Warning Dollsquare

This is a warning for people who may consider shopping with Dollsquare. We have heard some concerns from some people regarding Dollsquare's poor business practices, so we are making an announcement here.

As of late, Dollsquare seems to have been accepting payments for preorders, but has not been completing these orders. A number of people have been waiting a long time, and have not received items they already paid for.

We would recommend that people review these threads before making a purchase with, or sending any money to Dollsquare.
We also invite you to leave a structured review in the Customer Service thread if you have done any business with them (including still in-progress and unfinished orders), or share your experience in the Ordering and Shipping Questions thread if you would like.

The mod team does not normally make statements about situations like these; we do not know the full story, and Dollsquare has not made any statements of their own. But, we are worried that more people may unknowingly place orders with Dollsquare, and possibly lose any payments they send.
