Ordering Correcting a mistake in an order?

You can ask, but my guess is you're stuck with your resin color

 

Honestly, just ask. Either they tell you it cannot be changed, and you are exactly where you are now, or it can be changed and you won

 

So I ordered two Raccoondolls on the same body. Right before my order was ready to ship - Raccoondoll released an updated body. I asked nicely if I could have the new body, and I offered to pay the difference. (They did not charge me, which I thought was very nice.)
If it's a popular doll, there's a chance that Legenddoll would be willing to buy the other doll for in-stock inventory (dealers sometimes do this). So there is hope!

 

Do try and ask! The worst case is that they will say no, but in my experience companies often are friendly and they are helping their client.

I ordered a wrong doll with Sartoria (it was a split) and realized it only after a month of layaway and Jay was kind to cancel my order and create a new one, the one that I needed and transfered the layaway payment to the new order

 

Always ask - the dealer will always know more about your order than we do

 

It really depends on the company, I believe. I tried with Impldoll but they told me I couldn’t bc they had started making the doll but haven’t heard any other updates. But I think some companies will let you. I had bought my head secondhand and I wonder if it was listed wrong. He was listed as real skin but I wonder if he’s an older normal pink. But I would definitely ask if I wanted a color swap. They might let you.
