BJD dolls/their owners -- personality types based on the Myers-Briggs (MBTI) tests

INFP is usually what I get but I got different results the last time I took one of those quizzes. I just forgot what it was.

 

Another rare INFJ here!

 

I am an INFP. I see a few others here too I have taken this test several times over 8 years or so and it's always the same.

 

An INFJ for a long time. I read that INFJ are super rare personality and it's so interesting to find so many of us here! Wow.

 

Mastermind, I like it (INTJ).

I tend to get different results on different tests but the most consistent one is ENTP.

I always get INTP, which seems fairly rare amongst BJD collectors? It seems that doll collectors are Introverts generally.

I got INFJ. I took the test twice.
I'm definitely an introvert. I like to socialize, but I can only do so for so long before I have to go home and relax before another outing. I also really dislike crowded places and tend to avoid anyplace I deem too busy.

 

I'm an INFP type. And apparently my dream job, archaeology, is one of the perfect careers for my personality type.

 

I got ISFP. There is only one thing I didn't agree upon... ISFPs are less fantasy-oriented than INFPs. I love fantasy more then living my real life. The rest was pretty much correct.

 

ISTP but many of the questions really are ones where I had to just pick one as neither seemed to be totally right.

 

I hover between INTP and INFP, which makes sense since thinking and feeling are quite balanced. I think it depends on my emotional state. When I'm stressed I get out of tune with my feelings and I'm more likely to score INTP.

 

ISTJ. I talk on the phone a lot at work so at the end of the day I usually like some peace and quite to relax.

I got ESFJ. I feel that I may have thought too far into the questions though. I'm not sure that my result quite fits me.

I seem to be an INTJ even after trying multiple times . I was hoping for a different result because I really don't recognize myself in the description.

 

I am an ENTJ, have been one most of my life and is only convenient with my studies.
It's nice to see that there are so many different types represented!

 

I'm ISFP and according to the description and career options, it is perfect for me.

Haha... I didn't know that you could have no preference. But I guess it's true for me, I'm happy in either situation.

 

I'm INFJ, I agree with it most of the time - especially the introversion, though my sensing/intuition section is fairly fluid.

I got INTJ... I clicked on the suggested careers and saw a lot of things I considered while going to college, haha... I had two scores that were marginal preferences, but it seems pretty accurate.

This would be really useful for helping me create characters for my dolls! I have a hard time making unique characters, this would really help keep the character more believable and genuine! :'o

 

Every time I run into this I take it, and always get INFJ.

I have the INTP personality type. Fits me exactly. Interesting, because I took this test in high school and got ENTJ. So I'm basically less judging and more introverted now.

 

INTP but only slightly more introvert than extrovert. I can change depending on the situation. I'm sure if I took it again I would come up different

 

ENTJ here! Distinct preference for extroversion over introversion (62%), slight preference in Intuition and Thinking (19% and 9%), moderate preference in Judging (38%).

I think the description of the personality type is much more severe than I think I am (especially since I don't freak out when people "challenge" me or argue). Very interesting test, though!

I know most are familiar with the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator).

This test basically hinges on the Jungian theory that each person falls into one of two categories. Mother and daughter duo Katharine Cook Myers and Isabel Myers Briggs refined this broad theory and came up with the four pairs of either-or personality traits. The traits are as follows:


- Introversion (I) vs Extraversion (E)
- Intuition (N) vs Sensing (S)
- Thinking (T) vs Feeling (F)
- Judging (J) vs Perceiving (P)


And I was wondering, for curiosity, have you taken them to profile your dolls?

(I guess it just reflects how much of an introvert is the owner, lol). Anyway, looking forward to getting to know your crew!

 

I got an ISFJ and I think it suits me a lot... but I am not very proud of it.
I have only moderate or slight preferences for one or another, I guess I am an indecisive person in all aspects xD
But to be honest, while doing the test I have noticed I would like to change a lot of things about the way I act in certain situations.

I got ISFJ, but most everything was moderate, and I tend to get a different result every time I take the test. The only constant is that I'm super introverted.
