All the in stock dolls that I got from DDE that came with faceup, came with the company faceup shown. I hope that helps!

 

After a week's holiday in customs, my Berg finally came home today! He's so cute too, it took me a little while to sort out his look (he almost stole someone else's hair... and may still get to keep it, it suits him) but I think I've got it now. I didn't realise the bodies were so slender though, his pants are almost slipping off him.

 

I'm currently waiting on a Doll Leaves Teresa w/ grey skin... she's going to be one of my first BJDs and I'm so excited for her to get here...

 

Popping in to say still waiting on an order with 3 full blank msds through Fabric and friends, from end of Feb. Check in with Iris, no response yet from when she said she would contact DL. Almost at the end of 6 months now.

 

@DraconicMaiden I also placed an order through FF&D at the end of February. Went to a meet up over the weekend & a lady was telling me she ordered back in March & she already got both dolls. I have never ordered from DL so I don't know what the wait time is for them

 

That's so crazy, it really makes me wonder..

 

Well My heart is breaking angelesque just informed me they got my teresa doll execpt they sent the wrong head, right body wrong head I'm crushed they offered a choice of 2 other heads but I wanted my twin teresa alien girls and now thats not gonna happen *crys* so she said she will refund me the order. I also ordered a NuoNuo the same time and that is still on order so I'm scared that she will be messed up now to it's soul crushing!

@DraconicMaiden FF&D emailed me today letting me know my order has arrived.

I paid for shipping & they should be here next early next week. I am really excited. I have never had a big order like this so shipping was scary, lol

Just got a update from angelesque still no contact from doll leaves, Said they have had lots of issues with doll leaves problems with communication and getting the correct dolls. I don't have much hope that I will get my little NuoNuo at this point from the company. I'm unsure if other places are having issues with the company but I'm kinda hopeing she will tell them she will drop them unless they get their act together!

 

I did finally get a Teresa back in March. I ordered her from Denver Doll and did the three month layaway.

 

Ordered a Berg last month from ACBJD, he's going to be my first doll! I'm very excited, I love his face sculpt!

 

I just put an Sd sized doll, a Puppet-4, on layaway. She was amazing the moment I saw her on the Denver Doll Emporium site and I was instantly in love.

 

Still no news on my dollleaves order from January. I emailed DDE two months ago and they said 3-5 weeks... I hate being a pest and continuing to email them, but this is getting a litttle ridiculous! Still going to be patient though since I really just want that body... haha. :C

 

Any idea how long the overall wait is for Doll Leaves? I messaged DDE about my order (Got a DC head with a DL body) and they said they're waiting on the body now.

I ordered both at the same time late February, so reaching the 8 month mark. I didn't think Doll Leaves took that long, but I'm not sure!

 

@wolfylee I contacted DDE regarding an order I made from Doll leaves, and they said that they were taking around 7-8 months. Which means my Lan boy is also taking forever, lol.

 

@Magnus Vale Oh woof, I kinda remember them taking quite a few months for a boy I orderded a few years back, but I must have forgotten! I hope you get your boy soon! DDE said they were getting in a shipment real soon!

 

I ordered my Berg fullset earlier this month through DDE and I'm so excited for him. He's the first 1/4 scale/MSD sized doll I've ordered, though he probably won't end up being my first to arrive with the wait times...DDE said it would probably be 6-9 months. At least that might give me enough time to come up with a name for him, haha.

 

I'm still waiting on my nuonuo from doll leaves via angelsque. I'll be contacting her next month to see if there is any word on her. I'm getting slightly annoyed has it's going almost 9 months roughly. I personally would stop taking orders and such if it was taking so long and orders were being messed up. I'm hopeful but only slightly that I might get her still angry about not getting my teresa but at least I was given a refund.

 

I ordered my Alisa via Angelesque in January and it was a 7 month wait. I ordered her in normal skin, but I when she arrived, I think she has white skin, but that's okay, I like the white skin too!

 

After 10 months, I finally got a shipping notice from DDE about my Lan!! So in the next few days I should finally see her home!

 

I placed an order with Christina/jeeryama on June 13 for a grey skinned doll. I was able to have a 3x layaway since I also ordered a doll body from another company.

My order shipped on November 5, and I hope she gets here soon! My wait doesn't seem as long as others, but it was still outside the quoted production time. Unfortunately, I feel like that is the case with Doll Leaves. Christina was wonderful and also informed me that Doll Leaves responded essentially on their own time table. :P

For everyone else waiting, I hope you will get some answers/your doll soon! I'll update when my precious girl is in my hands.

 

Christina is telling me my order has arrived and will be shipped when I finish paying my layaway, but I've already finished paying. Really hope it's just a simple mistake as I've triple checked and yes, I've paid in full.

 

I feel like I posted in one of these before- but I'm still waiting on my DL Jeremy. He's the first doll I've ordered, got him from Alice's Collections but I have no clue when he'll be ready to ship!

 

My DL's order is with Christina, and if there is a mistake, just email her. She must have made an error, but she will make it right.

My doll arrived earlier this week, and I'm super happy with her. Christina/Jeeryama was wonderful as my dealer! My girl is perfect, and I love the posing of the DL's body. I'll eventually upload some pictures/the box opening soon...

 

Yep, everything is fine. I always worry with stuff like this. It's shipped to me now. Can't wait to get it. I ordered a body for some of my floating heads to go on.

 

hello everyone! It's always exciting (sometimes nerve wrecking) to get a new doll.
I ordered Alisa in the beginning of this month and also another Teresa head
So let's see how long I will be here.

 

Ten months?! I ordered a Lan too (from alice's collections) and I don't know if I can wait that long

 

Right I have finally gotten around to messaging Carol at Angelesque about the NuoNuo doll I ordered back in Jan/Feb along with the Tersea doll that came wrong a few months back. I don't have much hope at this moment of her coming correct or even come at all since my first order was wrong and thankfully Carol refunded me, for that I'm super greatful. Doll leaves seems to be having very long wait times and seems to be getting longer they have pretty dolls I do love the sculpts but I personally feel if a company is so back logged with orders it would be better to suspend all new orders til at least 70% of back logged orders were complete and shipped. I feel that would also help their workers so they are not rushed and their will be no incorrect orders for rushing. I still don't think I I'll be ordering another doll leaves doll unless it's second hand. so *knock on wood* I'll have some good news for xmas.

 

I'm still waiting on my ,boy lol, reaching into the ten month mark now so hopefully not too much longer!

I'm always baffled honestly how companies get so backlogged on orders, but I suppose it does take quite some time to make the dolls. But still. I've been spoiled my ResinSouls one month wait when I first started buying dolls lol!

Oh, that makes me hopeful I'll get a notice soon, I ordered a Daniel back in July and was told it would be 20 weeks, maybe that means DDE got the Doll Leaves coming in! I hope so!

My Jeremy is here! I'm so very happy, he's been here a few days but I've needed to let it sink in because I'm still in shock

 

Daniel is here!! He looks great, I have to do faceup and body blush and then I'll get some actual pictures.

There was a mix up at DDE and they sent a little doll by mistake, so I am sending it back as soon as they send me a shipping label to do so. There were two Doll Leaves certificates and I didn't know which one went to which doll, but DDE told me it doesn't actually matter, that the dolls aren't assigned certificates so just pick one. I learned something new today! I am picking the numbers I like best!

I am very excited that he is here, but just not up for doing the faceup and body blush yet, as I am busy moving back into my renovated bedroom, which is really time consuming. My bedroom is looking amazing though!

 

Joining the waiting room! Ordered a Doll Leaves Augus in August (heh), I hope he will arrive soon. I have to admit that it gets harder and harder to wait haha.

 

Added myself to the list! Ordered a Mili blank in WS on January 16th via Alice's Collections. Looks like I'll probably be in for a bit of a wait..

 

Well was just informed that my little NuoNuo arrived and is correct *screams and crys in relief* she is supposed to be shipped out today. so hopefully I'll have her by like tuesday.

 

I have to slow down! I juuuuust ordered a Wish and a Lan from DDE. They were in stock so hopefully they will be here soon. That's my last dolls ordered for a while. I'm super excited, though! They're blank so I get to face up and blush them when they get here.

I didn't realize my Wish was on the older body so he's a good 2cm shorter than the Lan. He looks like her teenage kiddo which I'm not bummed about though it's making me reconsider their planned characters. Lan's eyes are all wonky but I'm going to swap those for something a little fancier anyway so pulling them out was already on my to-do list. I have to take them apart for body blushing and sealing and face-ups. I filmed the unboxing to edit together into something a little smoother too. I'm super excited. They look even better than the photos.

 

My Augus arrived last week! Wow I can't believe it, it still feels unreal to me, as it is my first doll.. It was quite tightly strung, so one of the first things I did was restringing the arms with a different elastic, because they were just flapping all over the place XD

Poor thing doesn't have any clothes at the moment, so I did a crudely attempt at making some underwear. Hope to increase my wardrobe in the following months!

 

So what's the current wait time looking like? Last I heard it was getting pretty silly at like 5-6 months or more. Have they managed to catch up at all?

 

I ordered a Nina with NS and faceup through Alice's Collections. I'm really excited because she will be my first bjd ^^
I asked for an eta and they said the doll leaves orders are taking about 5 months. Let's hope she comes a little sooner~

 

Okay so that sounds a little better than it WAS.
Annoyingly, the dolls I want are IN STOCK at denver doll but it's about $80 MORE to order them via DDE than to get them from ACBJD because of shipping and customs from the USA.
and I just can't justify that much just to avoid a long wait.

Hi folks! joining the wait, just put in for a Zheng with the tattoo face up. I've looked at him for so long now, i'm so happy to have finally ordered him. I guess i will find out how long for the 1/3's, seems like not too many folks waiting right now for the big boys.

 

Today I saw a box sitting on my porch and got momentarily excited thinking it was my doll Then I realized it was too soon for it to have arrived and it was not the right shape or size of box. But the tracking has updated and says it'll be here on Monday so that's ok!!

i ordered through Clover Singing, jeeryama's online store (pre-orders). I've only seen pictures of one owner's Zheng, and that one doesn't have the oni tattoo. So i really hope they are able to make it like the promo photos, it is so exquisite. He is also pretty fantastic without the tattoo, so maybe i'll get a blank twin sometime later, maybe if i see a super sale

I've seen a few DL models in stock, but they are never the ones i'm interested in buying. if you can get 15-20% off and wait, it's worth it, but i've certainly done the instant gratification route a few times

i'm doomed anyway, i have a penchant for the companies that have long lead times like Dollshe, DC, DV, DZ and now DL

but, I don't mind this time, they can take a while as long as they are careful with the painting.

 

The painting is really important. Ufff it is exciting but goodness I wish she was here already amd it's barely been a month! And yes, why are the specific sculpts you want never in stock!

 

i don't think there was any chance i would find mine in stock, i know he is an odd duck and not as popular. but to me it also seems like there are fewer dolls in stock with most of the dealers right now, no matter the maker. hopefully once freight is moving normally again and folks are feeling more financially secure it will pick up
