I have, a couple of times, and both were wonderful. Paula and Gina are sweethearts and really go out of their way to answer your e-mails quickly. I needed to add a few things to a pre-order and it was absolutely no big deal. I also really like that they tell you up front how much of anything is in stock. Of course, it's best to call and make completely sure, but at least you get a good idea.

All in all, I'd say they're a very nice, trustworthy and friendly place to deal with.

 

I haven't bought bjd items from them, but I used to buy Kish dolls/accessories from them, and they are really wonderful to deal with. Been in business for years, and very reputable. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them for anything!

I bought my first doll, a Sooah, from them and they were so helpful and shipped her out so quickly.

 

Denver Doll is fabulous! I've never ordered on-line from them but I did order over the phone once because my friend was going to be in their shop and I wanted to pay with a credit card and then have her pick it up. I would not normally do this with ANY other shop, but I trusted them completely. It all went fine and I had my purchase in my hands the very next day with no complications. Paula and Gina are wonderful people.

 

I agree-Denver Doll is a great place to do business. I always order online and they are extremely quick to reply with an email. They offer layaway and in addition to the usual payment methods, they also offer payment with paypal. I have ordered Kish dolls from them mainly but I do have a BJD preorder with them right now. I'm hoping they will be able to stock more clothing and boots in the future.

 

I know they aren't a doll company but since they sell doll wigs (including Leeke wigs) and clothes, etc. I thought I'd post this here. If I shouldn't I apologize.

ETA - I've since ordered two or three more times from Denver Doll and have been thrilled with them every time.

 

I didn't know there was a feedback thread for them on DoA Anyways, I made two different purchases from them, both for wig caps, which I HIGHLY recommend to keep wigs on. Obviously more expensive than a plain old rubberband, but it's secure and keeps wigs in place. Shipping was fast, but then again, I live in a nearby state. To make a long story short, I would buy from them again ^_^

Only $10 above the Orientdoll price but no shipping from China, I had the piece of mind knowing he would be inspected by the store before going out.

Yes. The eyes look better. I had bought the boy shoes for an Iplehouse doll but they were way too big. Fortunately they fit my Sabik's feet like a glove and they are close to what I am looking for for his cosplay. The girl shoes fit my AoD doll perfectly. Maybe they should put shoe dimensions.

Very satisfied. I highly recommend this company. Their website could use a little work but it's functional.

* How was the communication? Not all of my questions were answered in the emails, so I called eventually. I have a Dollmore doll whose feet are on the larger end of MSD, so I wanted specific measurements so that I ordered the right size. Based on the measurements given, I ordered the SD size. They were way too big, so I ordered the MSD. They were about 1 cm larger than her foot, but they fit all right without socks. I suppose I wasn't clear on what part of the shoe I wanted measured.

I've ordered a few things from them, the last was my biggest yet. I ordered a wig, 2 wig caps, some eyes and underwear for my (unarrived) MNF El. The girl helping me was really sweet and patient, took time to look through the underwear and describe what was in stock (color/pattern) so I actually got something I could live with. I paid by CC and my stuff was home in less than 5 business days.

Will definitely continue to use them.

What did I order? Everything from my first SD (Kenshin, an Elfdoll Red), to undies (which have just hit the mail today). Lots and lots of stuff.

They are outstanding to deal with. They're right on top of their email and phone inquiries, always. If there's any issue at all with the order they are right there, in your in-box, telling you about it and asking how they should proceed. They ship things IMMEDIATELY and ACCURATELY.

I currently have a DZ body on order from them. I wrote with a really random question about timing, and got an answer that was as precise as anything could be when you're dealing with the rainy season and a substantial ocean between us and the body.

And. They're fabulous in person. Delightful people. They have a shop that is to die for. I wish I lived a little closer. Because they carry all sorts of dolls they're always able to recommend what other sort of clothing might fit, for example, the Orientdoll Tae sized.

I've ordered lots of things from Denver Doll and as an overseas buyer, they're great to deal with. They offer a range of shipping options and are helpful with any questions. I've never had any hassles or problems, shipping was always prompt and as per cost charged.

 

I ordered a LeeKe wig and a copy of the BJD Orbyrarium from DDE, and both items arrived the day after I'd made my order. Due to my mistake I'd ordered the wig in the wrong color, and after calling them to explain, I mailed it back to them.

The wig was mailed back to me the day after I sent it, and arrived on my doorstep a day after.

Excellent service, very friendly, and very much value for my money. I'll be buying from them again in the future.

I put two dolls (DZ Ray and DiM Benetia) on layaway. Everyone at DDE is wonderfully helpful and the communication is stellar. My Benetia came in within three weeks, I was informed that she was here and would I like to go ahead and pay off her portion and have her sent to me? Heck yeah! I had Benetia in my hands within four days, safe and sound.

I've ordered a Bobobie Sprite, DZ Hid, Wigs & eyes. I wanted the Hid fullset in WS but all they has was a nude Hid. So the went ahead and shipped him, then shipped his other goodies when they came in. I wasn't charged shipping for that, either. They're great, very good communication. I'll order from them again.

I"m lucky enough to be able to go to Denver Doll 'in person'. Paula and her staff are absolutely wonderful. I've gotten 4 dolls from them so far, and a number of wigs and other things. Its not just a 'business' with these ladies, they love the BJD's as much as we do, and have their own collections. Where else can you go and have Paula's delightful grand daughter (about 8 yrs old?) point out what's new and intelligently discuss the merits of particular dolls with you.

 

This makes me want to move to Colorado just to visit their shoppe frequently. XD I'm about to order a 1/6 doll (AOD, Mimi) from them. The deal will probably be finalized tomorrow and hopefully shipped out same-day as well. I wish they did business with Cherish Doll, though. X3

 

Many many years ago I bought my first doll from DDE, a Gene Marshall--their sevice was excellent then. This past 2 weeks I ordered patterns, books, and my first ABJD--a Souldoul Linn--from them. They are still maintaining their excellent customer service--everything arrived within a week in excellent condition--just as pictured. I have already ordered from them again. I don't remember the date...I think it was the 14th or so. I ordered the mo-2 outfit set, and a wig, and boots. My order was sent out the next day, well packed, and arrived in a few days. I am VERY pleased and look forward to ordering from them again.

I recently put a Bobobie Apollo on layaway on DDE, and so far they've been fantastic in customer service! As wonky as my requests have been for payment methods (2 visa gift cards, and doing the paypal shuffle between my friend, myself and them), they have been endlessly patient with me. I set up a 3 month payment period and magically managed to pay two of the payments in a couple weeks, the last is due toward the end of august. so they're very flexible to customer needs.

I think I've received responses at least once maybe twice a day for every question, and even when I get responses from a different person it's as if everyone there knows exactly who I am, what my request from my previous email was, and the exact answer. XD Which amuses me to no end. They know me by name now. I can't wait for my boy to be come home!

 

I've ordered from Denver Doll two or three times now (I know definatly two...) and I LOVE THEM. They are very quick to answer questions about potential orders and will do anything and everything they can to make you a happy customer.

First order was a OrientDoll Vampire Ye Girl and while the only Ye they had in stock at the time was male, but they gladly switched the head with a girl body so I could have the doll I wanted. I have NEVER heard of anyone else doing that, but it made me so happy and they kept in constant communication. She arrived two days later in beautiful condition and I knew I'd order from them again.

The second order was for sunglasses and eyes and it is already in the mail and I should have it by the end of the weekend if not Monday. The turnaround with this order was even faster than my first order and they will definatly get more of my business in the future.
