Hello! Does anyone have a comparison of the Baby Body and Ver.2? I know the Ver.2 one has double jointed elbows but are there any more differences in posing?

Did anyone else order one of the limited Summer Greenery tan Ciao Bellas? I saw Bambicrony posting about it on Instagram and just couldn’t resist! They look soooo adorable in tan skin, especially Lapin! It took me a long time to settle on a sculpt, I was waffling between Lapin, Baby Heart, Vanilla and Mellow but in the end I chose Baby Heart. I’ve always adored Bambicrony’s dolls and I am dreaming of either a Belezza Sugar or a Mini Sugar, possibly in tan! But my biggest dream would be if they offered their Bonbon Sugar again, I just love her big head on that delicate body.
Anyway, please tell me if there is anyone else waiting for a tan lovely!

 

I passed because I just got Baby Heart in Milk Choco from the last Valentine order. But the tans are soooooooo cute! Great choice on Heart. I love her, but Lapin is also so cute! (Already have Vanilla lol, also so sweet)

 

Does anyone know what the fit is like of Littlefee clothing on Bambicrony girls with the Ver.2 split body?

 

@dolliberate The milk choco skin is so beautiful! You HAVE to show your girl some time! I fell in love with Baby Heart in tan when I saw her in Milk Choco, I hope the summer tan skin isn’t too much darker. But in the promo pictures it looks delicious! I really can‘t wait for my girl, unfortunately I‘ll have to wait quite some time because I put her on layaway. But I‘m really grateful that Bambicrony offers layaway at all otherwise I definitely would have had to pass on the tan skin.
I just got my first Littlefee today and I’m completely hooked on the YoSD size!

 

I have a milk choco Heart from the last order, so I'm ordering Melody in their current tan event Debating getting a WS Sherbet as well, but its really hard to find owner photos of her.

 

I remember seeing Lapin in tan skin & wanting her soooo bad..at the time, money was tight, so hopefully next schedule for their tan skin I'll be able to get her! Their Tan & Milk Choco skin is beautiful. It makes them look really soft, probably also has to do with the sculpts.

 

Do they release Elves anymore? I'm nostalgic over all of the little elves who have come through my home over the years! I'd love to bring Cookie and Lotti elves home again!!

 

I have quite a few older BCs, but I haven't ordered in a long time. The faces are adorable.

@clochette I love that picture!! Those tinybear wigs looks perfect on them, its makes me miss 2008! I stalk the marketplace for older BC girls to pop up. My Elf Roko has been enjoy pumpkin season and being a great sport while i try to learn sewing and pattern making!

I have a hybrid doll with the Ciao Bella body and a Soom Teenie Gem head. I'm not sure whether to post about him here or in the Teenie Gem thread? Or both?

Hello and good bye little bambis. I have had BC Kumi Elf twins since around 2007 and feel nostalgic. She was my first tiny. They are incredibly adorable. I can’t see why they lost interest, but I guess it’s just the nature of trends. Or are they popular elsewhere, like in Korea? ((I really wish they’d produce their shoes again!))
I’ve wanted to sell them for years but it seemed impossible. Had to lower the price to what I consider way too low, but I am very happy they’ll go to the same home and will likely be cherished.

Maybe the elves will be cult someday? I see more and more collectors returning, just like me. Maybe in a few years, people want the older dolls again, both old and new collectors. Personally I feel like some newer dolls right now

Hi everyone! I’ve recently started to look into old Bambi Crony (maybe before 2010?) CB 27cm Kumi &Roko Human version head. And noticed that the newest version Kumi & Roko have really big ears compared to the old mold (attached is a picture of Kumi’s comparison)? Does anyone know when exactly did Kumi and Roko change their mold? And does the mold with smaller ears the first generation mold? How many human head versions in total? Since I also saw a Kumi & Roko head V2 from the old website using way back machine, I’m very confused now. Thank you in advance!

 

The angle of the ears look similar to the elf version of Kumi, perhaps they based it on the elf version?
I have a human and an elf version of Kumi, it's tough to see the ears on the human version in this pic, but the ears are definitely closer to her head. She's a first release, the wing magnets were in the middle of the back on those.
