Also I looked at dika dolls 73 cm body and the neck is 11cm, which is closer to 12 obviously. Do you think that'd suit the head better??

I want to buy those dragon shoes from blossomdoll

I ask to the website of blossomdoll but they didn't respons me....
I want those shoes for my 1/3 doll Soom Supergem. She has this feet measurement: width is 2,7 cm x 6,2cm long.
If somebody can give me the measures of the Orlanda or Iris or Molly feets size ?

Anyone know the usual wait times? I ordered an Anthurium head a little while ago and I'm excited

 

I have those dragon shoes but never used it because I've chosen the black bird instead. Just one remark : I did try them on Molly once, she can't stand by herself with it (or may be I am a nut lol).
Lenght of her feet is 7 cm, widest part 2cm4, hill is 1cm8 (around).

They are the representant for Blossom dolls and the good thing is thay they do not charge for postal fees, I bought a Serenade doll from them, good people. You could try to get in touch with Christina and ask if she can sell you this special head. Good luck

Does anybody know what happened to Blossom doll? Are they still alive? Alice's Collections and Clover Singing removed their dolls from products lists, and I afraid they don't work anymore. I tried to contact Blossom doll... no answer

I'm still kinda scared BD are gonna close, so hopefully I can order soon. Has anyone had dealings with Legend Doll? I've heard mixed things about them, but their response was very quick.

 

Did you ever order? I purchased an Olanda second hand. I am just waiting for her to arrive. I am wondering about the eyes. It appears from some posts that she needs silicone eyes in order for them to properly fit? Not sure will have to wait until she gets here to find out. Would love to see some current photos if anyone has any.

I contacted DollMix because I wanted to ask if it was possible to only order the head and not the full doll of Olanda, however, they informed me that Blossom Doll is closing. They don't have any Olanda dolls left, and only limited stock of their other dolls. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up.

 

oh this is a bad news ! I wanted to buy another body from them, but only next December ^^
Do you know of any body really similar to this one ?

@Abell I know I'm very disappointed I know the new doll chateau Y-body-06 is very beautiful and has a similar aesthetic, also the dollzone NB58-001 body. I hope you'll be able to find what you're looking for.

The good news is that they do agree for me to have a layaway for the Blossom body, as well as for a Little Monica Grand Harmony boy body. They did answer fast, really. I'm so happy to get back a Blossom body, as I made the mistake to sale mine two years ago, thinking I did not need it any more, but some new heads came and ... Blossom body is the one which I like the best for them

I've finally recieved my Blossom Doll Gine!

Just want to tell you the story about my order. Maybe that will be helpful for someone, because Blossom doll are closed and ordering them now is a big quest)

I contacted Dollmix about their Blossom dolls and they answered me that they really have some Blossom heads and one white body left. They said that Blossom really had closed but some dealers in China still have their heads. (Dollmix isn't a Chiniese company but they cooperate with some Chiniese stocks who has some Blossom dolls, as I realise). I don't know are there still bodies because I ordered the last one Dollmix had (they gave me a discount because of little defect of body). Maybe Legenddoll or somebody else still has Blossom bodies. I don't know.

I was really nervous about my Gine because one day I figured out that the Chiniese storage workers accidentally sent my doll to the wrong address! To Krasnoyarsk instead of Moscow (3.3k kilometers!) >< I'm glad that Dollmix helped me to recieve my doll by contacting the wrong addressee and explaining the issue. So a week ago my Gine finally arrived

She is really cute but I still didn't upload my unpacking photos from the reflex camera So now I can show you only a smartphone photo.
Her name is Koya, she is a character based on the imaginary friend I used to have as a child



She had arrived with high feel foots included and that's great!) She also had random glass eyes (they are purple but look like grey). I already had a wig for her but now I'm thinking about ordering a second wig and eyes with more bright color)

 

Ressurecting this old thread to post my Blossomdoll Hyacinth head, Bailey. He's currently borrowing a Doll chateu body but hopefully he'll have his own some day. He also needs a new face-up and a wig of his own - I really must stop neglecting this lad!



Sad to see that the company went under. Their sculpting work was so appealing.

 

I have some potentially exciting news, it looks like Legend Doll has quietly released heads of Olanda and Gina on their site.

I don't see anything about them in the News forum, but I may have to pick them up while they are available.

 

Wasn't boy sculpt Anthurium one of theirs too? He is offered there too, on the same limited schedule, but it doesn't even say that he's by Blossom Doll. It's exciting for sure, but I don't understand this at all. Why would they re-release these rather obscure three heads after 13 (!) years? And who does this, the sculptor? Does anyone have background on this?

 

Yes, he was one of theirs. And to make matters more confusing they have more sculpts available on their main site. I think it's probably just because they do not tend to be very good about updating the English site. Still, I do not know why there is no announcement, not on their Instagram or anywhere else. If anyone knows about this re-release after all this time, please share. I saw it purely by accident while browsing and was like holy cow. No bodies being offered though, which is slightly disappointing and only in white resin.

 

You know I was thinking that after 13+ years, they surely had to make new molds for this, maybe even remake the masters, depending on how things have been preserved. That seems like a risky investment, seeing as they were super niche back then, and now they fit the current trends in BJDs even less (which I love). Why not restart business with some new designs then?

Anyway, if this is real I wish them a lot of success. Their dolls are unique and wonderful. I love my Gine forever, and yes, a pity about bodies, these were unique and beautiful too.

Well, I got her, and I really like her - even more so in person. Futhermore she looks great (resin match and all) on my 56cm Nakana Doll body I had given up finding a head for. So I think she is staying! I'll have to figure out how to post a picture
