What did you order? 1. Dollzone WS Hid w/o face-up + clothing + wig 2. Puki PongPong + clothing + wigs (I feel like a glutton looking at everything I bought. ) When did you order? 1. Mid Nov...don't remember the exact date. 2. Dec 8-ish? How was the communication? Awesome. They replied a few hours after I emailed them. How easy was it to pay? Debit...too lazy to use paypal for some reason. How long did it take to ship? 1. It was a pre-order, so it took 6 weeks to get to DDE and then a week to get to me. 2. A week! Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Definitely. They're both siblings and they're so adorable that I can't regret my purchase at all. Did the item look like the sales pictures? Oh man...Puki's resin is so pretty. And I'm in love with my Hid, even though he doesn't have a face-up yet. Were you satisfied with the product? Yes. Definitely. The only iffy thing is that Hid is a little floppy...he keeps on dropping Puki (his beloved little sister!). But I think I'm gonna order a double jointed body for him...yes, ready to splurge so soon again.

What did you order? Two pairs of Dale Rae shoes in MSD size, and a Gracefaerie corset pattern, also MSD sized. When did you order? November 7th I believe. How was the communication? Very good, e-mails were next day How easy was it to pay? Very easy How long did it take to ship? I'm not sure, since it was a Christmas present to me, and therefore I was supposed to have selective amnesia. Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Yes, the shoes were for sure, although the pattern seemed a bit expensive. Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes Were you satisfied with the product? Yes, however I was accidentally sent a pair of SD sized shoes rather then MSD sized. If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? My mother had simply wrapped the box as it had arrived for Christmas, so I didn't realize that the shoes were the wrong size until I took one out of the bag it came in to put on my girl's foot on Christmas morning. I e-mailed Denver Doll and explained the problem, and the next day (the 26th) they sent me a very apologetic e-mail, and offered to refund my money or send me the correct size, telling me I could keep the SD-sized shoes I was sent, since they didn't feel it would be worth shipping them back. Today (the 27th) I was told that my shoes were mailed out, and that she'd double checked the size this time. I'm very satisfied with Denver Doll's customer service, I'd order from them again.

How easy was it to pay? Easy. I used paypal. You just have to wait for them send the invoice =3 How long did it take to ship? Well baring waiting for DZ to actually get the doll to the States, and the Sunday in the middle of the ship time, it actually took about 4 days. I used the UPS method. I should point out, if you're in the US, you can pick your shipping method with DDE. Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Definitely! Did the item look like the sales pictures? Stock DZ photos, but yes, it did. Were you satisfied with the product? I was very satisfied. DDE is a great place to order from, very easy to deal with.

I had ordered my first doll through DDE Christmas of 2007, and it went amazingly. They were very nice, threw in a bunch of freebies since I was buying a full set and also a complete n00b, and were all around helpful. Since then I have stopped by a few times throughout the year (it's a very VERY long drive for me but convenient for no shipping) to buy accessories/eyes/wigs and such. Every time I've been in there, their Customer Service has gotten progressively worse and worse. Not sure why. Maybe they have hired new people to work under them? I stopped in once to buy new string and a restringing kit for my doll. Of course since I was new at it, I asked if they had any tips or could help me. Taking apart a doll is kind of scary for the first time. oo; They rudely turned me away, saying that they can't do anything. They didn't even give me any tips! Simply said that they CAN'T (it's a doll store... who would have thought?). Then Wendy came out and said that she could no problem, helped me take him apart, and told me how I should have done it, and gave me a link for more instructions when I got home. If you need to talk to anyone, talk to Wendy, the rest of them are VERY rude. She's always been very nice and helpful. * What did you order? I called them up twice during Dec., spoke both times to someone else who was rude and they simply told me that they 'don't know' where it is or when it's comming. Said I could 'give a picture' of the doll instead. Haha. Mid January and I still have no idea where the doll is. I called them again, and they said 'They have been ordering alot of Little Fee's and Puki's, and the regular doll orders have been pushed back.' That's not right. I have friends who ordered from them AFTER me and recieved their items BEFORE me. ??? I finally get an e-mail on the 20th of January saying he's in the store. * How easy was it to pay? I had put a down payment of $106.00 down through the website with PayPal when they ordered him. I have worked in Customer Service myself for eight years as manager for several different companies, and I know how to work with people and how to treat them. I had politely brought up my concerns and dissappointments to their attention, and they rudely simply told me that 'I could have my money back and they'll just keep the doll.' I hadn't even suggested that I wanted my money back, because it was STILL a gift and I still very much so wanted the doll. They basically told me that they don't give two sh**s if I gave them my money or not because they had enough other people buying their Puki's and LittleFee's now and didn't need my business. That is completely unnacceptable in service. I was baffled. * Would you order from this company again? After a year of constantly dropping service, I'm sad to say no. People who have ordered directly from the Doll Websites have recieved their items much faster than I have from ordering through DDE. * Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Yes. I think part of me was hoping that I wouldn't like her, since I was somewhat on the fence about buying my first BJD, due to the expense. Yet Yewon was simply gorgeous in person and met so many of my BJD criteria/preferences that I went ahead and purchased her.
