derilan85, in a pinch, FireFlies will make do with Kelly clothes. Some of the shoes are rather cute but you may want to put a slit with a box cutter down the backs of some that are a little tighter so they are easier to get on and off. Lily has a pair of their stompin' boots in gold (they are like big old galoshes!) that she loves. Although my girls are currently infatuated with their pointy-toe faerie shoes they got with their Easter outfits made by tdk designs here on DoA. He makes things for RPs, but the shoes fit FFs perfectly as do the longer dresses (well, the shorter dresses fit too but only Peri is willing to get away with that length!). And Muse Star (with the help of Midsummer, of course) makes wonderful things for the girls (which are what Lily and Peri are currently knocking around in). They love her stuff because it is very comfy! I am hoping to get to some pictures of them in the next few days if I can ever get proper wigs made for Draken and Peri.

Lana, Primrose is a vision in purple and blue! More piccies, please! Sure would love to see a lineup of your three girls although I'm not sure how they'd feel about all posing together (and how much bloodshed that might involve - maybe if Dave stunned them with some banjo playing first it would be safe?)!

Oh heck, why don't we just admit it? Our FireFlies have us exactly where they want us! Behind a camera with wallets open and a free phone line and internet connection available for them at any hour of the day or night!

Thanks for liking my sweet CoCo Pups. I bought her as a consolation prezzie, and her original faceup was pretty sparse, so I deepened around her muzzle, and gave her steampunk eyes, eye liner, some dimension over the eyes and in the ears, some whiskers, and a little black nose. Then there was some sort of unfortunate incident with the MSC at the end where it bubbled and took off the paint behind and atop her poor ears, and off on the side of one cheek. Ahhh well.... I just dont think the poor dear had ever been sealed to begin with, but well anyway, her little face looks so precious, and I went thru so much with her that I just have bonded rather intensely to my sweet CoCo Pups.

Tiggy has grown very fond of CoCo Pups as well, and she is really nice to cuddle with till my little person 21 comes.... I actually have not been able to order my D2 coz most of the money i have made has not come in yet - its driving me NutZ! I need some play money for all this work I am amidst!

Anyway little CoCo Pups and Tiggy are having a fine time together, and hopefully I will get some better pics up tomorrow, if I dont manage to sleep off her face cuddling with her tonight.

He is friends with Jonlyn too so he has access to our girls but the puke outfits and shoes fit. DarkStar has both her girls in his outfits somewhere recent. My Buttercup has hidden her spare dress and shoes, she knows Inara is a greedy girl.

Phoebe is a hero I am glad you see that in her. Merrick is seriously rethinking his options. Although Phoebes heart belonged to Hunter she has no idea if he will ever come to claim her and she needs someone to live with her in her little cottage, to comfort her when she gets her headaches with herbal remedies. Inara is too self obsessed to have much of a relationship with anyone but the mirror and I think he is slowly realising he is with the wrong sister!

Regarding Dame Edna, I finally cracked last night and said why wont anyone ask about the potato. They all burst out laughing, they had been having convos every day and were too scared to ask, thought I had finally flipped. Carys even had her friends round just to see it. So he is a world famous transgendered spud in Adelaide!

Goodness--I just don't know where to start!! The new girls, oh my goodness--I need a dozen of these amazing little creatures! Thornapple, Tallulah, Lucy, Coco Puffs, Fi, Fifi, Midsummer, Rati and BuBu, Luna and the Possum, Tuldok and Amihan, My Own Little World, Todd, Bonmwe, my head is spinning! Do not over worry Derilan - Tiggy is Constantly in various situations and changing clotheses and though I do have Ginnie all set to save her eventually, these FF truly are Alot tougher than we realize. If you look at Tiggys blog you will see she gets Alot of adventurin in and that's just merely what I pic.

I handle her constantly though I have been more careful since all the problems with my fuuga Phaedra, Tiggy was stomping mad at me for treating her so Dangs gingerfieds! So now though I try to be gentle I still do just let her get lots of Livin as Tiggy jus do so Loves her Adventuresomes!

Oh Darkstar! Just wait until you get him!!! You will be so in awe! He is not just a stuffie like so many, these are wonderfully solid and amazing creature sculptures!!! I just know you will be like I was and want to sit and just hold him and examine all the incredible details...and there are so many it will take hours!!!

Oh I DO love your Dragon!!! I may need a dragon one day...or a water dragon maybe...like the Lochness monster...

And Egg is so adorably sweet giving him love and comfort...I just love little Egg!!!

 

Creaturesmith- I know I will have to get a dragon like that for FiFi one day, knowing her she will take off and fly on some adventure and return when she feels like it, just woke up from a crazy nap and FiFi was in it trying to tell me something...

 

Fifi was most likely looking at the dragon!!! These fireflies learn computer skills very quickly!

 

Egg is a very integral part of the creation of these wonders! I know so much heart and soul goes into them! derilan85, FiFi was probably trying to tell you to get her a CS dragon or other creature ASAP! Lana's right - FireFlies get familiar with computers really fast. Maybe to them the computer screen is like a flame to a moth (only a moth won't run up your credit cards!).

 

Lana, DarkStar- Your right she is right here with me at the computer and she wants a Pink one, gotta get my car fixed next week so a good chunk of what money I have is going to that, what I'll have left over.....yeah I'll get her one eventually.

Phoebes eyes FINALLY arrived today. We ordered them at least 8 weeks ago but due to factory holidays etc and slow chinese deliverys they got here today. She loves them. I think a certain boy may look into them and fall into them at the same time. You cant see in the photo that clearly but they are half one shade of blue and half and even lighter shade. So pretty. The sad thing is that Trinitys eyes were also in the packet. I do so hope she turns up one day to wear them. I keep telling myself I dont care but I do want her to come live in her cave and clean up after her damn cats!

Inara sniffed "Oh you do remember how to take photos of fireflies" (reference I think to the Kizzy and Nell downtime I have been enjoying. Just for that she wont be getting her photo taken today. Just her glorious sister. I dont think I have seen her this happy before. Even if I get a perfect head one day I could not lose my Phoebe

Must be the weather, I have just had a quiet weep for very little good reason. It was a nice cry if you get the diference, I dont look like I have been punched in the face , just need to reapply mascara before work lol. I think some of the vendors who sell to us watch us very carefully and only comment on their things because it is easy to join in. Sometimes after 10 hours away from you all I come back and have NO idea how to join in even though you are all my friends. The thread moves so fast and brains are so sharp and warped here it leaps from tangent to tangent in the space of a blink. lI guess its the clique thing even tho we are a very friendly bunch. Creaturesmith is maybe unique in that she shares and gets our girls and is very willing to join in.

one of the reasons I am teary is that myownlittleworld has made me some clothes, I just told her the girls that needed them and look at her creations .... no prompting ,just her reading every word on our threads and how well she knows us and our girls. Inara is going to bite off the postmans hand to get to the dresses intended for her... UNREAL! Oh Lana Nell is gonna be so happy too!

imajica, she is lovely in those eyes and DollZwize is right and even if you do get your replacement head, that will never take away from Phoebe who is so unique and special. I recently got some eyes I had ordered for Pearl and it made me sad too to see them. They are in with my other 10mm eyes in hopes that one day they will get used for who they were intended for and, if not, some other little doll will come along who will look just wonderful in them! I, too, have collected things for Pearl and Tully and wonder if they will ever get a chance to see them. If not, well, I am sure Lily will think of something good to do with them! (Faerie Yard Sale or something - Lily seems suddenly to have taken an interest in businesses where she can do as little as possible while reaping maximum swag, like the dragon rentals for her less fortunate friends! Who'd have ever thought the words "Lily" and "entrepreneur" could wind up in the same sentence!?! That Lily, she's a thinker. And that can be a dangerous thing!)

Oh, WOW! Just saw the things from myownlittleworld! Amazing! Boy, does she know your two! I am pleased to report I have bought my first dress from her today! But, again, it is one I'd really like for Pearl so I don't know who is going to be wearing it. And Nell and Kizzie should be happy too! Some times one of the best things you can do for yourself is have a good little cry, imajica! Things often do move fast here and I imagine it can be disconcerting to have to switch tracks so suddenly from work mindset to DoA brain and vice versa! Hugs to you!

I have just discovered Luna has been having a fine ol' chat through the night with creaturesmith! Apparently after seeing Rivermyst's glorious dragon we now have not one but two creatures going to make their way here! When asked about the TWO, she calmly replied that one was needed for flying when she was tired and the other to guard the home that lazy ol' me has not built yet. I KNOW, you all tried to warn me

Rivermyst.....I am lost for words at how wonderful your dragon is. Hope you feel on top of things soon.

 

Oh my Imajica...Phoebe's eyes are beautiful!!! Phoebe truly is gorgeous in both body and spirit and is certainly the Phoenix that arose from the ashes.

I agree with Inara...I'm glad you remembered the firefly girls..I'll bet the poor camera prefers the beauties to the...uh...well...transgendered potatoes... I'm aghast that you punished poor little Inara though. On the other hand, I know three girls here who want to steal the beautiful clothes right off of her gorgeous back. We've been looking at them and drooling ever since Myownlittleworld posted them on her FlickR. Like your girls she knows what is just perfect for my girls just from their pictures and from what I've posted. Of course its fun to see everything for the fireflies since we don't get to see many new ones anymore, nor are we likely to thanks to their creators misdeeds. I do hope those that want one and visit us will be able to find one and that they will all feel welcomed.

 

You've got it exactly right, imajica, I am sure! Plus, I will be the one doing all the work of setting it up, etc. Lily will be sitting back in one of her comfy chairs directing "Put that there and this over here!" Lily would make a great overpaid, underworked upper management type. Heck, she would probably make a great CEO of some companies! She is very good at ordering people and fae around!

FireFlies do seem to have a way of turning up in certain people's lives when they choose to (and choose someone they feel is worthy of them - and hopefully with deep pockets!), so I agree, Lana. Naughty creators notwithstanding, a FireFly will do what she wants to do and nothing is going to stand in her way!

LOL, yes, I know what you mean, bowerbird! To avoid double posts I always put in the line to show I added something because someone else was typing something I then want to respond to at the same time I was typing that previous something else! You will love working with Creaturesmith. She is such a generous spirit and amazing talent. We're so excited for Bagat's arrival and hope we will be able to include him in many adventures with Lily and Peri even though he is Draken's companion. They very much love Draken already (though not in "that" way) so try to include him in as much as possible. Not sure how they are going to react to Tiko though! I suspect he will be more of a buddy to the minipukes.

imajica, your photos are little works of art with all the details you manage to pack into them. I hope someday I figure out how to take such wonderful pictures instead of our little "kitchen theatrics!" There is so much great stuff around here in their little world, but I can never figure out a way to shoot it all so it looks put together.

Thank you, thats such a sweet thing to say. It is how they live all the time though, my shelves are divided into little worlds for most of my dolls and Phoebe has her own house and garden so things are already there. Its sort of cheating because I dont have to think about what to include , a lot of the time I am suprised that an animal or a creature has stuck himself there. Prince Demonfang the Terrible is never that far from Inaras feet but she is just sitting in her woodland.

My incoming person 21 has no where yet, hence the frantic measuring lol ... I do like them to be comfortable in their own spaces!

Welcome home DollZwize, sadly I have to cut and run any time now but keep going! DH will be asleep when I get home from work (he had a very early am start) so I can sit in the wonderful silence of the night with a glass of sav blanc and enjoy the rest of tonights fun here.
