Which is understandably not BJDivas' or Dream Valley's fault, considering the transport company fiasco. * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? My Order came with a broken finger, but that was the fault of the USPS, as BJDivas checked for damages before sending him to me. I was able to fix it using epoxy sculpt, as the broken piece was still in the box. * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? After contacting BJDivas, they learned from Dream Valley that they couldn't make a replacement hand, as the resin was event limited. They gave me an invoice for the value of the hand, so that I could submit a claim to the USPS because I had the package insured. I'm waiting on the claim to go through, currently. * Would you order from this company again? Yes, if I find myself in need of another long or longer layaway, they will be my first choice.
**POSITIVE FEEDBACK** * What did you order? Dream Valley Lloyd fullset + blushing, with painted Julia wolf as event gift. * When did you order? November 17, 2019 * How was the communication? Great! I went in fully aware that Dream Valley averages about a year to a year and six months. As I'd ordered a 70cm fullset doll + event pet, I imagined 1.5 years would be roughly on target. I asked about doing a layaway for a year, in which I paid a monthly minimum via PayPal (this enabled me to pay more at times; I finished paying for the doll before a year had gone by). I sent an email when I'd completed my layaway (and received confirmation from their side). From there, I was content to wait, and shortly thereafter I received word about Julia and then Lloyd. * How easy was it to pay? Very easy, BJDivas were happy to set up the PayPal invoice where I could pay a monthly minimum toward the doll's layaway. * How long did it take to ship? COVID-19 ended up extending matters on Dream Valley's side, plus some issues with the shipper service Dream Valley had been using to export dolls to other countries. I believe Dream Valley needed to end their contract with that shipping service and find a new one. BJDivas kept everyone apprised via social media (specifically their Facebook group) while this was occurring. Julia shipped out before Lloyd, and once BJDivas had Julia in hand they reached out to me to arrange USPS shipping to me. A few weeks later, Lloyd arrived and they reached out to me for his shipping specifics as well. Lloyd arrived to them sometime around June 22nd and BJDivas shipped him on June 24th after I'd confirmed insurance. * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? Everything was perfect!! * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? I had no issues with this order. * Would you order from this company again? Absolutely! I currently have two in-progress orders for Dollshe, and I know BJDivas are doing their best in regard to that whole situation. If any other dolls cross the horizon of my interest, BJDivas are my go-to for long flexible layaways and fantastic customer service.
POSITIVE i have ordered multiple orders from BJDivas from multiple companies. to be blunt, i am a new person to ordering BJDs and in many cases actively needed my hand held a bit, or common (to other folks) terms explained. I VERY literally had to have multiple email contacts on my first order just to get my order and layaway straightened out! (and thats all on me) BJDivas was the kindest, nicest, most clear, customer service help i had from any dealer. In addition, when i had an issue (totally my fault!) with an order that i had placed with another dealer (before i found BJDivas) they took the time to help me figure out what was wrong and how to fix it! Their layaway terms are fantastic, and they communicate any delays and issues clearly on both their webpage and their facebook page. 10/10 my only wish for improvement is that their webpage is a bit dated and less than easy to navigate for me (remember- not the most clueful customer here) , but they have agreed and have already been working on updating it.

I ordered a lot. * When did you order? I started ordering 2018 and haven’t stopped. * How was the communication? Very good! They always reply very quickly and are nice. When I have questions on orders, they try to give me as much info on what a hold-up is from a company, like when Miracle Doll couldn’t get my order out quickly because they were having transportation company problems. When DC told one person on this forum they couldn’t make the Y-02 body anymore, I asked Divas about it and they asked DC, confirming the bad news and immediately edited my invoice. Even when I pester them they are only professional, like when I kept asking about Miracle Doll. I also like that they have someone who speaks Chinese on staff. * How easy was it to pay? Super easy, they send an invoice through Paypal. If I need to pay a little later or pay some extra early, they understand and make a new invoice or extend a current one. * How long did it take to ship? Once they get the dolls in and have them checked, the shipping is within a few days. Some companies take longer than advertised to ship, like DF-H or DC, and that’s not Divas’ fault. They do tell you when they see items from your order though, and offer to ship things separately if they arrive before others. They’ll also hold items and wait until the rest of the order shows up or you ask to ship. That was nice because I recently got my Calle before my DC body, because DC takes forever and I’m glad I didn’t have to wait for them in order to get my doll and alpaca. I also asked them to hold my DF-H boy because he arrived right after my hysterectomy, and I wouldn’t have been able to lift the box. * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? They send you an invoice on PayPal, and if it's on layaway they send it and give you a period to pay it. My Dream Valley order is not yet in and my preorder is in processing. The pandemic shut the world down and even now the world is still reeling from the effects. If you follow the news, there is a massive problem with shipping right now that is a repercussion of COVID. Not only have the BJDivas had to manage that, but they have also often only been down to one person managing the inquiries and orders (our amazing Lone Wolves! ). Add to this having to move several times due to storage problems beyond their control, and it's a lot for a small business that is trying to do what they love while supporting fellow BJD lovers. The staff has had enormous demands put on them and have done their best to persevere. Yes, they are a business, but the staff is only human. Given everything relayed in their updates, the fact that they remain is amazing and I am happy to show my support for them.

I had a layaway plan but it was not set up using a PayPal invoice where I could make partial payments. Each layaway payment was a separate equal request of the amount I agreed to pay for the layaway. I was overcharged on my last payment. It was about $18. Something someone might not catch. I confronted them after double checking the math. It was an issue they were aware of with their layaway system but did not make me aware prior or after it happening. I asked for a refund but they said they would keep the extra funds until the items came in and put it towards shipping. I refused this resolution as they didn’t make me feel confident they would keep track/remember this information. If they told me ahead of time, as apart of the layaway information, I would have been more comfortable but how it played out it took several days and a few more emails to get a refund on a small amount on money… It just did not feel professional to keep my money like a bank without building that dynamic prior. * How long did it take to ship? Our recent Facebook post regarding a problematic customer was to present our side of the story after the customer in question was presenting exaggerated, misrepresented and/or outright false versions of the situation in as many public forums as possible. As the customer in question did not seem inclined to stop, we felt it necessary to make that post. As that customer then began messaging commenters and harassing them in private, we adopted a zero tolerance policy and began deleting and banning commenters who were perpetuating the drama. Your comment on our Facebook post was deleted and you were banned from the platforms we use for this reason. We do not use customers' real names unless they have already named themselves publicly, which the individual in question did.

My username on DOA, I do not use it for other social media and your reply makes me extremely uncomfortable. BJDivas were exceptionally accomodating in regard to this and I paid off MinYan about one month before he arrived at their door. * How easy was it to pay? Extremely easy - the invoices arrived on the date we'd agreed upon and the whole process was very smooth. * How long did it take to ship? BJDivas shipped MinYan out to me very quickly! I believe it was the next business day after I'd paid for the shipping. * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? None at all! There were no problems with this order, I found BJDivas exceptionally wonderful to work with and have continued using their service. * Would you order from this company again? Absolutely! I have an in-progress order with them right now, and also recently ordered a single-purchase box of adorable Egyptian figures (which was also shipped quickly and received in excellent condition). I'd personally like to state that I feel another customer has treated this dealer incredibly unfairly, has gone around many locations on the internet to exaggerate falsehoods against this dealer, and I do hope the moderators of Den of Angels reach out to the dealer to fully assess what has happened here. It is entirely possible for one very determined negative person to drag down a small business that has nothing but the best interests of their customers in mind, and I would hate to see this happen to BJDivas. This company and its wonderful people were there for me at a time when I could not afford a doll I deeply wished to bring home, but simply could not afford through shorter layaway terms. My engagement in this hobby (and receiving my wonderful MinYan) was reliant, in full, on this one specific dealer. I don't want to see that go away due to a very loud, vocal, and abusive customer.
What did you order? 2 sets of TianBa eyes via order credit, and a Souldoll Henry head. Both items were ordered separately. When did you order? September 2020; I don't remember when I ordered the Henry head. How was the communication? Slow. I had to prod them for updates for the eyes, and they didn't update me on the status of the Henry head at all. How easy was it to pay? Very, I had a standing order credit for the eyes and paid in full for the head. How long did it take to ship? Too long. I asked about then Henry head at about the six month mark and they'd already received it, but never reached out or updated my order status on the website. They said they were waiting for the Tianba eyes to come in before shipping the head to me; I didn't ask to have my orders combined, and requested to have the head shipped to me anyway. It took some time for the tracking to update from "label created" to "package received", but I don't remember how long. I had to ask for another update on that, and it started moving the next day. It was a while longer before they received the eyes from TianBa eyes, a few months iirc (and they were going to hold onto the Henry head the whole time?), then another month to sort the orders and another week to ship it. The eyes sat at "label created" for a few days again, but finally started moving at the 3 day mark. Were there any missing or broken items in your order? No. If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? N/A, there were no problems. Would you order from this company again? No. Shipping was too slow, I didn't like having to prod them for updates, and I don't like their policies, public temper tantrums, and public humiliation campaigns via doctored images.

Your order for the Soul Doll Henry head was placed on September 20, 2020, and it was shipped to you on January 28, 2021. This is four months, not six months, and we shipped him separately to you. We were not holding onto him to ship him with your eyes, as we'd informed you via e-mail he had just come in and we had not had a chance to send out shipping notices yet. We got him out for you because you asked, but even if we had not, we would've asked you if you wanted him shipped first if you'd given us a chance to process the shipment normally. There were no updates prior to that because we do not send out updates to inform people that their order has not yet come in. Your website status for the order was automatically updated at each step. There's no way to reasonably update the status of orders when there has been no new information. Checking into our history of communication, initially, the longest that we took to get back to you was 2 business days. Later, following the our team becoming short-staffed due to covid, which we explained to you and which you said you understood, the longest it took us to respond to your query was 5 business days. At no point did you have to "prod" us for updates, as we contact people when their orders come in. However, again, we don't contact people when there are no updates. As we'd also explained to you by e-mail, due to Covid and the winter holidays it takes a while for things to get scanned in. It was purely coincidence the tracking started moving the day after you messaged. What you don't mention at all about your order credit is that its source is from an order that you canceled. We allowed this cancellation and took on the burden of the lost cost ourselves because doll companies do not allow order cancellations. We then applied the funds you'd already paid towards your TianBa eyes order. You also don't mention the custom DF-A order you placed that went off without any issue. Regarding your final section, for future reference, this is what you describe as a "public temper tantrum". None of the images were doctored, the only edits were made to add the "Image #" captions. They divided the payments and sent invoices every time a payment was due Dollzone decided to discontinue several sculpts. I panicked and put Minas on a long layaway. I was late with some payments along the way, but they were extremely, and I mean EXTREMELY understanding and forgiving of my circumstances. My life went through a couple very surprising upheavals over the next year and a half. I finally escaped a lifelong abuse situation, and then six months after moving out on my own, while in college and on social assistance (struggling hand to mouth), the very few hours I was able to eek out at a part time job laid me off due to company wide shut down. Throughout all this happening, I kept having to stall payments. Bjdivas were literally the most gracious, kind, and understanding people ever. My GRAVITY order had been made when I had more income as well, and those payments were affected alongside Minas I moved in with my now wife in spring 2020, and was finally able to pay off my orders over the course of a few payments as we combined our income as a couple. Same thing done. I let them know I was to start payments and they sent invoices. The only "issue" that happened here was the computer sent repeats of the invoices, but they keep absolutely excellent track of all payments and it was cleared up after an email *How long did it take to ship? The Luts doll shipped a couple months after I finished payment, but Luts was working through a string of multiple events, and had most probably overextended themselves as is a famous fault of a lot of larger BJD companies. Minas shipped a couple months after my payment had finally finished. The extra wait was on DZ's end because of the stalled payments. Also probably extended a couple weeks because we were waiting for a cheque to come in for our fun money, as moving two households across two different directions in the region to a single household is extremely expensive. The Gravity heads took a bit, but the company (bjd Gravity) was starting to experience issues due to covid. I probably sent so many annoying "are they here yet" emails but they also responded with patience and grace, letting me know id be notified. * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? Finally receiving this doll after all the huge and horrible life events I'd been through was utterly cathartic. Or so I hoped. Opening the box, I bawled. I wrote an angry post on a BJD group on Facebook, putting down both DZ and Divas. I emailed Divas about it and they were upset for me, too. They told me that unless anything feels broken, the head wrapping wasn't undone to check the head, usually, because of the general feeling in the hobby that for a middle man company to do so, it ruins the "opening process". Like, this rhetoric from our community is complete bull, but I understand why a company would abstain for doing something most of their customer base doesn't like. They immediately contacted DZ. DZ offered twenty dollars but they told DZ that that was unacceptable and DZ promised to send a new head. DZ did not keep their promise within the time frame and I was upset further, but not by Divas. DZ actually reached out to me on FB because they saw a post I made about how upset I was, and offered a free outfit and a new and short time frame. They delivered on this promise, but expect either Divas or me to pay for the shipping. I have not yet received the head and gift. More big events piled up and I honestly forgot about it, until three months into my third move since 2020, which was just a couple days ago, when I displayed my dolls. Exceeded expectations, in fact, because this order ended up becoming complicated due to Telesthesia (just, as a company) and Covid-19. I worked out a layaway (BJDivas were very accommodating and I was able to pay it off within about 7 months). However, Covid-19 started up in China right around that time and heavily impacted everything. I believe Telesthesia and other doll companies were closed for extended periods due to enforced lockdowns in China. Later, once things began opening up again/resolving to a degree, Telesthesia was slow to respond to BJDivas, but eventually informed that they could not fulfill the fullset outfit portion. BJDivas were able to negotiate with TD to, in lieu of the outfit, include high heel legs. (Hero's work.) Then, TD fell off the radar for several months. In the summer of 2020 I inquired again, and BJDivas checked with TD who said they would ship the doll shortly (but TD did not stick to this, which brought me confusion at the time. I pressed BJDivas for an explanation with a comparison to another order from TD that I'd received within the timeframe from a separate dealer based in China. Even in the face of my ignorance, BJDivas responded with kindness and provided a more than adequate explanation as to why Telesthesia was taking longer to ship to the US. I'm extremely grateful for the explanation I received, as it cleared up everything and further cemented me as a loyal customer of their service. I prefer to use PayPal's partial payment option for layaway, which I used here, as my order totaled over $1,000 for two dolls, two sets of outfits, and additional accessories. They now offer a tipping option if you want to help cover PayPal's fees (which have increased), but they do not require you to cover them. * How long did it take to ship? Once the dolls arrived at BJDivas' (September 18, 2021), I was invoiced and received my order within 5 business days (September 24, 2021) * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? During all that time, I saw one update stating that the dolls on question were almost done. Over a year ago ) after waiting several more months with nothing, I asked, on FB about whether they had shipped. After another post then appeared, suddenly explaining that there were issues with the company, the original post, saying the dolls were ready to ship was edited by BJDdivas so that it no longer said as much. I asked several more questions, again, as this was where they directed customers to go for information, and instead of answering them, either publicly or privately, they instead blocked me from their page and according to friends who are not blocked, erased all of my questions and altered their posts regarding that company, yet again. So, no, communication is not good, when they leave you few venues for information and then block you for asking questions that are, apparently, uncomfortable for them. * How easy was it to pay? Easy enough through PayPal. * How long did it take to ship? With the first couple of orders, I can only assume shortly after the items arrived. With the last two orders, I was never even notified that one of my orders, some eyes, had arrived. They apparently intended to combine the orders and ship them together without asking me. Considering it allegedly took the second order well over 10 months to even arrive to them, I think that holding onto one order without notification or asking me if I wanted the orders combined was poorly done on their part. And when the second order did arrive, I was told it had to be shipped in 2 boxes due to a size discrepancy, which resulted iny having to pay more for shipping, when it should have and could have been shipped in one box with some bubble wrap to fill the gap. I am still, 2 years later, waiting on my part of a split that was placed through them. And while I realize that the company itself has a lot of fault in the delay, I strongly feel that how BJDdivas has handled the entire situation was done very poorly. * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? Yes. From my last order that actually arrived, some hands were missing. It had taken so long for the order to arrive though, and the order had been placed via email, that I didn't even realize as much for several months. When I reached out to BJDdivas about it, they said the company would file a claim. That was almost a year ago. I never heard back again and shortly thereafter they blocked me from FB, so I assume they never bothered following up on the issue. * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? Wow. See all of the above. And I could write another page about how the split order I am in has been mishandled from BJDdivas' part, including veiled threats to cancel the order if too many questions continued to be asked, but not sure if I should as I'm not the primary person who placed the order, although my part of the order, 2 years later has still never been sent. * Would you order from this company again? Never. They started nice enough, but delays got worse and worse as they took on more, probably too much, it seems. Communication is all but non existent unless initiated by the customer. They block customers from their sole platform of information updates and curate their FB to make it seem as though everything is awesome, which I know from speaking with many others, it is not. And finally, as someone who has run a BJD business for decades, I am repulsed by their frequent use of social media to attack customers and propagate drama and that they cancel orders and/or threaten to do so to people who before "too difficult" for them.

I never had a question that went unanswered and I found them to be professional and personable. I do have to mention that I did notice a difference this time in the communication than the first time I contacted Divas in 2019. They seemed to be closer to hours/a day to get back to you then and now it's more 2-3 days. However, I understand the difference. They were just starting out or close to it and now I'm sure their clientele has grown a lot and they have a lot more customers to juggle and lots more questions/status updates to answers. I also totally understand not answering any emails over the weekend, that's pretty standard for majority of businesses. * How easy was it to pay? Super easy. I used Paypal and was sent an invoice out at the same time every month until the layaway was complete. * How long did it take to ship? Once with BJDivas probably about 5 days which was fine with me! It took a while to get to me through UPS but, that was because of unforeseen weather delay along the route which was beyond anyone's control. The overall wait time did seem long from LUTS, a little over 7 months (give or take) but once again, I did ask and LUTS sent a bulk order to Divas because of shipping costs which made sense. It was just hard to tell when the doll was actually done but, I also didn't expect Divas to rush to tell me the doll was made since I doubt they were in on that information either! I had also ordered clothing that was a ~pre-order and had a lot of pieces so that also made sense to add to wait times. The Dollzone order hasn't shipped and I've heard no word other than it's not done which I 100% expected from reading the waiting room thread here. *update: The body was shipped and the package seemed to sit a while with some stagnant tracking. I contacted Divas and they righted the situation right away. It was a longer wait while they corrected the shipping and went with UPS rather than USPS and everything arrived safe and sound. * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? Nope! Everything was present and accounted for. * Would you order from this company again? I would and I plan to. Their layaway policy is too good and too forgiving to be true and I really appreciate it. I might not use them for LUTS or any other company I'm super comfortable with ordering from directly because of usual consistent positive dealings with said company but I would consider it. I wouldn't sway anyone from ordering from Divas either. Overall, other than sometimes it's hard not to be impatient while waiting for something so expensive and just something you want, Divas does offer a great service and I'm very satisfied and happy.

The original doll didn't make it to American soil whole, and the poor employee(s?) had to put themselves at risk dealing with moldy packages. As soon as they received the package and dealt with the...mess, they emailed me the bad news. They immediately offered a refund, or an attempt to contact Miracledoll for a replacement. I opted for a replacement if possible. I asked about the outfit that should have been with her, and they went back through the nasty packaging for me to double check on it. Sadly, it ended up being ruined too, but I'm thankful they went through the effort of double checking. It didn't take long for miracle to respond to bjdivas, and I was lucky that Miracledoll had an abandoned order sitting in their warehouse. She was blank, but had the beast body & white skin. Bjdivas quickly delivered a partial refund for the outfit, faceup, and body blushing. (She ended up coming with the resin skull that the first 50 orders were privvy to. She must have been sitting in that warehouse for a whileeee..) For the replacement, bjdivas asked miracledoll to ship to a nearby aquaintaince first, to then ship via UPS to them. It took about a month to get to bjdivas, then about 5 days to get to me. She arrived safe, with the surprise skull, two sets of eyes, eye putty & magic eraser. I am incredibly blessed to be able to have this doll. * Would you order from this company again? They will always be my first choice, whenever possible. NEGATIVE What did you order? dollzone cyber zero fullset When did you order? put the order on a sixth month layaway that began november 5th 2020 How was the communication? up until the events below, it was fine. How easy was it to pay? layaway payments through paypal were easy. How long did it take to ship? i received my order october 24th 2021 however, at this point, it was not being handled by bjdivas. Were there any missing or broken items in your order? no If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? it's important to know, i have two email addresses. one email is what i used to contact BJDivas, while the other is for paypal/business. on september 6th 2021, i was emailed on my paypal address that my order had been abruptly transferred directly to dollzone. i absolutely never requested this, never contacted bjdivas nor dollzone, nor did i approve of this transfer. and i had never contact BJDivas through this email address before. i was told to contact dollzone, which i did. however, i was not receiving any responses. BJDivas also denied any contact. when i finally did receive a response, i was told my messages had been mistakenly marked as spam, and dollzone was preparing my order to ship to BJDivas that same week. i asked how this happened, and was told BJDivas had given dollzone my wrong contact information. because they couldn't contact me, and i could not contact them, the order transfer failed. BJDivas refused to approve of a new one, and thus my order was going to be shipped to them, and not to me. dollzone refused to do anything about my order without explicit consent from BJDivas, that i could not receive. i tried alternate emails, i begged with dollzone, but, my situation was thus: a dealer who in no uncertain terms had washed their hands of me, was going to be receiving my $600 order they claimed they no longer wished to handle, and i had absolutely no way to contact them or change this. so, i had to take a drastic last resort measure and file a chargeback claim on all of my payments. i finally managed to get dollzone to understand my situation, and they acted as a middleman between myself and BJDivas. divas wouldn't approve a new transfer unless i closed the claim, but dollzone worded it as "[divas] would be willing to renegotiate" once it was closed, which wasn't exactly glowing affirmation i would receive my order. i was absolutely worried they would deny the transfer again. coupled with my bank's bizarre claims management, this entire ordeal became a huge, anxiety-inducing ordeal to me. by all accounts, it looked like i was going to lose both my order and the $600 in payments for it. after a lot of back and forth between my bank, dollzone, i kind of.... gave up. i accepted the likelihood of losing my order and money, and closed the claim (so i could at least be done with the headache that is my bank). september 23rd dollzone approved a new order transfer from divas. it took a while to get things done from there, but i received my order october 24th. Would you order from this company again? any dealer that would abruptly transfer orders, block customers with outstanding orders, and mishandle communication so poorly, and force the company's they're partnered with to act as a middleman rather than calmly discuss issues with their customers one-on-one is a dealer i do not want to have anything to do with, ever. it has made me rethink my place in this hobby and my priorities within that.

NOT GREAT * What did you order? Loongsoul Qiong Qi Arc Doll Adult Zilang + resin wig + extra head * When did you order? Loongsoul: 02/18/2020 Arc doll: 05/06/2020 * How was the communication? Fine, they always respond within 48 hours. The tone of the emails was often brusque and defensive, though. * How easy was it to pay? Easy, with paypal. I had a layaway for the Loongsoul order, and PIF for Zilang. * How long did it take to ship? Here's where it gets Not Great. Loongsoul: Their layaway terms state that if your order arrives before you have finished your layaway, you will have the chance to pay it off early. Loongsoul's wait times are pretty consistently 6 months, direct and through other dealers. After 11 months, I contacted BJDivas asking for an update - I was told the doll had "just come in recently". I paid off the layaway and had the doll shipped to me. When I received the box, there was still a shipping sticker on it from when it had arrived to BJDivas - 5 months before, at the expected 6-month mark. They never contacted me about it, and "just came in recently" was a fib. Arc Doll: This whole thing was and continues to be a mess - from what I understand, a lot of it is due to Arc Doll not shipping things well packaged or on time. However, I spoke to BJDivas several times about their communication with Arc Doll, and I felt that they were not doing all that they could have. When I asked for clarification and made suggestions, they got extremely defensive and threatened to cancel my order. My doll finally arrived to me in October 2021, but there were pieces missing ("boy parts" as well as the extra head I had ordered). * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? Yes. His "boy parts" were missing, as well as the additional head I had ordered. BJDivas claimed that the boy parts had been shipped in a separate box by Arc Doll (??), and they sent them a while later, saying they had "just arrived". There had been no mention of this when they shipped the doll, even though they claim they inspect the dolls before they ship them to customers. They knew nothing about the extra head. I waited until June 2022 for it, then asked for a refund. * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? They've always shifted any blame entirely onto the doll companies, and asked for more patience. * OTHER: 1. Their public conduct bothers me in the extreme. Their facebook page is full of complaints about customers, threats of lawsuits for libel, and excuses for their long delays that are nothing short of whiny in tone. Including photos of piles of boxes (not even big piles, spoken as someone who packs and ships dozens of packages a month). If they are so overwhelmed by their inventory, they should take on less orders. NO other dealer I have ever done business with has ever behaved like this. 2. They immediately delete comments that are in any way critical. I have seen this happen several times, to myself and others. If they feel you have been critical of them, they will ban you from their fb page. My friend was banned for this, and I was banned simply for "liking" my friend's post. In this way, they easily curate their public image to be nothing but positive. 3. My IP address was blocked and we can no longer access their website. When I asked why, I was told that we had commented on a fb thread that was ABOUT an individual who LATER (allegedly) called the police on BJDivas. Of course, we had no idea about this event; we do not know this individual; the post was not about the police or threats of violence. The post was BJDivas complaining about this customer (they tend to make usernames public, btw), and my friend replying that the customer was not completely wrong to be dissatisfied with their service. That was apparently taken as "support for this person", even though nothing had happened at that point, which was enough to have us banned and our IP address blocked. 4. On two occasions, friends of mine cancelled their DollShe orders that they had placed through BJDivas, because of the long wait and because BJDivas claimed that the shipment had either gotten lost or there were no news. In both of these cases, about a week after the refund was issued, the exact dolls my friends had ordered showed up as "in stock" sales on BJDivas' website. At a markup. Could be coincidence, but at least one of them was an incredibly specific custom configuration. Again - could be coincidence. But it makes me uncomfortable. * Would you order from this company again? They inquired with the company for a remedy. The company declined so BJDivas told me sorry that's it. The photos of the than they displayed vs the actual tan were not a monitor issue. People have asked me if the doll is NS! * Would you order from this company again? I cannot say who is responsible for the delay, I can say a year is Uber frustrating! Asking for updated 9-12 months in is also difficult. The Promised Timelinewas completely past. This was my first time ordering with this company, and while their wait times seem to be much, much longer, other people had received the same doll I have waited a year for, many months ago. I did not get a face-up this was a blank doll. (I understand this may be the dollmakers fault) I'm frustrated and annoyed. I know doll sales are hard, I know there are supply issues. I can't help but paraphrase their own website about why you would choose them. Their "unparalleled" customer service. Communication is important and I did feel that they took a hands off approach. By the way this is my first and only complaint of a doll complany in 12 years.

Many months later another whole doll with an extra head arrived so I contacted them and let them know that the company had messed up my order for a second time and that I now had a whole second doll that belonged to someone else. They contacted the company but they didn't want to deal with it so DIVAS sent me the money for postage to send the extra doll to them. Because I'm not in the U.S. sometimes the dolls will ship directly from the factory to me to save in time and postage costs so when that happens as in this instance DIVAS are relying on the company to ship the right things as they don't have an opportunity to check it. * Would you order from this company again?
