    7. Hi, has anyone here ever restrung a wendy/dale or ivy/iris body? I've had a wendy for a while and kept putting off restringing her even though her legs were so kicky she could do nothing but sit on her knees. So I tried to do it today (first time ever restringing a doll) and I am having a really difficult time getting the elastic through the hip piece. The holes are way down and so small. I tried using tweezers but it doesn't seem to be working... Has anyone else had better luck with that body??

    8. I've totally blushed my Wendy, so I unstrunged her.
      It was a nightmare, but I used small wire for it and it went ok.

    10. Thank you so much, guys! :D I really love taking pics of her in her natural habitat. When I first got her, I didn't think we'd bond much and I thought she'd more of a display doll; I was so wrong, haha! She's one of my faves to pick and play with or take pictures of. I also thought she would be fully clothed for modesty, but, uh, she had other ideas!

      I was hoping to see one of the new girls, Bertha or Samantha, with a slim mini. I'm looking to buy Bertha for a character of mine and I want her to fit in with my slim minis but be a few year younger. Any of the following would be extremely helpful! Iplehouse JID, Unoa, Minifee, Soom Rosette (Muse body), Doll Chateau Kid. Thanks so so much in advance, I know there aren't many of these girls out there yet!

    12. They are the same size as the Wendy, ya? I have a mini fee I can pose with my Wendy and a dc Zora. She's smaller than a mini, but it's a decent comparison

    17. I just found this and is so helpful, did anyone tried Bertha, Samantha or Candice head on a MSD? I imagine by the comparison it would look off but I wish they were a bit taller

      I really wish there was more Bertha and Samantha spam, though. I love these two but don't have the funds to go off the doll plano to buy them, ehe :sweat So, I'd love to see more of them! Esp. with custom looks :D

    29. I decided to pay off my Abby early but when she arrived today I was very dissapointed to find that the body was in the wrong color.:doh

      I ordered through MOC so I emailed them about returning it and having it replaced,of course that means waiting months all over again.


      On a happier note Abby is super cute in person! :aheartbea She reminds me a lot of Tim Burton characters.

    31. I've never had this kind of problem before but I'm assuming that BJD companies don't start producing replacements for damaged or incorrect dolls/parts until the items in question are returned.

      I'm hoping MOC says that I can just ship the body back to them and then they will get it back to Dollzone to be replaced.

    34. I ordered both the head and body in white,I wanted the wingless body which is why I ordered her in separate pieces.

      I just got an email from MOC saying that they will get back to me on Monday with possible solutions,hopefully things work out ok.

    41. Thanks everybody! IzabethS I made her clothes from free patterns on http://www.persephone.com/dawn/main.html. I tried to use Mattel Kelly/Puki sized patterns, but that was a total fail.
