
Just a little light for those who are about to give up hope.

 

Don't feel bad for Shinn. Volks has been sending lots of yos to the LA Sumika where they are quickly snapped up and taken to loving homes

Whoa really? Kurumi didn`t sell out till number 65 where I was. Tohya was around 40 I believe.
Everyone pretty much left once Saber Alter ran out where I was.

I managed to get the pink label SDOutfit(Violet Perfume? There were 2 more left after I got mine) for my incoming Miruku (as I`m not fond of the default), and the Snow drop prince outfit. Yesss.

 

I missed everything...I wanted to try for the violet perfum dress but...puff...I haven't the choice...everything was sold out in a second.. =(

 

Violet Perfume was the only outfit I wanted - Hope I can grab one somehow!

Well, here is another ray of hope. I will be heading to the LA store the weekend of January 24-25 this month so if the AE items are in the store by then I might be able to pick up some things for other DoA members who can't make it there to get them. All depends on when VolksUSA gets them and availability of coarse, but I am more then happy to help fufill some dreams if I can.

 

Couldn't tell which numbers exactly, but I'm pretty sure they both went before they hit 50. That's a really small Sumika, though, so I'd imagine they didn't get very many to sell. The outfit (the MSD "rocker" outfit) I'd come specifically for was down to one after mine, and I was watching people take the last two down, look at them, and put them back for about 30 mins . . . stressful! *L*

Congrats on the Snow Drop prince outfit, that was just an empty hook by the time I even got to the limited outfits! ^o^

 

Today, at my Sumika SR, Shinn is the only one stay !!!!

I am not after any doll from this dolpa. They are all beautiful but none grab me. Moreover, I'm out of doll funds!

I need the Japanese sword because my new FCS boy will cosplay Rurnouni Kenshin when he arrives. So, I am collecting Samurai X accessories. The sword is the most difficult to get. The handle has to be like the one in the Sumika item but the blade is reversed. There are other ways of getting a sword like that but I thought it would be good if I can get it from this event. Looks like it is not to be. I actually prefer a real sword with a real blade that cuts. I am just starting to look around for a sword, I am going to take my time. The doll won't come in so soon.

I was also after the Mauve Down Jacket set because temperatures here is just unbelievable.

I wasted time during office hours all day yesterday stalking Volks website, this is why I'm angry. It's one thing to waste money but it is another thing to waste time. I cannot over look the fact that this method of marketing waste buyers' time because the time of the event is not stated.

I wonder how many Canadian residents won a doll.

 

well, there is one last try for the outfits in a few months from sumika LA

 

I have fighted to have this dress ! i had the number 12, and with this number i had the last one with fight in the Sumika ! The war is declared in the Sumika !!!!!! like the first day of the Sale to Louis Vuitton !

 

The tenshi-sumika items sold out very fast in like minutes. Manage to grab a yosd set for my friend.

 

Wonder if there is anybody out there manage to get Kurumi from the AE? I did get news that anyone received the notice on Kurumi?

 

I also wonder the same for Lin. Anyone won a Lin or Kurumi?

 

I wouldn't say that I am angry over this, but I am annoyed and disappointed. There were so many wonderful outfits from this Dolpa that I wanted. But like so many other people here, after checking the web site all day long, I still ended up missing out an everything. Maybe, if I am lucky, I might be able to get a couple of the items from VolksUSA later, but the way their shopping cart works, you never know.

And poor Shinn! I'm surprised that he isn't in greater demand. I think that he is the cutest Yo-SD boy, and I just adore mine. And one of the outfits that I really wanted was that Dark Gauze set for him -- so much cuteness!
