Me too, purplekaren. But Armeleia did say "early next week" meaning the first part of this week, so perhaps she is just waiting til she gets all of the outfits out to update us.

 

Unfortunately, USPS still hasn't delivered the great big load of shipping boxes that we need to actually get the outfits out into the mail. We'd thought they would have gotten here quicker. We couldn't order the shipping boxes ahead of time because we didn't know the dimensions of the Dollheart boxes.

We will update here as soon as the outfits are shipped out. We're hoping to get the shipping boxes this week and to be able to devote some time to getting the boxes ready for mailing this weekend. Armeleia and I are doing all this, and working during the day doesn't leave us as much free time as we might wish. We will be shipping domestic orders first and we'll be doing those in order of when they were paid for. International orders will be going out in blocks, since we have to do all the forms at the post office. Thanks for your patience! I promise the outfits are worth it!

Good to know, Junkets. Let us hope the USPS sends the boxes in good time and that you and Armeleia find enough time this weekend to make a nice, calm, unrushed job of things. I doubt anyone minds waiting a little longer if it means you two won't feel like you have to rush

I was expecting to wait 45-60 business days to just have them shipped from DH. Even a week from now is still early

 

A ton of the domestic orders are going out tomorrow. You may receive a click-and-ship notice to the email associated with your Paypal. Hopefully the rest of domestic orders will go out on Saturday along with a couple of the international orders.

There was a big difference in dimensions and weight between the different USPS Priority boxes. Rather than having to go back and ask people for more money for postage (the jump between one size/weight and the next was a couple dollars), we've shipped in the smaller boxes where possible. This means that for people who ordered a single Fer, the outfit box is housed very snugly in the outer box. Please be careful when opening it if you are concerned about keeping the inner box in good shape.

 

Thank you so much for the warning. Some of us can get pretty scissor happy when dolly packages arrive.

Wow! That was fast, my outfit arrived today and it is beautiful. I can't wait to dress up my boy and show it off. Thanks to all the staff that helped.

Got mine today! Was kind of worried since I never got a shipping notice, but hey, the Steampunk outfit is here and now on my doll. Totally happy!

FYI for those who got Steampunk: The leg holes on the shorts are super tight. I assume it's to hold the socks up, but I put it on my Yo-Tenshi and barely, barely squeaked by getting the shorts over her bum with the socks on. If your doll has bigger thighs than a Yo-Tenshi, you're not going to be able to have the socks pulled all the way up underneath the shorts, period.

 

The Homme Fer is absolutely luscious. There will be cage-match elimination-round wrestling in my house to decide who gets to wear it first.

I have wanted a boy-sized Fer coat for years now; never thought there'd be one. And it's worth every day spent waiting & wishing. Thanks for having such a sweet anniversary event & thanks for the quick shipping... and thank you DollHeart for finally granting my wish!

No worries, was just curious as I'm not at home atm, so was having a case of slight paranoia and imaging it arriving without warning and there being no one to accept it XD

 

I got my Fer in!!! it is absolutely gorgeous! I will try to get pictures up ASAP.

 

I received a USPS email notification on the 6th and the updates on my package haven't changed since. Is this normal? Should I be worried that my package is in limbo somewhere?

 

When you check your email notification, is the address correct? That is a long time for a priority package to take.

 

The address is right. This is the message USPS gives me:
"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on November 6, 2009 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later."

 

That would indicate that they didn't scan it when they received it... I'll make a trip to the post office on Monday to see if something happened.

 

I also received this and my package hasn't come.

 

I just checked and three of the parcels that were mailed that day don't seem to have been updated to say that they have been received. They are definitely at the post office with the labels attached, so I'm going to go make them find them and get them moving. I'll post an update tomorrow after I talk to them!

Don't worry, we will make sure everyone gets their stuff.

 

I didn't get mine yet either. When I track it,it says info received November 6,but it doesn't show shipped.

Is Canada considered international? I haven't gotten any notification about mine being shipped yet.

 

As Canada is a different country from the US, yes it is considered international. Those packages have not gone out yet.

I went in to the post office today about those three packages (purplekaren, yours is one of them), and I spoke to the Post Master. He is going to see what he can find out and check with the destination post offices to see if he can find out anything. He was very logical and helpful, so I'm sure that this will get resolved. He's said that he will call tomorrow to update.

I don't mean to be a bother.. but.. I've been watching my tracking a lot.. and I expected it to have updated to something by now.. but it's still saying this:

I know it's only been like a week.. but it's really unnerving :\

 

Katzchen, there was a problem with the mailing label; your package has not actually gone out yet. Your package will go out this morning, along with most of the other remaining orders. Our post office recently changed its hours, which makes it virtually impossible for us to get to the post office to mail international packages on any day other than Saturday. Thanks for your patience!
