Hi there! I don't think there are any in stock on the website right now, it usually says "Ask for it" when it's sold out (meaning it's not in stock right now, but you should send an email to her and double check -maybe she has an extra or can at least let you know if or when orders could open up again.) Also, there's always the market place here you could check for a second hand doll.

So far the clothing issue hasn't been too bad for me, though I am hoping to buy mine some more things soon. I have a lot of clothing for Blythe dolls, and the sleeveless stuff actually fits my girl nicely! (The dresses with sleeves have arm holes way too small to fit Nena's hands though)

I didn't think to try on my Blythe clothes on my girl. At the moment she wears a dress that was made for an Iplehouse Kid (from etsy). It's a bit big on the shoulders but it's ok if I pin it back. It's all that she has though! I've not even tried to get her shoes yet! So any tips on the shoes would be great.

Edit: I tried on my Blythe stuff and sadly nothing fitted. Even the sleeveless stuff was too small a hole for her hands to go through.

Is anyone going in on the Momonita preorder this November? I've wanted one of these dolls for a long time and now I can order one!!! I want cocoa skin

 

I didn't know of them until your post but I am very interested! Any idea what the price is going to be?

 

She said 320. I am hoping she meant $ as it was on a FB post and most of those who commented were from the US... Anyone know how long her waiting time is? (roughly)

i'm thinking of getting a momolita as a companion for my rhubarbe. the measurements look similar. has anyone seen them to know if they would look good together?

I think she is smaller than the Nena02. The Reira is 35 CM, and I *think* Mononita is around 26.

Edit: I just checked, and Mononita is 27 cm with a 4-5 head. Not sure if that helps with your original question.

I'm debating out how easy she would be to buy clothes for. I think Blythe clothes would sorta fit but would be hit or miss... I know she's about Unoa Light sized but I'm not sure how easy they are to shop for. I've had mixed results with 27cm dolls and clothes shopping.

 

Lola says " She can wear Blythe and Momoko clothes, just the pants won't work she has a big butty~" Which makes me think some PKF dresses will work as tunic tops. I'll have to work out a pants pattern but that won't be hard.

PS: I just ordered my girl - let the waiting begin!!!

 

Hi, if i choose layaway to preorder, does that slow down me receiving the doll? Or does she go ahead and make it? Thanks!

 

I can't answer with 100% certainty but my guess is, since she has an outside company casting her dolls, she will compile everything during the pre-order period and submit them once it is over. (which I am assuming is included in the expected 90 wait). That would mean, she places the order with just an initial, non-refundable, deposit. I'm sure you can ask her though.

I am desperate for clothing for my Nena02. If you have found anything that works please let me know! Blythe doesn't work for me and Iplehouse Kid is too big (or at least the one dress that I have, is too big). I'm getting desperate!

I don't know what to do about momonlita. I have momokos and Blythes so hopefully clothes would be less of an issue but she won't work picture wise with those dolls and I'm worried that she'll just be another odd-sized doll that I don't do anything with.

 

Did you ordered Momolita? I really don't know what to choose between toffee or cocoa, any suggestions?

 

smudge, My Nena02 wears YO sized clothing. You could also see if you can send your doll to a seamstress? In the past when talking with some talented ones here on doa, they would say they have a visiting doll. Even a wigmaker friend has visitors to make wigs for

Estrella07, I'll probably end up with Caramello for Momonita. I have Momoni in Cocoa and Toffee, and I wouldn't be able to choose between them, perhaps it would depend on if you have a character in mind.

I did - I ordered her RIGHT away!!! I had a bit of a toss up between the cocoa and toffee myself but in the end I had to go with my first love... the cocoa. I was worried it might be too dark to show off a faceup but after looking at every cocoa gal I could find, I believe it is not an issue. The toffee and caramello look similar but the toffee seems duller(?)- not as vibrant. Good luck ordering!

 

Well I've just ordered! I went for caramello since I want to get a taller girl in cocoa.

 

I also decided to order....

Hopefully clothes wont' be too much of a problem.

 

She has shown her gal wearing some Blythe clothes so I'm not too worried about it. I can modify some of my patterns - will have to work to get a pants pattern down though... that booty

I made the wig...
She is wearing 4cm Bluette shoes I got from Mimiwoo - they fit perfectly but you have to cut them to get them on/off.
forgive the OT pic but this will show you what I did - they fit my Lana as well and I only have a pic of her.

Blythe sized shoes would be WAY too small!

A yarn wig is made with yarn wefts, made by brushing the yarn and straightening it.
Mine is not very well done but it's better than nothing ^^'

Has anyone else had their Momonita arrive yet? Mine is on her way! Considering the layaway time, I've got nothing ready for her!

 

My girl has arrived! I love her body and how easy she is to stand. She's got no wig yet though so I need to order something quick. She came with pink eyes though. They are pretty but pink doesn't really work for me. I also managed to scratch her face when I was changing her dress . Fortunately it was by her ear so hopefully it won't be too noticeable.

I particularly like the black boots Ban. Her eyes at the back of the head are slightly creepy!

 

I like them too but I had to cut down the back, like the others I showed. The sneakers (thankfully, 'cause they have an extra strip at the back) fit without having to be cut
LOL - yes, the eyes are creepy but that's where I store them so I don't misplace them

Got my Momonita and really love her. She has a great solid feel that I wasn't expecting. Waiting for a wig and I need to find some Blythe clothes that are long enough. Does anyone have a suggestion? I'll probably sew something once I dig my sewing machine out of the clutter.
