      Great! They would respond on the business days and hours, like their website states. So I'm happy with it!

      Yup! Paypal and layaway. Of course, the layaway program was different. They would send you a invoice and expect payment within 3 business days. Unless you emailed them that you wanted the invoice early or where going to pay later.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Took about a three week due to Fairyland's part.

      Yup!

      Yeah, but it was a part of a split! Either way he's looking good!

      * How was the communication? Excellent, prompt and professional; they mailed me with thorough information about the total shipping fee, tracking information, etc. when my order was processed and shipped, the same day I placed it. When I needed to contact them about making an exchange (not their fault, I made a sizing error on one item and another fit "on paper" but didn't work in person), they were just as nice and prompt, and very helpful in answering my questions about sizing advice on several items I was considering.

      * How easy was it to pay? Paid online via credit card, perfectly easy.

      * How long did it take to ship? Not long at all, they shipped the same day I placed my order. The package arrived three days later, pretty much on schedule in my experience for Priority Mail covering that distance.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes; even better than the pictures in some cases, like the sword and shoes.

      * Were you satisfied with the product? Yes. I had to exchange two items due to fit/size problems, but there was absolutely nothing wrong with the items, I simply misread the size on one listing, and the other just didn't have the right proportions to fit my doll's oddly-shaped feet.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? I almost hate to use the word "dissatisfaction" as I was perfectly happy with the merchandise quality and DDE's service, I merely needed to exchange two items due to an error on my part for one and an unforseeable sizing incompatibility with the other -- my DollZone fox has feet that are shaped differently from most human dolls, and shoes that are the right size in terms of length turned out to be the wrong shape to fit over her chunky paws. I enquired via email about exchange processing, and they again answered all my questions politely and promptly; I ended up ordering a few larger items for my SD girl, submitting it per their suggestion as a Paypal transaction, and they then invoiced me for the cost minus the value of the items being exchanged; according to their most recent email, now that I've paid they'll ship the exchange order as soon as my package of returns arrive. I'll post an update/edit once that transaction is complete.

      Yes, and I've already done so as part of the exchange process.

      Return/exchange process for the two pairs of shoes has been completed without a hitch; I mailed back the shoes late last week, they received my return package and shipped my new order (three items of SD clothing from DollHeart and Guess Doll) on 4/18, and I received the First Class parcel on 4/20. Simple and painless! :)

      How was the communication? - Fantastic. All of my emails where answered usually within a few hours. They where really helpful.

      How easy was it to pay? - Extremely. Paid my initial deposit via Paypal, and every month after that, they sent me a paypal invoice for the next layaway payment. It was extreamly easy and convenient.

      How long did it take to ship? - Took about 2.5 months to get to DDE from Fairyland. Took about 2 days to get from DDE to my doorstep. They sent her out as soon as I made my last layaway payment.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? - Yes. Well worth every penny.

      I did have to call a few times to get the updates, and when i did, two of the three times, people were nice....one of the times, the lady was EXTREMLY rude, and threatened to cancel my order if i didn't like the way "things were".

      Little Fee Shiwoo Fullset was a pre order. I finally recieved my order in January, long after the fullsets from other sites had started arriving in the customers' hands.

      note: It's ridiculous to hold any retailer responsible for shipping delays from the doll companies! There is seemingly no rhyme or reason for when companies ship orders, or who they ship to first, and DDE has never made claims that you will get your doll faster if you order from them. In some cases, it might be a bit longer than if you had ordered direct, but the saving in shipping and the safety of ordering form a US dealer more than makes up for that. And having a large selection of in-stock dolls is certainly a bonus.

      2 days. Got it today, May 29th--the eyes were in stock so they went out as soon as the order was processed.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      The price was appropriate for the quality and especially the convenience--I have ordered them directly from China, which is of course slower and sometimes hit or miss for quality. When I buy from DD I know the stock has been checked and the bad ones have been tossed, so I don't mind paying a couple of dollars more--I get it in service.

      Yes, actually a bit better, the DD picture of this particular pair is a little muddy on screen, they are sparkly perfection in person.

      The wig was somewhat flawed in that there was not enough hair on the top of the wig cap so there is bald patch. You can see the wig cap no matter how you try to comb the hair over the patch.

      The re-ment did. The wig looked like it except for that unsightly bald patch.

      One of the wigs was not. The wigs were already a bit pricey, but one came with a matted texture and was not soft at all.

      NO. My Madeleine did not look like the sale pictures. Her sales pictures show her as being sweet and shy, and she came with the most angry eyebrows that I think I've ever seen. She looks evil, according to a few of my friends.

They want me to return my Madeleine, and I told them that I would be happy with either with a refund on the faceup charge to get it fixed, or a to exchange the wig I got for one with bangs so that I could hide her angry eyebrows. So far it has not been resolved.
