I just recieved my eyes and they look just as pictured, very pretty!

 

I ordered a doll stand. The quality is very good and communication was good since I wasn't sure which size doll stand would be best for my doll at first.

Uhg, i'm so far behind in writing this. I ordered two pairs of eyes a month or two ago. I requested a custom iris size, the eye was 14mm and the iris was the size of a 12mm eye. They look absolutely perfect in my RS doll's eyewells! I'm definitely ordering a couple more pairs in the near future. Thanks again for such awesome eyes!

I ordered 13 eyes from Captured in Glass, all with custom small irises. When the eyes arrived, they were beautiful! Unfortunately, four of the eyes in which were ordered with multiple pairs weren't the custom small iris, but doll eyes were quick to correct this mistake, sending out the eyes with a second order I made of two eyes both with small irises as well.
These eyes have also arrived and they are perfect!
I am so happy with the small iris eyes they have produced and have been recommending them to everyone I know!
I have bought many eyes from them before and it'll be a long time before I stop!!

ordered two pairs of eyes from them, both with a custom sized iris. really happy with the result! the sizes are wonderful! and so is the quality. for one pair, the colour was true to the colour as presented on the website, as for the other, the colour in real life turned out to be a lot darker. (dark brown instead of golden brown, I think the picture used on the website has been taken in a way that emphasizes the glitter in the iris, which made the picture turn out lighter than the actual product. the glitter is lovely though, very subtle in real life)

I have had an excellent experience with a small group order for my local meetup group in KY. I ordered a total of 5 pair of eyes. 4 of the pairs were custom sized iris and pupils. They are true to color, true to size and look amazing. I highly recommend ordering glass eyes from Lu. Communication was great. Sadly, the original order was lost during shipping in China due to flooding. Lu immediately recognized the shipping/weather issue and re-made all 5 pair of eyes and was quick to communicate the very understandable delay. No human could control the circumstances of nature but the recognition of the situation was immediately addressed. The packaging was very good as well. I will order more in the future.
