Kitty Blue I am loving her! That red resin is awesome.

 

I was originally going to go for a red and black wig...but I might do something with yellow in it. either yellow and red or maybe a mix of red/black and yellow, not exactly sure of the style just yet will have to see what i can find. As for the eyes nope those are just the defaults I'm going to get her either yellow or a orangish yellow.

glad to know my comparisons come to good use I still have a few more colors to go though..lol

I really love Jun's ears and want to make him a mermaid. Will he fit on the Rong body? Jun is in a little bit taller category, so I wasn't sure if the head was bigger than the others.

Should fit Pinkcow had a Jun girl on single jointed body, and Hederyx my green girl is also on the SJ body with Mai head, but I'll be more than happy to take a photo of my Jun head on Rong body, colors won't match but you'll get the idea, I'll pm you later since I'm at work until 5pm. I have plans for a Jun girl as well to be my Jun boy's twin

Yeah sebby is what made me think that my Wu was going to be a bit of a grouch. Xb but strangely, he's really sweet looking. Like he's about to go frolic in a field of daisies or something. xDD

 

You could always try adjusting the eyes.. or size 12mm.. That usually gets rid of the innocent look a little.

 

The high dome ones he came with don't adjust upwards At ALL. I was considering trying a smaller pair but i'm interested to see how this is going to play out. xD

 

Seb's are high dome 12mms... but I'm sure size 14mm makes it harder to adjust!
It'll totally be interesting to see what happens with your guy.

I got my Sprite in just last night! ^ ^ I must say, Bobobie has amazing bodies. I still don't see why everyone complains! I got her a 7-8 size wig and it fits her fine, with some velcro on. I wanted to ask, though, will K2 clothing fit on her body? She's mature, but I don't want to spend the money if she shirt won't fit without modification. D:

Sooo, I ended up with a random little Sprite head that I've been modding and turning into my little rat-faery-monster. I finally found the perfect body for her, and can't wait to put her together now. But I'm wondering about what size wig to get? Is it 6/7 or 7/8 (I'm thinking Leekeworld, but general size info works too...)

Okay, for a random discussion topic: am I the only one who goes back to some of the older discussion threads to scan through for the spam photos?? I see dolls that have moved on, people who don't comment as much as they used to, lots of fun things. This thread moves so fast, sometimes it's fun to go back and see what we were talking about 6-8 months ago. (If anyone is curious, in November last year everyone was abuzz over the new sculpts that RS was going to release. XD)

lol...my Jun girl is actually going to be blue as well I did get a white Jun boy from the MP and had planned to dye him a blue shade and thought about doing the same thing with his twin sister, but I may decide to get both in the blue, we'll see that is a future project. For now I just need to get my new dolls some faceups and decide who I am taking to the next doll meet I'm going to at the end of the month.

 

so, Nox came in today two things, she really is not grey she is lilac which is still awesome and I like the lilac it's like a dark grey, one thing which dissapointed me was that she has the really old body that has the hands and feet that don't take S hooks at all, I wish they had told me that but besides that Thene0nshiva gave her a great new face up in the style I wanted and I'll spam her as soon as possible, could I have some cheer up spam? I lived in Japan half my life and I am devistated by the news..

Definitley! I got both sets on a whim, while they were there. I figured they'd look okay since Ariel had a set on some of the promo pictures, but they actually look better than I expected! I got both sets in 16mm, though.

 

i was in the art section..(or lack there of) of wal-mart last week,, and saw a Pack of Soft pastels.... i was tempted to buy them...but wasn't sure if their the right ones to use for a face up.... i want to attempt one...at some point

I also use soft pastels. Check the prices, though! Sometimes, you can find them a lot cheaper at hobby stores.

 

A strange question. A Fei/Mei head should work on the new DJ boy body yes? I have ideas for a new boy since not having a boy in my little doll crew is making me a bit weirded out. XD

 

it will be a little bit small, so the only problem you will have with it is that the head may not be able to move around very well..

 

sent you some photos of Mei head on boy body, I had them around for someone else In my opinion the Mei head fits on the boy body just as well as the An head does, I'm guessing maybe An was one of the first boy dolls? It seems they change the boy head with Mai? You can see from the right corner photo below that the An head kinda sits on top of the neck unlike the Mai and Wu. The Mei head fits the same way on the boy body. I think that is why An makes such a good girl head as well. Hope that helps.

 

Mom's Ya fits wonderfully on the new body which is the same head with human ears.. So I don't see why not...

She's the youngest of three, two older brothers, Dowan and Phaolan. Her oldest brother Dowan is cursed and she travels around and tries to find a way to break it for him while she does her own private research. She's cold and just slightly homophobic. (Which is going to be hilarious as my other girl is very much happily a lesbian and Dowan just hasn't come out of the closet yet.)
