Now that I think about it, it's been a long time since they've released a Limited doll with white skin. Or maybe my memory is just bad. But if I'm right, I wonder why? I love white Super Dollfies.

SD16 boy!! SD16 boy!! Releasing of another one would also mean more clothing down the road for SD16 boys too!!!! I wouldnt mind a re-release of Michele, Tsukasa or Jun either, and more SD10 boy clothes......Alex

 

That's right! I'd love to see another white release! A white SDC, YoSD, or SD16 would be so exciting!

 

I'd imagine a 16 release would be at the NYC, but, yeah, I'd guess it is likely we could see Elisabeth. Last one of the arc and all. On the flip side, there was a bit of a wait between Cecile, Cyndy, Sylvie, and Williams (not counting re-releases esp. true).

Ugh, of course, Cecile and Cyndy have been re-released before and really, isn't the world due for another Sylvie? Of course, I REALLY don't want this to be true though... Please, Volks, just let me slide by this Dolpa too...

Hee hee, I think it's so cute that a lot of people are saying they hope they don't like any of the dolls at this upcoming Dolpa. I just love getting caught up in the excitement of getting to see what's coming. It really gives me a dolly re-charge.

I still want the school clothes from the last one. SO FREAKIN CUTE! and I don't even have the right sized MSD to wear them.

 

Ack, another Dolpa already? I'm not ready! Or my wallet's not anyway. XD

I do wish for an SDC Girl or SD13 girl to be released though, or some cute uniforms for SD girls.

 

I'd be interested in a Madoka or another SD16 boy, so I suspect I'll be safe.

 

On one hand I'd like to have another Yo-SD or a SD16 boy, on the other hand I don't have the money... I just purchased a Yo_SD at Dolpa16!

I have to save up for that and a trip to Japan next summer.

I don't know how I'm going to pull it off.

For me it may mean getting my first doll later....because I was going to order in 10 days...I may like this limited....that means waiting even longer.

 

I'm gonna be killed ded on this Dolpa, or the NY Dolpa. Whenever the SD16 comes out, because unless he looks like a complete DORK he's on my list.

There's too much estrogen in my household. Sai is going to beat me up if I don't even things up soon.

I'm super glad that no boy can top my Williams, it would be really tough to beat him xD. Especially since I have all the other boy dolls that have features I will like...but Williams was everything I wanted thank goodness, so is my emma...and I don't want sweet dreams yos xD

 

I hope theres nothing I like since I have a trip to chicago this may ;o; If they released an SD10/13 pirate lolita colab I'd probably die. Unless she looked really odd. XD; Then I'd be fine. >_>;

and a pirate/nautical theme yay, right up my street, I cant wait.

 

I'll be there and really hope that Volks does NOT release a doll I want, because it's a drag standing in the LE line and I'm hoping to hit the dealers room first thing. I managed to survive the last two Dolpas without being tempted, so there's hope for me yet. However, if there's a doll I can't live without, I might have to talk my poor husband into standing in line for me.

I certainly will! I bought a 2G SD card for my camera, so I'll be able to take thousands of pics.

This will be the second time I've gone and I'm so excited! If at all possible, you really should try to go someday. It really is amazing!

 

Im gonna take loads, ive bought a new memory card for my camera so can take hundreds lol, plus taking laptop and our hotel has wireless, so I will be uploading in the evening onto my LJ and on here, so dont worry, I plan to fill it up.

Its my 1st Dolpa ever, which is why we are going at this time, plus going to Kyoto to so will be pics from Volks aswell. Im so looking forward to my Japan trip, poor hubby lol, being dragged around, but he can carry my purchases while I take piccies..

 

We were asked not to take photos at senshi no sato

 

That's very strange, because they had no problem with my taking photos, but then that was over two years ago. But I do still see lots of recent photos from Tenshi no Sato on Japanese collectors' sites and they have special areas set up with sets for doll pictures. It could have been that the just didn't want you to take photos in certain areas, like of the one-offs.

 

Strange, ive spoken to Volks via email and they seemed fine with me taking photo's. Oh well we will see

 

Ooh thats a real pain as i would have loved to take photos (we went last November) but as soon as we got our camera out we were asked not too. Oh well i'm hoping we can go again soon, we had a wonderful time I'm sure you will too

 

I think there are certain no-photo areas, but there ARE places that pics are a-okay.

And, to make this on topic, you know what, Volks? I double dog DARE you to release a Cyndy or Sylvie this dolpa. Watch me preform feats of WONDERMENT as I raise the money for two dolls in 45 days.

Actually that's already happend. Kurumi & Papi were both designed by Ciera.

 

Well Ciera is a designer, not a sculptor, the artists don't do both. Enku sculpted Kurumi, but there wasn't a sculptor named for Puff/Papi. Puff's face up was also designed by Aone and only Papi's was by Ciera.

 

Somewhat OT but: I'm curious, where do you find this information? I'd like to know who sculpted some other dolls.

 

Hence why I only said Papi & not Puff. The face shape of Kurumi & Papi/Puff seems very similar imo so it might not be so far off.

 

Volks lists all of this stuff on Superdollfie.net usually, and on the initial Dolpa sales page. I have a list of sculptors and designers on my Volks guide, with notes from both their websites and the SD Encyclopedia.

Williams' sister (I believe). If I remember correctly, she was/is engaged to Cecile before he ran off to become a pirate... or something along those lines. Big big drama XD. Someone who knows the Volks stories better than me will clarify.

 

Elizabeth hasnt been released yet, so not pictures. I have a mental image of her being blonde though... +shrug+

 

Why haven't we seen any pictures yet? Hasn't Volks sent out their newsletter thing with pics? I'm anxious!

 

I know the little book that you buy on the site doesn't go out until the 14th (at least, that's what I think it says there), but.. really now! Volks, you need to give us at least 30 days to decide whether or not we want a doll! D:
