I can't speak for their Ebay, but Dollmore in general is extremely fast. Even with their dolls.
So if you buy through them, be it Ebay or their regular site, you'll get your order pretty fast.

Also, I am pretty sure the 2 available is just to avoid that a listing goes offline when someone buys an article.

 

I've ordered from the Dollmore ebay page many times. Never dolls, but clothes and accessories. Shipping is slightly more expensive if you go the ebay route, and the items themselves usually have a slight markup (I assume because ebay fees) but it's more convenient to purchase via ebay imo. Items have always arrived the same as if ordering via the Dollmore website. The Dollmore website sometimes has small coupons though that cannot be used on the ebay store.

Like Ara said, the numbers are probably just so the listings don't get removed when one is purchased. And I know Dollmore tends to have each fullset release be only offered in a small limited number to begin with. But even for fullsets, Dollmore is very fast to ship based on what I know of other's fullset purchases.

 

We have ordered dolls from Dollmore before, and they were ften shipped after 1-2 weeks. Some of them had differently coloured heads and bodies despite having been bought as full dolls, always with bodies that are used for more than one Dollmore doll/ doll line. Either the head or the body was slightly more yellowed than the other. So I do believe they have at least some popular items stocked, maybe just select bodies or heads.
