Oh goodness. The suspense is killing me! I hope those of us who entered through the Volksusa lottery hear from them soon! ;_;

 

I wish lots and lots of luck to people still waiting to hear from dealers, and to those waiting for the Volks USA lottery!!

Oh how exciting!! The hard part is right after you get her, you have to send her away but the wait will be worth it especially if it's from an artist you admire! I'm waiting for three face-ups myself at the moment...a nice little Christmas gift I can actually afford

Just paid for the deposit on my girl. ><! TOO EXCITING! My second Volks doll to get direct, the first was Kaelin and I didn't even have to enter a lottery for him! Kira has had me on pins and needles this entire time, to the point that I didn't even want to talk about her on the forum.

NOW I CAN. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. *cough*

Best wedding present, evvvah.

 

I WON I WON I WONNNNNNNNNN!!!! I entered through Kerbey Lane for SD16 Kira and I got the e-mail at 12:20 last night (couldn't sleep) and had to wait until a decent hour this morning to call my lottery buddy (Jolarocknrolla -- we're trying for twins!) because her internet is down at the moment and she'd wanted me to let her know ASAP if I heard anything back

Unfortunately, she didn't win, but she's also entered through Welovedolls (hey, do any of you know if they take your CC number? She got an initial confirmation e-mail from them but they never responded to any of her further attempts at contact and never got a credit card from her) and through the Volks lottery, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for her! *wibble wibble wibble* (I'm just as anxious for her as I was for me -- I'm broody on her behalf!)

But OMFG SD16 KIRA!!! *flail*

I'm jazzed beyond all belief at this moment, if it wasn't immediately obvious ^__^

And me too, I got the confirmation from We Love and they emailed back asking for "information" so I sent my name, address, phone number, Paypal, and blood type, but have not heard back. I feel sorry for the one who opens their inbox and sees fifty emails going Waaaaaaaaaaah.

 

Oh wow I just called Rochelle at Kerby Lane and got myself that one available SWD Nana!! Hubby decided I can get her for my Christmas gift because I've been so good LOL! I remember first seeing her in person at the Dolpa in LA in 07'...a super sweet girl brought SWD Nana twins and I was smitten by their beauty ever since! Hooray!

 

yeah, no Kira for me so far ... now it's up to WLD and the Volks lottery ... ::crosses fingers, toes and eyes::

SwD Nana has a special place for me, too. >< When I was picking a new doll for my character Amatsu I was stuck between Luna and SwD Nana, and obviously Luna won out.. which is perfect for the character. But I still whimper when SwD Nana comes out. Obviously Kira was more important this time. :/

 

Oh yes, beautiful Luna! I have that girl as well and love her to pieces. I have an open eyed Megu so SWD Nana will be her sister Kira is an amazing beauty too but the money tree only has so many leaves Scared to see what her after market price might be!

Luna and Miruku are my two favourite dolls, so they are my royalty. Well, my reigning highest dolls are the three girls... Jun, Luna, and Miruku. Here is hoping that Kira will rank among them like she needs to!

F-01 haunts me so much. x.x If I didn't have a Miruku I'd be wanting a WS F-01, but Miruku is my white little princess.

I wasn't as lucky through either of the Volks dealers for my SD16 Kira... But to all of us still waiting we gotta hang in there people... I was lucky enough to get a Kira through WLD! I'm so excited! Like Anthony said, WLD does have an extra SD Nana. I just talked to Debra to give her my deposit! :-)

I hope the rest of you who didn't get your dolls through the dealers will luck out in the Volks lottery!

girlwholived...Miruku is another one that is crazy beautiful and an ultimate favorite I agree! I have Kurumi and love her dearly but would I complain if I ever got a Miruku, I think not! That gorgeous white complexion of hers and that face-up is just a dream combination. You are so lucky to have her! Williams is the creme de la creme dream doll for me....someday!

i had the honor to actually go the Volks USA store today.... i am on holiday in LA.... i tried to coax some Lottery info out of them.... but their lips are sealed..... and so we wait...... congrats to all the happy winners....

Emailed WLD about that SwD Nana and Debra confirmed that she can't sell to non-US residents. Poop! I knew I couldn't enter the dealer lotteries but I was hoping that, since it was confirmed to their store, maybe I'd be able to buy it like I'd be able to buy anything else :[ Guess not. Oh well, good for future reference. Come oooooooonnnn Volks lottery!

 

Anthony I am sending you luck that you get your Kira, I am so glad that I am not still waiting to hear about Nana, I would be loony.

 

Does WLD only notify you if you won? Because i didn't hear from them at all ...

 

I'm pretty sure she'll notify you if you didn't. She did when I didn't get Kurumi. She may be waiting to get deposits from everyone, because if she ends up with unclaimed dolls, she may offer them to other people on the list. Just a guess! You could email or call and ask. Good luck! Hope you get what you want! :-)
