I am sorry to say that but don`t wait! Go ahead and open a paypal dispute!
She can provied pictures with the dolls aith a handwritten notice of your choice, but, you will never ever get your doll or Item! She is one of the biggest scammer!

 

@Sterrestelsel I recommend starting a paypal claim immediately.

While she seemingly does have access to the dolls to provide proof photos, I think it's pretty clear that she has no intention of shipping dolls, or voluntarily offering refunds. The use of 14 paypal email addresses, lack of response after payments, on top of selling the same doll to multiple people is solid proof that she's scamming. Again, start your claim as soon as possible.

 

Thank you for the advice, I have already started my claim, I have multiple pictures of the payments I'd sent as well as the bank transcripts, which I can request a physical copy of if they need it, I think I'd be able to use this thread as proof of fraudulence to others right?

I was only able to put a claim on one transaction but explained everything that had happened from the point of the last transaction to the first, would that work or would I have to make a separate claim for all of them?

 

You'll want to file a claim for each individual transaction, I don't think they'll go looking for other transactions to refund.

I think we as a group should provide some proof in here for everyone else so we can prove she is a scammer easier. Such as conversation logs and pictures.

 

Hi, I found this thread after I found out I was scammed by BeeryCherry.
She was hosting a split for the Luts bory Holy side version, and I wanted the romantic head.
I sent her the payment in mid-December and it wasn't until yesterday, when I was checking my messages on FB mobile.

She blocked me from her FB.
I have since filed a claim on PayPal and escalated it.

 

Do you know what her FB was? It could help

Sadly, she is using many different names, Facebook accounts and PayPal addresses to scam people. There's a list a couple of pages back of some of the ones we know so far. Biff has been doing a fantastic job of collecting all the information and sharing it with us.

 

The FB she was using at the time was Светлана Янушкина. Since then she blocked me and closed the account.

 

This is what I've got right now. They've been added either because they're verified (someone else sent payment to them with the same paypal as on BeeryCherry or another profile we've already confirmed) or they dropped out of communication mid decemeber, sent similar photos and doll pictures to them, and have a similar name and/or paypal account. Mila Kim responded to the user a few days ago, and then the profile disappeared, the buyer tried to email them and they got back an invalid email notification. At this time on all of these profiles, no one has received a doll. Everyone has remarked how nice she is. :/

@sugarsuites A bunch of her profiles have been reported so the profile may have actually been taken down instead. At this point, seeing how no one has received any dolls from her and they've paid in full anywhere from a matter of weeks to months prior, I'd say she has no intention on sending anything out at this time. It's also worth noting after some people have asked about her shipping the doll she would selectively ignore that individual. So on Ludmita Kaminski, I purchased an item on 12/22, but there were people who hadn't heard anything from her since 12/16 or earlier. In this example, 12/16 was the date they completed their layaway. This also ignores the fact she's sold the same item on some things to multiple people.
@Sterrestelsel I'd go ahead and dispute it.

Guys, it's not a 100% info, but maybe we can find real scammer.

I communicated with Yukidolls and found one hook, I need to check it.
Another thing we know - in the world there are only 8 Ishas. 2 in GS and 6 in WS. I will send to Soom a message about it. Few owners we know who they are.

 

This is good! keep us updated. Maybe we can use the info to report them to the police/FBI. Probably worth mentioning that this issue will probably hurt internationally sellers, especially Russia, in the hobby.

Got another report. They bought a Soom Culprit off Facebook via Layaway. Doll that BeeryCherry's sold before and they also disappeared. Watch for this email as well.

Hmm, now this is a small world, because I messaged Amalia Akapyan via FB (before contacting BeeryCherry), asking to order her Saiph on layaway, I've never got a response, though. After a while I noticed her switching her localization from Russia, to Poland, to Region-Brussel and Armenia.

I'm the one that was doing the Cuprit Layaway with "Annie Akopyan".

I've already gone and put disputes on as many of my payments as I could, but unfortunately one of them is outside of the 6 month period for a paypal dispute. Thankfully that one was done through a credit card so I might just go through the card directly.

Anyway, I was a bit suspicious at first, but after doing a reverse image search with the doll pictures and coming up with nothing, and asking for pictures of the crown/horns and getting a picture... I figured she actually had the doll and went for it.

She seemed pretty nice, response times weren't super fast but I would usually have a new message by the next day. And considering the time difference between us that was to be expected. There was even one time where I accidentally sent a payment with money from my bank account instead of PayPal credit, and she refunded the bank account money to me. I had bills pending and sending that money to her from my bank was going to make me negative. A scammer wouldn't give people their money back, right?

I sent payments on my monthly schedule, with her responding to me in a day or so saying she got the payments. Everything was going fine until December 27th when I tried to send a payment and I got an error from PayPal saying that the user couldn't receive money. I asked her if something happened to her account, and she said she contacted PayPal and all they said was that it was a "Temporal issue" (I'm assuming she meant temporary) and that it would eventually clear up but they couldn't say when. I messaged her two more times after that and after two weeks her Facebook account got disabled. The last message I got from her was on Jan first.

I tried emailing the email that was on the PayPal account as a last ditch attempt at contact, and got no response.

Just to let you all know that Paypal has just refunded me to for all 4 transactions with BerryCherry!
I am sure that Paypal will refund everyone who has been scammed transaction with BeeryCherry!
I hope that BerryCheery who ever "he/she/ them" are, has their conscious pricked every night when they go to sleep knowing that they have scammed people out of their had earned money !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a picture of a CoA, but it wasn't fully in the frame and you couldn't see the number or anything. I went to look at it again and she'd deleted it from the image host.

Congrats to everyone who's received their refunds. My claim has until today for her to respond so I should be done with all this in the next couple of days.

 

We got also refunded yesterday ^u^ i am so happy that this is over and for now, i don`t know if i ever want to buy something from east europe/east countrys...

It was a split for Lucywen ( elf head in tan skin, wings with adapter, horn and outfit )

 

Paypal has decided in my favor for all of my layaway payments. My refund is currently processing to my credit card. I am very glad to see that Paypal seems to be taking care of everyone thus far.

Just a heads up for everyone, make sure you log in and check on your Paypal claim. Usually it will automatically go into review by Paypal after the deadline, but I got unlucky this time and mine is still showing as "waiting for seller". I have a call in to Paypal right now to get it resolved.

 

I just received my Paypal refund and can officially say that my transaction is resolved, albeit rather unhappily. I hope that enough people have seen this thread and the warnings on Facebook so that this person is unable to scam anyone else in the future.

Just wanted to post a quick update, I'm hoping to make you guys a better list soon, but I was refunded as well. A few others have also been refunded on Facebook. I have just noticed that Soom have issued a "Fraud Warning" on their website and have issued some ID user names to avoid - including BerryCherry !

 

Thats great!! Im glad people will be aware of these scammers so they dont have to go through the same process as we did!

 

I wonder, if SOOM has their identity, is it possible for them to report these people? I doubt they would give it away for us to take it in our hands, but has there been a situation where a company reports a fraud to the police?

I just got in email from PayPal and they decided in my favor also and I'm getting my payment back as well. I'm so relieved to get my money back.

 

I just got my resolution notice and refund today. I am grateful for everyone who provided information about this unfortunate situation. I'm sad that I won't be able to get the doll, but I'm happy that I was able to get some resolution to this situation.

 

My refund officially hit my credit card account today (much sooner than expected), so things are officially resolved for me. I'm still very sad things turned out like this, but happy I was able to get my money back. Paypal really pulled through. I hope they continue to refund everyone who disputes.

I received all of my refunds after contacting PayPal. I am so relieved that I finally got my money back. I am still a tad upset after this experience, since I sold some of my dolls to be able to get the doll that I was supposed to receive from them. I hope that this scammer is found by the authorities for trying to swindle people out of their hard-earned money. I hope that PayPal is doing something about it.

Oh Gods I wish I had seen this sooner! I joined a split for the holy warrior kid Delf Bory with Светлана Янушкина on Facebook early December. Her accounts gone, going straight to PayPal now hope it's not too late.

 

PayPal covers you up to 6 months. You should be fine
