-Fantastic! They emailed me back with answers to my questions as soon as they could, and were very flexible when they took out the layaway payment.

* How easy was it to pay?
-Uber easy.

* How long did it take to ship?
-As soon as the final payment on my Mo-2 was made, they shipped him out. Four days later, he was here! They also shipped the wigs and clothing out the same day payment was made.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
-Oh yes.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
-Yes! Everything was beautiful.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
-Yep! One of the Monique Gold wigs was marked on the packaging as a 6-7, but was actually a 7-8. Not only did they send me the right wig size, they let me keep the larger wig as a gift.

-Also, the fullset Mo-2 came with shoes, but Dollzone accidentally packed in two left shoes, instead of a left and a right. DDE sent me a tag in the mail to give them back the defective shoes, and sent replacement shoes to me at no cost.

-Yep! In fact, everything I have ever ordered was through DDE, save for a Second hand doll I brought from a user here. I plan on buying a few outfits and wigs there very soon. I love dealing with DDE.

She was shipped out the same day and would have arrived within the week if she had not been grabbed by customs. So just over a week from America to UK.

Since they don't mark down, the customs bill was very hefty so although they are wonderful I would use them as a last resort simply because of the customs bill using them entails.

Excellent! They answered all of my questions immediately and sent me pictures of the doll they had in stock so that I could see the face-up details. They were quite friendly and helpful.

Extremely easy. I paid with a credit card.

They shipped the doll the day and I received her 3-4 days later.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes.

Even better. I asked them to send me pictures of the doll they had in stock so that I could compare it against the stock photos.

Yes. There are some rough seam lines that I'll have to sand down, but I didn't order sanding and I can sand it very easily.

I've ordered several times from Denver Doll Emporium, but of my last four orders, THREE have had an item or items that they were sold out of.

One of the reasons I usually decide to shop from them is that I know I'll have exactly what I want, and pretty quickly. However, as they are pretty consistently having issues correlating between what they have on hand and what they list as on hand, I'm just downright disappointed.

I asked them to cancel the order that they just emailed me about (of the five items on the order, two were out of stock), and do not plan to do business with them again in the future.

EDIT: They have NOT updated that these items (or the item from my last order that was out of stock--a MONTH ago) are no longer in stock, either.

How was the communication? Pure Amazing! They informed me about everything. They told me when my cheese mouse had been shipped to them, explained their layaway process to me, and sent pay pal bill requests right on time each month.

How easy was it to pay? Very easy, I used paypal. The only thing I didn't like was you had to wait for the shipping fees to be calculated in, but that's understandable in my eyes.

Everything was excellent with them. I kept adding things to my order as I awaited my doll and even once I got the notice that they were shipping my doll, I emailed back to add a wig so I didn't have to do a separate order with shipping and they did.
