oh wow, so looking forward to see owner pictures of the 18 boy body ... could any recipients post up pictures next to the 15 boy body or comparison ? thinking the 15 body will be dwarfed in situ

Eep, well I took the plunge and ordered the 18 year girl body for my hybrid... I hope the wait isn't too awful. I'd still love to see more pics of the new arrivals as they come in

 

I have been trying to watch Dollstown for sale of the 18yr body, but my daughter had surgery today and I think I missed it. They seem to not be available?

 

They're available for Pre-Order right now (that's what the orange text means), so they ship in 2-3 months (August-September). You can write the order on the order board

 

Thanks candygears! I am so exhausted, I looked right at it and because it wasn't green I just thought they were sold out (forgot about the orange LOL). Ok she is ordered, I am happy to join in the wait! Just nervous about resin match.

What head are you using it for?

 

I have two LLT Edria heads Vampire and half closed eyes. They are both WS, but from different batches and slightly different colors, so for now they will share until I can afford a second body. Thank you again, I might have just given up and gone to bed if you hadn't corrected me! Now i think i will have a glass of wine and celebrate

Haha Cloudedmind I love being dolly stalked. I am so nervous about the color match, when I should probably be more nervous about the way the head fits. I ordered freshskin to match LLT white skin, I think that is what everyone has recommended?

 

I'm still waiting for the 18yo girl from the first preorder, was just told today that there are manufacturing delays.

That's a really interesting hybrid Lace Princess! Hopefully the size-match will work out - it seems like this body works best for really big heads. I'm hoping to use mine for a Soom Saiph (so far I've been unsatisfied with pretty much every body I've seen used for them, they're always either too humungous or too tiny, I'm hoping the 18 body will be the one).

Eep, sorry to hear that Katyok Hopefully she won't take that much longer to get home! At least it seems like a lot of the 18 years from the first order have started shipping/arriving.

 

I'm still waiting for an oriental skin 18yrs girl body. Haven't received any news about it yet, so I posted a thread asking for an update on Dollstown's forum.:P I'm really antsy to get this body - I've got big customization plans in mind!

 

Anybody have any news? I'm wondering if they just halted shipping completely or if orders are still trickling out.

I also waiting for 18 y.old girl's body in oriental and haven't heard from them with any updates. Tried to post a message last night but couldn't, it says that this website is not safe and a big warning sign posted. Did any had the same issue with DT website?

 

Yes I tried to have a look at heads on Saturday and I got the same message came up.

 

Well I'm still waiting, and growing increasingly impatient... *drums fingers* it wasn't nice to ship so few, and tease the rest of us..

 

This warning sign is still there. I can not even check the status of my order. Does anyone know their email address? Will appreciate any advise in this case.

 

I disabled it, Ive scanned the site and my computer with 2 different scanners, and I've got no viruses or malware. Whether you want to bypass the warning and chance it, well thats up to you.

I just got a tracker for my 18 y.o. Rian, Oriental. It seems things are finally moving along.

 

I got mine as well. 18yrs Hwan.

 

My Rian in oriental is coming as well. I am very excited about this new face and the body.

 

Got my 18 y.o. Rian, she is stunning, totally worth the wait. The color of Dollstown Oriental, however, is significantly yellower than the Dollshe oriental, which is odd, considering they are cast at the same place. It's a lovely color and no problem for me, but I was wondering if anyone noticed that.

 

I'm so excited to be joining this waiting room!!!!!! I just ordered an 18 year old boy and Hwan head in fresh skin This will be my first experience with Dollstown and I just can't wait to have him home!

I just ordered Sia + Elf body, she will be the 4th and last (famous last words) DT sister to come home. AnJongHak said she would ship in a week or so!!

Thank you, SoraSoul! I didn't even realize they still had bodies in stock, so it is a big surprise that everything goes so fast now - I was all prepared to wait and to receive her in October..
I just paid for her, and then hurried to order some eyes and lashes so they will be here on time, haha!

Congrats to you, too! Hwan is gorgeous! I hope he won't take too long to come home, and I'm looking forward to pictures.

 

My Rian on 18 y.old body is here. She is very pretty. Love her hands, they are very beautiful. Can not wait to paint her, too bad it is raining today, otherwise would've paint her right away.

Good news and bad news, but more good news XD

My Hwan arrived, but in transit his head was cracked, so he has a nice 2/3rds of an inch crack in the middle of his head, luckily They said they'd replace him and reimburse me shipping, so for that I'm very thankful.

The body though, is to die. Just, to die.

 

That is awful about the head but I'm so glad they are going to fix it and do good to hear about the body!!!! I'm just so excited its not right XD Do the pants and shorts for the bigger iple boys that you have for sale come even close to fitting him?

 

Nope, all I have are iplehouse superhero, and there a bit large. I'm gonna try Model size. not that I mind that he just hanhs around in his boxers, gives me more drive to work on him.

 

Sorry SoraSoul, no box opening pictures. I was too eager to open her and take her out. I will make some pics when i'll done her face up ( probably today).

 

Good to know! Is the length short? Just curious because with my ID I have a lot of that size of clothes and it would be great if they could share. No issue though with hanging around in his boxers though

I'm also waiting on a doll from Dollstown. He's on an extensive layaway, but he's a tan Estella boy on a 15 years body. I'd always planned on ordering him, but when they announced they'd release the final wave of the 15 year boys last month, I knew it was now or never. Inconvenient!

But gorgeous. Can't wait to pay him off. Did anyone else get in on the last ones as well?

 

I just got word from Dollstown: they shipped my Elf girl!!

My Elf/Sia girl arrived today She sailed through Customs with flying colors: no fees!

It was the first time for me to receive a doll from DollsTown without the blue DT box and pillows, but they packed her so carefully in layers of bubble wrap that she made it home perfectly safe.

So pleased with this girl - the Elf body is lovely, very elegant and with gorgeous hands.
Photos soon! I'll be working on her face-up and body blushing in the next few days.

Does anyone happen to know how it works as far as production and shipping when you order with Layaway? Do they wait to produce the doll until you complete your payments (which would make sense) or do they put one aside right away? I ordered an 18 year body when it was in stock/green and I'm going to pay off my layaway tomorrow. Just curious and already getting impatient

 

I've had my layaway going since May 7, 2012. Still have some payments to make, but to my surprise I got an e-mail from Dollstown a couple of days ago, letting me know that my order is ready. They said that if I want to finish paying now, they could ship my doll out within the week!

Man! I was sorry to tell them that I'd have to wait for now, and continue my payments as scheduled. They said no problem, and that they'll hold my order for me, until the payments are complete.

 

Yay! Hopefully the wait for my boy will be as short I wrote on the order board that I wanted to pay off the rest so now I'm just waiting for a verification of the amount. Hopefully I'll hear before Monday!

 

Sorry for the double post but I just got awesome news!!!! When the person at Dollstown responded he said that he had just received my doll from production and could ship within a week!!!!! I'm going to be bouncing off the walls today

I agree! It's always way harder waiting for shipping than anything else. The only good thing about shipping is that you can track it
