SWD means sweet dream, so I'm guessing 2 sweet dream dolls? Ya I translated it sleeping bodies too haha! 2 sleeping dolls is my guess for now.

 

Maybe I will give up this DP, if there is no yo.... I just order soom MD doll....and have not enough money.... T T....

I'm pretty safe as I have no charas for this lineup, but still kind of impressed. SD16 Kira is lovely, and SDGr Minoru is reallllly attractive IMO. Minoru's outfit is very cool, I think it's a meiji-era uniform? It has a cape and a hat, at any rate. Eddie and Lillie, the yo's, are the most dangerous for me as they are ridiculously adorable - kind of interestingly, they're fairly mature-looking. SwD Nana is not new and has her fans, I know. Maa, if you like feminine, pretty girls, this is your Dolpa.

I'm surprised that the DD Mai Shiranui is on top of my list for this dolpa

At the moment the SDGr Minoru and SD16 Kira is really really tempting me T_T. Looks like I may need to go on dollie diet in Hong Kong next month OTL.

 

I guess the cover gal is SWD tae . Maybe there is a story between SWD tae and SDgr 上村稔....

The guy's name is apparently Uemura Minoru, and he is supposed to be the marine of the Japanese armada, lover of SWD Tae... is a bit the story of Madama Butterfly, but with a happier ending, I hope ^^. I had expectatives of him to be sunlight skin, but in this pictures, he does not look like he is...

 

SDGR Minoru looks pureskin to me also...interesting...I remember that earlier descriptions of Tae's lover in the story arc he was described as having brown skin. The story also describes the love affair between Tae and the officer as being only "in her mind"... it's possible Minoru may not be the officer that Tae is in love with, but another new character since he isn't sunlight skin. Maybe. ^_^

 

But if you relate back to the cover which has Tae wearing his coat and holding his hat, he's still most likely...

I don't recall Volks ever release any limited doll with FCS sunlight skin, actually There's ebony skin though.

 

Ooh, that may be true...! Perhaps, he is a marineer that is in love with Tae, while she dreams with the (SD17!!!) tanning officer... haha, dreams are free, aren't they? ; D

 

SD17 boy in tan for a later release...it is very possible....he will be the dream version ^_^

That's so wonderful to see that they're continuing Tae's story, if that's the case~ If he comes in tanning skin that would be wonderful since most of the tan dolls usually come in ebony~

...Minoru and SD16 Kira, oh god. I am going to have to get Minoru, at least. There must be a way.

 

I don't think the actual molds for the Yos look that much more mature than some of the previous releases, they're just painted and dressed more maturely. ^^;

The mold sort of reminds me of Hinata with more narrow eyes.

I think I need those Yo outfits, they look adorable!

SD-16 Kira is very pretty and I like her default wig, but I'm not quite so into the large dolls.

 

I'm loving the Yo outfits, but otherwise I'm SAFE! The new SDGr boy looks too much like Ryoya, and I'm not so much into girl dolls in general. I think the prettiest out of them is the SD16 Kira. She's really lovely!

 

Minoru is a pretty uninteresting mix of Eden and Ryoya, the best thing about him is his outfit. If it was black, it could so be used for Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner purposes. >.>

I don't think the Yo's look any more mature than Piccolo/Anne. They actually remind of a less sullen version of them. The outfits are really cute though.

Best doll this Dolpa? Hands down it's Mai Shiranui, yeah Volks for doing that outfit right! Who's a huge KoF fan? Me!

 

Agreed If volks keep on releasing more KoF girls, I think I will die @_@;; Time to start collecting DDs XDD;;
