I'm in quite the predicament now.

I may end up selling both of my dolls to get one of the twins....

I'm already trying to sell one of them...
But I may sell my Megu too.

I love my Megu, although I can always get her again since she is a standard...

I'm wondering if the twins' head molds are exactly the same, or slightly different.

oh wow, after looking at those pics I now know how broke im going to be (and I said no dolls lol, but so cute the little ones), and im so going to get some of the clothes. Good thing ive been saving lol.

I just cant wait to go now... just few more weeks, yay.. my 1st Dolpa.

 

I went to Sato today from morning and came home now.

There were many "Dolls Party 17 Guide Book"s and we could see sample books.
And I saw many pics...all pics were NOT colour. The pics you saw in the past post came from Volks News (I haven'd received mine yet, so I can't post pics now).

Sato staff said Reisner wasn't F-17 head. The twins of Rosen Maiden "Suiseiseki" and "Souseiseki" are 92,000yen I want Souseiseki...aaah...T_T It must be one of the hardest battles...

I have to admit I am not in love with souseiseki and suiseiseki. I like the outfits and wigs but the dolls themselves dont do it for me.

I'm gonna need the Girl h.NAOTO jeans, and the second from the left pair of the Boy jeans.... Both black/white goth-loli dresses... well four items isnt too bad I guess... excluding Lin/Rin oh and maybe the blonde wig... I think this is the worst dolpa yet!

But whats with the right side of this page? New FCS hands, or new standard hands? (I am probably pushing my luck with the hopes of them being standard...)

 

? Isnt that just a bit higher than normal?

 

It seems they are limited hands for Dolpa 17 and AE.

I don't know about Rosen twins on international site...I'm sorry...Sato staff couldn't give me a clear answer even for Japanese AE!

I dont know how I am feeling about this Dolpa. I know there is no way I will be able to get all the items I want in the AE.... not to mention pay for them all.... maybe I will go submit those job applications....

Yeah, I'm frantically looking for a new job.

I was fired a week ago, and it totally screwed me over as far as saving up for this Dolpa goes.


As it is, I'm so broke I have to sell both of my dolls to afford Suiseiseki.
Not to mention all the loli outfits I want.

My only option is to do a split.

I failed working, I was just too young at the time. 2 years later and I think I am ready to give it a go again, not to mention the place I want to apply is the videogame store by my house which seems to have hired all of the hot gamers guys in seattle not to mention they are so nice!

I would be interested in Suiseiseki's wig if you get her and need to sell it! I collect wigs... I really wish Volks would release 1 60cm-ish doll, 1 45cm-ish doll, a pair of twin yo's, 1 DD, and 2 outfits for each sex of doll in each size and none of this "Oh lets release a TON of SD girl clothes that Manami will need, as always, and never TONS of MSD clothes that she doesn't need, or casual non-frilly Yo clothes, or casual SD clothes, or TONS of SD16 clothes" stuff. Some times I hate Volks.

ugg 2AM. Another reason I hate Volks. I think Its time for me to move to Japan so I dont spend all night spazzing over doll stuff...

 

I think I may want to keep her wig.

But if I decide I don't like it, I'll keep you in mind!

I'm definitely going to try for a bunch of the MSD clothes. I'm glad there was no MSD, SDC or Yo-SD that caught my eye, though, especially so soon after the new FCS F-18 MSD. ;-)

 

nobody knows the heigh of Reisner? how tall is he?

The twins are really sweet too but rather not in my type... Maybe this one on the right, but I know that I can't afford him/her (Is that doll a boy or a girl - I have never seen Rozen Maiden anime nor manga so I don't know XD)
I also love SD17 body and maybe someday I will be able to buy Reisner ^^

 

might be a silly question, but all the pics so far show Reisner in with his eye patch. anyone know if under the patch, he has a scared eye, or both will appear normal. for the price, if I were able to even get him, I'd want him to have unscared facial features (personal choice), - Barb

 

Anybody knows if Kaede have normal SDC hands or special ones ?? On the pics they looks a little bit different, with fingers closed into a fist...

 

ria_ria: They are making mini DD? How big are they? I love the more anime styling of DD dolls, but the regular ones are too large for me. I hope they make mini DD regular dolls to not just the Dolpa ones. The branded Rozen Maiden is too far off my price at this moment since I'm saving up for Dolpa NY

I love Reisner, but I can resist. I also love the adorable little Yo boy, he's so cute! (I'm not sure I can resist him, but I shall try) And I adore the Yo outfits...

I asked about it, too But Sato staff didn't give me the answer T_T I want to know it, too!

Sato staff gestured for the size and it seemed about 40~45cm. She said they were indeed, specially lovely!

I have to ramble!~ I JUST can't resist Reisner!~ Did anyone else realized he comes with an additional right hand? To hold the sword? And I think the black article next to the right of the wig are gloves? And most important, the SD16 cannot pose like the two lowest pose on the bottom of the page, I'm so envious!~

Oh my goodness!!!

They DID release the twins!!! Oh, they are so beautiful and detailed!! They are perfect! I'll probably never own them, but it's so wonderful that Volks are making the Rozen Maiden dolls a reality.

The SD17 body is so nice!! Yukinojo's body was nice too, but he was a bit to muscular for my taste. Reisner has a wonderful, lean muscle look. And he's so flexible!! I hope we can sneak a peek under his eyepatch.

Oh, there are so many wonderful things at this Dolpa! New Mini DDs, gorgeous lolita outfits, and at last, clasped hands!!! If only they came in white!! If only they weren't limited!!!

Must be strong... must save for NY Dolpa....

I seriously doubt the Rozen twins will be available Internationally. I asked Volks when I was interviewing them for an upcoming article in FDQ about this issue since there was speculation before and Shigeta-san said it was because of copyright issues that the anime/manga themed dolls are not released here.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. ^^;

WOWZERS!! I believe this is the most expensive Dolpa yet! The prices on some of the dolls are quite high.

Yeah. With Reisner at 128,000 Yen, I figure he's going to come in at close to $1400 from Volks over here--if he's even availble over here. Yikes. But I *still* want him...

[EDIT]Actually, looking back at the page again, there's a lot of shine on the spot with his price, but 134,400 is also listed... If that's his final price, he's going to be pushing $1450-$1500 here without markup... GAH!

 

I reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally hope Volks reveals how tall the SD17 is soon. It's not fair to hide it!

 

I think 134,000 yen is the price after Japanese tax Not including Customs fees, shipping and mark up if I missed the AE!~

 

has anyone else sent volksusa alittle email asking if they can sneak out alittle info on the twins being sold in the usa (as well as the sd17)? maybe if they get alot theyll give us a tid-bit

 

I wonder if the twins will have their gardening tools offered to people who buy her? (Shinku's Dolpa news pages never showed her Kunkun so we may still be surprised at the actual Dolpa with these girls).

 

Did Shinku come with Kunkun?

I can't remember how Kunkun was offered, but I think it was if you bought her at the Dolpa then you got him too.

I just noticed the twins have drawn versions of their tools on the main Dolpa page, so maybe they will be made?
