Bobobie and Resinsoul mini discussion Part 4

Wow...yeah...those hooves are GORGEOUS on that body. So now..I am in trouble. My ONLY reason for not putting Rong on my 'want list' yet, is that I want her with hooves...So...if RS doesn't release hooves for the mini dolls soon...I might just have to buy a Rong, and use those hooves for her! Of course...I'll have to paint them to match or something, as my Rong will be LT or DT (still deciding) but it will still work out wonderfully, I'm sure!

 

Ayas: I'm sure painting them wouldn't be too bad. I actually think I prefer the look of these hooves moreso than what RS has going with their SDs. Granted a ResinSoul hooved doll would assuredly be cheaper. xD

Wow. Those horns on your girl look AMAZING! I've always thought of getting horns, but I couldn't decide which doll I'd want to try them on... I wonder what an Ariel would look like with horns and those FLOPPY ears!

I really love how Lenny's hair POPS against her pale skin/eyes/and the black & white clothing. I'd love to see some more pics of your girl that are close up on her face! The hair against her soft features is probably my fave part!

Ayanami's wig was ordered today! It's a pre-order for the new Leeke Light Blue color... I'm so so so so so excited! I've also been shopping around for a nice outfit for her that she could wear to cons (sort of a fantasy/Sunday best type of thing that she wouldn't wear all the time...).

I know people have said that Dollmore can run a little big, does that hold true even though my girl has some MONSTER bewbies? (She's BBB Mature Bust)

There's a dress I LOVE that is long, flowy, and the only part that's "fit" to the body is up above the breasts (It's the "Dark Witch" dress they have in their "Wizard of Oz" set). I thought the "loose-ness" wouldn't really matter since it's made to be loose, and the bewbs can more than compensate for a larger fit... any advice?

 

I hate popping in here after being gone such a long time, but I wonder what the current normal skin tone has been as the body I got for my minifee head a while ago is quite pink and light and not such a good match? I wonder if the color has gone back to the way it used to be (more peachy)? I have some new pastels and may attempt to blush the body again, but it would be nice if I could get a new body with a closer match in color...

I know that once upon a time the resin match was very close, so I'm hoping that it might have swung back to the warmer tones Thanks

 

Last I heard the BBB/RS NS was kinda pinkish. o-o

Took Tremis to chinese again today, though I didn't get any new photos. I was too hungry to search for the camera and Tre was just sitting right there, already ready to go.

 

Those hooves look great on the RS MSD. I do love fantasy dolls.

 

BB: Have you seen Paint.net? It's freeware, has a very PS feel, and quite a few of the filters you might expect from PS. There's also the freeware version of ArtWeaver. I've used both since my PS got hosed...

Back when I had her on the RS single jointed body...right BEFORE the Rong body came out! I think I did my lilacs photo shoot a whole 2 or 3 DAYS before they released the new body and I ordered it and sold the one she's on in this photo. Should I post a gallery thread with the rest of the photos?

comments help, but you learn a lot just by getting out there and and experimenting with scenes and your camera and different angles. I am still learning myself. I do see myself as a good photographer to be honest, but i want to be good.

I wasn't going to bother posting anything with Minnie - never did get round to posting that shoot from last week in the gallery. I did a shoot yesterday with my HZ and couldn't be bothered posting that either. I just stuck individual photos on the relevant thread. I'm a bit lazy when it comes to the gallery. Poetic Soul - I just love that set you're using for her, and her dress is beautiful. She looks like a real person! I've been eyeing up some lovely fabrics and wondering whether to try my hand at making something, though I thought I might start with something simple like a bed set.

Ayas-Shadow - The shoot from last week was cut short after that those strange guys that I mentioned turned up so don't have too many photos from it. I might take a look and see if there was anything half decent I forgot to process and finally create a new gallery thread for Minnie.

 

Will have to catch up on the photo shoots you guys have been doing, but I have to head to work in a few minutes...just wanted to spam Kitiblu with her new wigs.

My 2nd and 3rd attempt...my 1st was in a very bright lime green faux fur, lol. yep she does look stunning in the white, but black is her intended color to complete the character I have in mind. Now to get her cosplay outfit started and make the girl some kitty ears and tail.

Kitty Blue I think I'm leaning toward the black, but it depends on what kind of face-up she winds up with. Do you plan to make her some kitty ears or are you going to shape the wig into ear-like points? I've seen that done with fur wigs and it's actually quite adorable!

Mirren, I think Minnie lovely there, like a little wood nymph or something. I love how the daisies look so large in comparison to her, and she looks so dainty.

But i am happy you like my girl and my photo!

Poeticsoul: Your photo's are so pretty and unique i think i would recognize your doll photo's any where because of they way you do them, but this is a good thing. And her dress is so beautiful and it looks amazing on her.
