Yesterday I asked Esthy personally when she would sell JK. she answered me that it is not known yet. but possibly next year. In short, in December it will not sell JK. Well, well, we can safely save money.

 

Well, at least I know I'll be able to save up enough money for it.

 

can i ask if how much is the price range of DM full doll and head only? I am saving up for JK... I wish she will also make Suga... crossfingers..

I would literally cry at the sight of a Hoseok or Yoongi. TBH I'd probably spend all my money on buying both. I already at least. I plan on getting JK, but how can you say no to sunshine personified (aka, your hope, my hope, Jhope)?

@Jellybabiesaregood You are right, it is very hard to say no to our sunshine J-Hope since sunshine is the source of all life I want to get all members if my wallet (I mean it is in the process of no longer looking like a wallet, looking all battered and stuff) can take them

If you're still curious, if you order from NobilityDoll, Sunho as a full doll was $720 which included the jointed hands, but NOT shipping. Head would be about $170~ which includes shipping (though I was part of a 2-person group order which is why the price isn't exact). Hope that helps!

 

Since I'm only buying the heads and not the full doll it makes it a little easier to afford lol but yeah. I can't wait to see what Esthy's other dolls look like. I'm definitely going to buy more than one of the sculpts lol.

Not getting my hands to Sunho and Hwayoung makes me eager to collect the remaining dolls..but it still making me sad that i cannot complete the whole group.

 

I'm pretty sure some people have found the Sunho in the marketplace here. I'm not 100% positive, but there's always the chance that it gets sold.

 

Yes, I have seen Sunho and Hwayoung for sale in the marketplace, but they do go for a high price second hand, so please be prepared for that.

I guess it would be Jungkook. If DM release Jungkook, I might buy two heads. So they can be twin brothers. LOL Actually I want to buy a full doll but the price is too expensive to buy two full dolls at once. I think to buy only heads is a good option for me. I see Doll Family H offers to sell their bodies in DM normal and white skin through Taobao. The price is very lovely. It's around $220-230. I might try to do a hybridization between these two companies.

 

Might buy two heads if jungkook.. One if RM. If yoongi.... 5 heads..Whaaaaa yoongi Stan here...

I just read about the notice a few minutes ago.. And I was so excited for that!!
I was planning a trip to Korea this mid year but for some reason I was not able to buy sale tickets.. But luckily!! It was a sign that I need to keep my money for jungkook and I will not gonna celebrate my 30th bday this January for Jungkook or RM..

Hi Impulsegale! Yeah, I'm a Yoongi bias as well, so this is a step closer to getting a Yoongi doll! I'm already crying for my wallet when the time comes but oh well~ it is what it is. I'm looking forward to the hyung line sculpts to be honest, I might even take the plunge and buy all of the hyung line if ever I was late to buying Taehyung and Jimin (which I always regret jfrkhfrekjgeke) but hopefully I can stay on top of everything and stay updated ^^

I just ordered DF-H 65cm body in Switch NS last month. Let's see the quality of the resin and the color compatibility are good enough to buy the next one or not. If they turn out great, I'll buy their bodies in DM NS for sure. One thing that I like about this body is when you purchase the body, DF-H will give you jointed hands, in the same resin color, for free!

I'm planning to buy Jungkook, RM, and Jin. It depends on the final version of each head. If they tend to have more ability to do a variety of faceup, I might make these guys into twins brothers. LOL Too sad, I missed Taehyung pre-order and I still want him until now. The retail price is too high and he's a rare item now. T^T

 

I am so excited for the hyung line whenever that comes out! My wallet is not ready for those dolls but I'm probably gonna try and get the heads for them. I'm prepared for JK. Honestly this morning when I saw the post about Nobilitydoll updating I screamed. I was so excited

I bought a body from doll family a and I'm going to try and blush the head to hide any resin mismatching. I think they'll be close enough in color but honestly I'm not too worried because the body was cheaper than buying the full doll. Now I just have to wait for the doll to be released

 

I have like no disposable income now but if the new release is Jungkook I'm going to be ordering him anyway. I was too late for Taehyung, but Jimin did not disappoint.

Hmmm, very true, the final version of the head will really be the turning point for me. I'm planning on completing the hyung line, since I missed out on taehyung and jimin, but who knows? QUICK QUESTION: has anyone ordered from DM directly or through NobilityDoll? Which one is better?

I went through DM's site and saw that there was a 'doll form' up. Do I just answer that one and email esthy? I have no experience with DM or NobilityDoll, so I'm sorry for such basic questions

 

I always buy doll heads directly from DM. You only have to write the form, send an email to Esthy, and wait for the confirmation email. The artist can speak English. So I think it would be fine to communicate with him/ her.

Distant Memory or NobilityDoll is fine; I don't think one is particularly "better" than the other? It mostly just comes down to preferences.

Like do wee have to pay in full once we order or do they accept layaway? And how long is the waiting time for the doll to arrive?

NobilityDoll accepts layaway (though I don’t know the details). For Sunho, they took about three months to process + ship; they also mentioned they had a delay due to the large amount of orders they received.

 

Oh. That waiting time seems shorter than I’d expect. That’s pretty nice actually!

Hi guys! I’m a new ARMY and recently decided to see if they have BTS Bjd. Lo and behold they actually had a freakin V and Jimin bjd and I totally missed it! I’m gonna watch this thread as well as Nobility Doll website like a hawk. Hopefully I’ll be able to get my hands on the next one. Ahhhh V and Jimin look so incredible!

How do you like Kookie? Looks like it? He seemed recognizable to me when he was only a gray model. In the casting it seems strange. But I think, the make - up will decide everything.

OMG! I went to check out the detail on DM website immediately after I saw this post. I think this head is the final one because DM stated that she/ he can't do a face-up on the sample head now because she's working on the clothes. For me, the final version looks so different. The previous version has double eyelids while this one doesn't. Let's see the final version. DM will deliver the gorgeous face-up and beautiful clothes as always. LOL, I'm so excited now.

 

Question:
Anyone who has ordered a doll from esthy before, did you order on nobility doll or straight from the DM site? I know it’s only available to order for a very short time (10 days right?). Does it sell out or is it just anyone who orders in that time frame will be able to get one.

I’m so excited for seeing the final makeup and can’t wait to order him!!

 

I order straight from DM. Anyone who orders and pays within 10 days, I believe DM will follow the same pre-order period as Hwayong and Sunho, will be able to get dolls for sure. I believe DM send the dolls by ordering or paying queue. I ordered and paid Sunho on the first day of pre-order time and I got him earlier while someone still waiting for their Sunho. Hope it helps.

How easy is it to order off the DM site if you don’t speak Korean?

 

Overseas orders will order via email by sending the form to DM's email. Esthy can speak English very well. So it's easy to communicate with him/ her. Esthy only recommends creating an account in order to receive the notification email when DM releases new doll.

it took about 3 weeks for him to get home again, but it's so worth it!! i will be getting the jungkook one too from distant memory so he will also be send to the same face up artist.

 

That’s really awesome. I’m currently in the process of deciding how I’m going to get the faceup for mine done when I get him. I have a friend who does them but I’m not sure if it’ll be the right style I’m looking for in a faceup so I’m looking at other artists too.
