Any University (graduate) students here?

I'm a philosophy and psychology double major. I'm in my final semester so I won't be a University student much longer, I'm afraid. T.T

Ahh... where has my youth gone...

 

I'm a grad student in Plant Biology, though my research is more specifically in maize genetics and genomics. Currently in the (hopefully) final year of my Ph.D.! I am so, so sick of being a poor student.

 

2nd year PhD in Geophysics. Currently in Yale, Connecticut.

 

3rd year at Univeristy of Alaska, Anchorage, majoring in Journalism & Public Communication and minoring in Art. ^_^

 

I'm really bad at major jumping. I'm an art history major right now but looking to switch to deaf studies with an emphasis on asl interpretation. Minoring in languages!

 

Hello! Publishing student here at Illinois State University~ Though I'm debating switching to regular English to graduate sooner since there are less requirements.

Fourth year in Game Design! My major focuses primarily on a programming background, but we have all sorts of other neat stuff from graphic/interface design to learning immersivity/how to engage an audience.

I've got another year to go, too, I have a five-year major c:

and brigadoon has been around since at least april last year, if im not mistaken ahaha. It may not vanish for a while yet!

 

Interesting you want to do ASL interpreting! I'm Deaf and we always need qualified intrepreters! ^_^

I'm a senior at Weselyan! I'm a soc major and I'm also getting the International Relations and the Writing certificates, which are like interdisciplinary minors.

 

I'm...a sophomore? I think? at the University of North Carolina at Asheville. I'm currently looking at a math major (education track) and an art minor, but I hear ya re:major jumping.

 

Currently taking a year off before starting my undergrad in creative writing and French (double majoring.) any other UVic students here?

 

Graduate student, here. MFA in creative writing, but my BA was English/history.

 

I just started at University of Toronto. I'm one of the older new students there, LOL! Better late than never.

Ehehe sort of? I've been doing this college/secondary education thing since 2004...? STILL doing it. No degree yet. Disability slows you down. So does taking like 5 years out of the University system to attend an Atelier.

 

I'll be a grad student in molecular genetics/med student (all the degrees!) starting this summer and I'm super excited!!! (...going to school forever...)

I've been trying to hold off posting this until I was really sure where I was going, but I'm very clearly not a very chill person about this... (SQUEEEEEEE!)

I received a B.A. in Bio-Neuro last spring at WashU, whose unofficial motto is "we're in St. Louis, damnit!"

But on to More Important^TM Business: The best partis that I think I'll be in one place for 8 years, so I'll be able to take the first steps to achieving my dream goal of cat lady!

 

1st year collage student my major is marine science (but I will switch to English ) from Kuwait university.

 

I'm a BA Hons in English Language and Literature from Northumbria University UK. I wanna go back and do a Masters though!

 

I'm currently finishing up my BA in Business Management and will be starting my Masters in Education for Secondary Math (grades 5-12) in June with Western Governor's University.

 

After changing my major (and actually university too...) from biochemistry to biology, I'm finally, finally close to graduation. It's taken ages (honestly, this is my 8th year altogether) but I'm now working on my master's thesis and I WILL graduate this spring. I'm going to be a biology and geography teacher on 7th to 9th grade or high school level. (In Finland, you need to have at least two subjects - unless your subject is Finnish - to actually get a job and bio and geo are a basic combination).

 

Graduate of the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Design (Visual Communications).
Currently an undergrad again: Bachelor of Arts for Psychology, undecided if I want to go for a doctorate or not.

 

Earned my BS and MS in nutrition and dietetics. Now I'm in my 2nd graduate program to earn my masters in social work.
