Also, in addition to filing police reports, I also suggest you get a lawyer to help draft a letter bringing to her attention the money she owes, and if she does not respond and refund people that you will be sueing her in civil court.

Send it certifyed mail, return receipt requested, to make sure she recieved it. It can be used as proof in court as well.

I think the issue that's kept us stalled the longest is that no one knows her current address - or, no one's willing to come forward and give it. All I know is that she lives in Texas.

 

I only have her old address, assuming that she has not moved.

I have an address from when I was dealing with her. PM me.

 

I think one of the mods mentioned that posting it like that is actually against the ToS, so you're probably gonna want to take it down, but offer to PM it to whoever wants it. ^^;

Thankfully I'm not a part of the group she took money from, but to hazard a guess I'd say she's still at that address, since her LJ lists her as still being in College Station.

If I knew more info I'd gladly give it, but (thankfully) I lost all contact with her quite some time ago once I figured out I didn't want to have a friend who was a little on the violent possessive psychotic side. :\

 

I still can't belive that she had done nothing and givin one or two refunds and sent some items. As she did mine, but I say you guys should file a report. But the address kotori has is the one she still it looked like the one I rem seeing. Goodluck everyone

 

*raises hand* I only ever saw her once though...through a friend of mine and I haven't really seen her since. If anyone has her last name on hand, though, and wants to PM me with it, I can look through the local phone book and see if I can find it.
