Fantastic as always, very fast, prompt and friendly. They also get back to you when they say they will.

It shipped 1st November 2018. **This was a doll order though so AC had to wait for the company to produce the doll.

The quality is pretty amazing for the price. I did purchase the body on sale but regardless, the quality is very good.

I have been ordering from AC who are dealers for several companies over the past few years. Each time, I have received very good service, both pre-service, during and post-service. They answer all questions in a timely manner and are always happy to help. I will definitely be ordering again from them.

* How was the communication?
Excellent. There was a mishap in a fur wig I wanted to order, but was out of stock. They offered to upgrade to a fiber wig at no charge. They also helped make sure the pants I purchased would fit the doll I had I had in mind since the legs are super long but he has a tiny waist.

* How easy was it to pay?
Easy. Paypal button was right there.

* How long did it take to ship?
Under a month. Items were delivered on the 23rd of October. Only spent a few hours in customs!

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
For the price point, yes. I paid $100 for accessories and it all matched and (mostly) fit. The shoes are a tad big but able to be fixed with some socks.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes, I'm very excited that things looked exactly as I wanted.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Quite satisfied. I still wish the shoes would fit but we all know odd sized feet are hard to fit. I'm still quit happy with everything.

As long as you don't mind the extra fee they tack on for Paypal, it is a great way to purchase items though. Especially my main source of items had recently stopped sales. Normally I avoid PP fees but I will make an exception for this company.

Depending on condition, yes. Although it is a middle-man to many companies that can be found elsewhere, their communication was the best I've dealt with in years.

The heels have a ribbon on the upper but they were detached on arrival. I'm not sure if they were glued on and fell off during transit since they were both in one of the heels. I planned on removing the ribbons when I got them anyway so it actually saved me some time!

Actually this is my second order. My first order is a Scarecrow Hal 2 from Dollzone and I'm still waiting for it (which is not unusually from the comments I have seen for Dollzone). So basically, yes I will order from this company again.

From my experience, they ship dolly stuff in 1-5 days after placing an order. Air mail arrives to me in 3-4 weeks. Shipping of dolls depends not on Alice's collections but on doll companies which they present. EMS arrives in 7-9 days.

Yes, I have nothing to complain about.

Yes, but sales pictures itself can be hard to understand. Once I was absolutely sure that I was buying a plaid shirt but I've got top. It was absolutely unclear from photo. So you should be careful with description.

I didn't have any questions or concerns about my order, so I didn't have to directly message her. Communication for order update notices was great! I was timely notified by email when I placed my order, when payment was confirmed, and when the order was shipped. ​

It took two weeks for my items to ship, once it was shipped I received my order in exactly five days. ​

* How was the communication?
Very good! I usually sent them messages (about processing times and the change of an item) at around 4 to 5am, so they responded fast, in a couple of minutes.

Really easy, trough PayPal.

Two months and a couple of days.

Yes. The quality of the resin is good, very smooth, and the clothes had no loose threads or misplaced stitching. The wig was also really good quality.

Better, actually! I thought there would be a huge difference between DFA’s and DFH’s resin, but there really isn’t much. The pants shoes are lovely.

Yes and no. I was really happy to receive my doll, but he arrived broken in his ankle and knee. The company box was also destroyed.

I emailed them asking for a parcial refund or replacement parts, but they didn’t answer yet.

Great! This was my first time ordering through them and with all the virus stuff that happened after I placed the order, I was nervous about the wait time for my doll. I messaged them a few times asking about the status of my order and they always responded within 2 days (though most often just 1 day or even same day).​

It shipped out on April 3, 2020, so about 5 months.​

The doll was great but that's on Myou. The shoes from Alice were great too though! I was very impressed with how nice they were, especially for the price (I got them at $1, but their original price of $21 is still a good deal for the quality in my opinion).​

I was satisfied, this was just a hiccup I experienced with the shipping process: After they sent me the initial shipping notification, the order status on DHL didn't change from "Processing" for about a week. I wasn't sure if they would be able to help with it at all or if I would have to contact DHL, but I messaged Alice Collections anyway and asked them about it. They responded same day and apparently the order was sent back after trying to go through customs. They sent me a new tracking number that day (the 12th) and my package arrived on the 16th. AC was apologetic about the whole thing, even though it wasn't their fault, but I still really appreciated how responsive and kind they were!​

Absolutely! I've already ordered multiple items from them since this order. Though they don't have as big of an inventory as some other dealers, they're still my go-to dealer because they're so responsive and reliable (and have some really nice events and deals!).​

YES. Surprised at how close it looks. Even the hairstyle of the wig.

They send an automatic email with the purchase information and another one from one of the store workers, explaining how long was gonna take the shipping and process of the order.

Because I didn't know about the 1 dollar accessories promo I didn't register it at the moment, so I contacted them a few days after the purchase and they were understating and let me get the item by sending them the dollar through PayPal (+PayPal fee).

Absolutely. I love the construction of the Senior 65 Females. The joints move and position smooth and easy.

Yes, the doll does. But the outfit and wig have some differences. Dress is tad oversized, but still looks great. A bit less decorative on the arm wraps, and some of the fabrics don't look quite the same quality. The wig is not styled like in the photos which is probably why I'm having a tough time getting her headpiece to fit.

Dollzone Black Cat YOSD, blank, in white resin - swapped the special female body with wings for a male body with no wings. Price was adjusted to be the same as a standard YOSD. I also ordered a fur wig, socks, and boots.

Wonderful! I asked ahead of time if I could swap the body for Black Cat. They said that would be fine and that my price at checkout would be the regular price for Black Cat, but that they would refund the extra to me afterwards.

Very. I used PayPal and it was quick and clean. The aforementioned refund was given pretty quickly, within a few hours, so I paid just as much as I should for a doll with no wings.

Shipped beginning of February, arrived Feb 15. The long wait time I assume was due to DZ themselves, but even then it wasn’t that bad.

Perfect. The boots felt ever so slightly cheap... but they are cheap. I paid $12 for knee length boots. The zippers and laces are great. BlackCat was wonderful.

Excellent! I had a question about swapping the head before ordering so I could still take advantage of the sale going on at the time and they were very helpful and kind.

About 2 months (shipped 6/09/21 through FedEx, it was delivered the next day!). It was all packaged very well as well!

Yes absolutely! The accessories I got are very cute and fit my doll perfectly.

No communication, I checked out as guest so I think that may be why I was not informed when the package shipped. I did get an email for my order confirmation after making my payment.

Yes. the items I ordered were in good condition, only complaint is due to some of the wigs having lots of hair, I noticed some loose hairs had fallen on my dolls shoulders.

Yes, for the most part. One wig, I did not notice was longer in the back. Not a big deal though, simple trim. The wig cap for said wig was very scratchy on my dolls head. So I would advise getting a silicone wig cap as protection. This was for wig WMS008 1/3 Silver White.
