I like the name Bristol, and the wig! He is too cute!

 

I just ordered a set of the kitty ears and tail combo Luts has up right now for my boy since his ears are still gone and now I'll have an awesome tail for him too =^.^=
If anyone else has been thinking of getting them, they are limited! MSD and SD sizes.

 

Hi everyone!! Sorry I just disappeared. Been so busy these past 2 months. Don't have any good pictures of Griff yet, but I hope a box opening pic will be okay. He's been home for over two and a half month now and he still seems so new.

I've received my Luka Head yesterday and I'm totally in LOVE!
But the certificate was missing o_o
The description on Angelheim Luka head page says, there will be an included certificate with the head... Does anyone know, if the certificate comes only with a complete doll or does the head also get one?

 

If you have customs that it went through and they opened the box, it could have fallen out. They might also only ship with the full dolls. It is very small, about the size of a wallet sized photo so easy to misplace. You can post on the Q&A to ask.

I recently purchased an AH Ciel second hand at a doll meet, with plans to make him Kitsuneclaws' doll Ronwe's, mate ;D

I plan on doing the face up, and just put in an order for art supplies! I'm very excited to customize my first doll

Looking forward to watching this thread again n_n

 

Currently on my quest to get profile pics of every doll I own - one is Rhys for whom I might have finally found his "style". At least I really like this pic of him :B

Your boy looks fabulous! I need to get some new pics of my boys. I bought the ear and tail set from Luts so Nova finally has cat ears again and now a tail. I even put him back in his paws! Maybe this weekend after my gym stuff I'll do a mini shoot.

Okay, so, I took a bit of a doll hiatus in November, and I've been doing some serious selling of resin, and, long story short, Jaki (AH Kyle) is one of three boys that remain. I used to have a Ciel, but I let him go.

Anyway, I haven't taken any pictures since November, either, so this is the first thing I've shot of Jaki in about five months:



It's not much, but I have some serious love for Mr. PoutyMouth.

 

This thread is too quiet! Though I don't help since I don't post in here much. I need to give my dolls more love but I've been pretty busy.

Nyco, nice shot of your boy. I like some frowny faces! I don't see much of Kyle around here. Though again it is pretty quiet in here.

 

This has always been a pretty calm thread, which I kinda like because it means you don't have to read back four pages to catch up every time you check in.

Anyway, thanks Lucky. I really like the Kyle sculpt; wish more people would spam it!

I love the family photos and how both sets have a white/blue color combo. Looks great.

 

How good are the Angel Heim dolls? Well I only just stumbled upon them by accident and was wondering if any one had any advice on them. Like the pros and cons of owning one compared to another doll. I have a RS so if you could compare it to a that it might be easier. Also will they fit into msd or Yosd sized clothing, wigs and shoes? Thank You for any one Who can help me in my dollie research.

 

They are msd size and are very easy to find clothes for. They are not oddly sized at all, so it's great. I do not have an RS doll so I can't compare, but I really like my two boys I have. I have one on the old body and one on the new body. I don't have a problem with posing for either.

I have a gorgeous AH Luka WS head made late 2009. I was wondering does anyone know what company best matches the resin for AH? So far Ive tried Resinsoul, Doll Leaves, Angel of Dream, and Custom House. If anyone would like I can post a picture of that they were like.

 

I am reviving this thread, though I don't have any new spam to share. Now that it has been awhile, does anyone have any of the new boys to share? I know AH has run into trouble and another company owns them now, so I feel that my boys are even more special than they already are. I need to get some pictures of them.

 

My girlfriend is wanting to get an Angelheim Luka from the MP and I want to help her find eyes that will fit him, can anyone with a Luka tell me what eyes he wears? Please and thank you!

I've been wondering that myself. I thought someone bought them out, but I can't remember who it was.

 

D-Storic bought the rights to their sculpts, but they're currently all listed as sold out. I don't know if they'll be made available again in the future.

 

I really badly regret not buying the hooves that were available for a time on their own from Angelheim.
I would love if D-Storic brought them out again.

 

Ah, D-storic. That sounds familiar. But they're not re-releasing the dolls? Sheesh, that stinks. I reckon I'll have to look into used ones then.

 

Their website says: "We terminated sales on items that are sold out as well as the items which can’t be restocked" though it's not clear which category the AH goods fall into. They also say they're renewing their website, so maybe when that's done they'll make some of the sold-out dolls available again. They got very behind on orders because they did a last Bimong sale before their contract ended and got flooded with orders.

 

This place sure is quiet... Too bad I am so busy with real life to post here more often. Maybe so others are?

i was wondering if you could still buy their hooves any where i only just found out about them and i really want some of their hooves

 

D-Storic has the rights to their dolls now, but they're sold out at the moment so none of their dolls or parts are currently available new. Unfortunately the only way to get the hooves now is if they turn up second hand.

He's on a Limhwa Limho Mono body which I kind of partially modded to fit into a LUTS Bory centaur body so that the poor guy finally has hooves again after I sold his Angelheim ones like three years ago XD

I know I'm late but I just want to show you my baby boy. He's my first MSD size and I'm so happy that I pick an Angelheim's doll because he's absolutely gorgeous. His name is Louis, he's an Angelheim's Raul with Issac parts.

 

I am so happy to see other people with AH dolls! I have Kozy and Issac

 

So nice to see more of these guys!

My Luka the Pan will turn six years old on the 20th February and I really hope I will finally get him back from the face-up artist

 

I remember being OBSESSED with the limited Issac and Raul fullsets when I was a teen with no money for BJDs... now I can't remember which is which, but I still have a picture printed out in color of the one with the beast/cat paws. Angelheim did some cool stuff, I suppose they couldn't compete with bigger companies or something, but I LOVED their fantasy parts and after looking through the 1/4 sculpts database here, I really am nostalgic for their sculpting aesthetic now and am wishing they are still around.

I need to look and see if anyone has archived the original photos from the site, or maybe archive.org has em... I really should be going to bed though as it's 2am. But tbh if these dolls weren't so old and rare I'd consider seeking one out if I had the itch to get a new doll again. I love Luka's sculpt as well.

Sometime after I've gotten some sleep I plan to read through this thread and look at the pretty pictures... at least, the ones that aren't doing that old "broken image" thing. I really do wish more of this stuff was preserved, but my rants about sites like Photobucket re: old internet stuff are definitely off topic for this thread
