i have a couple of questions, cause i fail that way.....i dont know know what a read receipt is, or how to attach one *fail*

also i want to make sure we can pay next week (like when we get paid XD) if we order this week...

 

To attach a read receipt, look under the text box of your PM. There's a check box to attach the read receipt.

As for when to make payment, we would prefer that you make your order around the time you plan to pay. However, if you don't, we will live.

I would like confirmation that you guys are sending Paypal request for money from Den of Angels LLC?

It's a little disconcerting since there is nothing in the request as to the item or more information that it's from here and not some stranger who has seen this thread and decided to try and get money from people. There is no breakdown for shipping and all.

I understand you may be busy and have a lot of requests to send out, but it would be nice to know this Paypal request is from here?

Accidental - it's them. DOA became a registered LLC..earlier this year? a few months back? And the shipment and such is already added into the for you to pay. It's a paypal invoice. makes it nice and simple to pay so you don't have to fiddle with fees/addresses/etc.

 

Hi I l have a question. I live within the US, do I need to have it insured.
If its good idea to have it, how much does it cost?

 

moondream- In my opinion, insurance should always be purchased. i personally insure everything I ship, and ask for insurance on everything I buy. It protects you, so should your outfit get lost in the mail, you get your money back. With something so valuable and expensive as a limited outfit set, insurance will save you from loosing a chunk of money from the postal's uh-oh. It's usually no more than a few dollars (i'm gonna guess...$5 for this?). There's a ratio..somewhere.

If its just few bucks more, I guess it will be wise to have it than feel sorry later when item gets lost somewhere.

 

When I sent the requests, each one had the information in the subject line. They all followed the format of "(item name x quantity) + shipping (amount) + insurance (amount)." Did yours not come across this way? (If not, I need to put the information somewhere else, and I apologize for the confusion.) If you need your breakdown sent to you, please drop a PM to the DoAOrder account and I'll get it to you tonight when I go back in.

Payment requests are coming from Den of Angels, LLC, the email address associated is ads (at) denofangels (dot) com.

(And yes, for tax purposes DoA became a business entity in March. It doesn't really affect the forum itself much, but it helps me a lot by keeping DoA's finances completely separate from my own.)

I'm sorry, but we will be receiving the entire order in NY when it's prepared. It would be too confusing to try to sort out some to ship elsewhere.

I know this might be a bit redundant, but would it be possible for these things to be posted in NEWS now and then, just as a reminder that something is going on here? If not, it's perfectly understandable... but I definitely miss stuff going on here when I rely on new things to be posted in NEWS and with links to go on to find and discuss them elsewhere... This actually was posted to News on 8/12, as was the Luts LE. This subforum existed only for the month of August, so all of the events are finished now. We wanted to mostly keep the party info in here so it would all be in one place.

 

I did order a few extras out of paranoia that I would have mixed up an order or missed someone... so after all orders are packed and shipped, there may be a handful of outfits available. If so, I will give an update at that time. (Edit: Oops, this is armeleia.)

I know that it's only been about 30 days since the order period closed, I was just wondering if you guys had any updates on the outfits.

 

Nope, no updates yet. As soon as we do, we'll update the thread to let everyone know.

 

It's going to be 45-60 days before the outfits are prepared... I think they only count workdays (M-F) as working days so it's going to be a bit. Don't worry though, we'll update as soon as we hear anything.

 

I'm so excited to receive my Homme Fer. I just purchased the female Fer in black to match. Now I just have to figure out who is going to be fighting to wear them. lol

 

I can't believe we're so far into the wait I hope the rest of the waiting time passes as quickly!

I hope we hear something soonish. It would be great to have these outfits in time for Halloween!

 

I doubt we're going to have them before Halloween - we haven't had any updates from Dollheart yet... and after they ship to the US, we still need to get them packed and shipped on to owners. We'll let you know as soon as we have any news.

 

Aww, man! I saw a mod post and got very excited. Ah well...back to waiting

 

I'm not positive, but I think these outfits may have arrived today. I got a call that "three large boxes addressed to Den of Angels" are waiting for me. I will be picking them up after I get off of work... my goal is to measure the boxes tonight, then order the Priority shipping boxes in the correct size. I'll keep everyone updated and try to let you guys know what the shipping schedule is going to be.

 

I will keep my fingers crossed.

The Dollheart outfits have arrived and they are very cool. I like them better in person than in the photos! I have ordered the shipping boxes and hope to start shipping them out this early next week.

I am a worrier, so I ordered a few extras of each set in case there were any mistakes in my record-keeping. After everything has shipped out, if there are extras I will post to advertise them.

Is there a waiting list or something? I missed the chance to order during the order period (I was on holidays) and now I read there may be some extras, I would like to know if there's a chance to get one male Fer.

 

There will be no waiting list for the Fers, if there are any extras at all. If we do have any extras, they will be put up on a 'first come, first serve' basis. Otherwise, it's too much work for us to keep track of. Sorry!
