Pretty good. Sadly the Christmas ensemble was out of stock, and they did not refund the total value, saying part of the cost was shipping, though I had already paid shipping on the other item. I let it go eventually, but that was a bit frustrating.

About a month, but interestingly as soon as I message them it always ships, so I think reminding their warehouse that orders aren't shipping is helpful.

Pretty good - the order was delayed/lost for quite a while (typhoons and hurricanes will delay things...), but we kept each other updated and they were extremely helpful.
* How easy was it to pay?
Very easy.
* How long did it take to ship?
To ship took about a month, due to the pants being out of stock, shipping time itself was about four months. Which is quite a long time, but again, communication and transparency totally made up for it.

Absolutely.

Between the quality and price, along with the other gifts included, I was extremely satisfied.

The only issue was shipping, and they kept in close contact the entire time. Again - the package wasn't completely lost, it was delayed due to weather.

Excellent. Alice was very quick and responsive and answered all the questions I had, especially about how to pay by layaway. At one point I messed up and thought my order qualified for free shipping based on the event Alice was doing at the time (order $100 in accessories and get free shipping). It didn't actually, because the accessories I had bought were all from the company Ringdoll, not Alice's Collections. Even so, Alice was still kind enough to give me significantly discounted shipping.
* How easy was it to pay?
I paid in three layaway installments. Alice sent me an invoice at the beginning detailing all my costs, and then I paid by Paypal. It was easy and completely stress-free.
* How long did it take to ship?
Five days.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
It was perfect.

Yes, and the eyes looked even better!

I love Meng He, he's one of my dream dolls. Not only is he wonderful, but to my delighted surprise Alice gave me a gift of magic eraser and eye putty. I was especially happy because I'd forgotten to order eye putty when I placed my order!

Fantastic! I had an issue with choosing the correct shipping for Hu Xiaodao, but Alice was great to work with and we got the issue solved quickly. I also asked this month when my doll would be shppied and Alice replied promptly that my doll had been shipped. The tracking said it had been delivered! I use a mail drop, so this was a pleasant surprise, lol.

First order took two months for the doll. The second clothing order took two weeks.

Yes the doll's company face up was just like the picture and I am very happy with it. The clothing items are actually better than the pictures. So is the wig. The shoes are nice, but don't fit either of my msd guys, they are just too big. I looked at the measurements, but still too big.

Yes, very! The doll is so cute, I had to get him, lol. I'm very happy with the company face up and the sales promotion that I was able to get him with the face up for the same price as a blank doll. The clothes fit my guy perfectly, the wig is good quality too.

Excellent! There was a little mixup with the correct mode of shipping, but Alice was quick to help sort it out and even gave me a discounted cost on shipping. They also notified me that my order qualified for DZ's summer event gift and offered to add the free gift to my order (I ordered the day before the event began)!

It took about four months production time on DZ's end, but once the dealer received and shipped the order to me it arrived in three days

* When did you order?
I started a layaway with Alice on August 29, and paid it off the third week of November (I don't remember the exact date anymore).
* How was the communication?
Communication was fantastic! Alice answered every question I had and was very patient while I got paypal set up. Every time I sent a payment, I received a confirmation email from Alice within a few hours. The only misstep was my shipping confirmation, and that wasn't Alice's fault. Souldoll didn't send the shipping notice and tracking number until the day I got the doll in the mail.
* How easy was it to pay?
It was easy peasy! I paid through paypal every two weeks, and only missed one payment due to a financial priority that popped up family-wise. I paid double the amount the next time I made a payment, and the doll was paid off.
* How long did it take to ship?
I paid it off the end of the third week in November, and Souldoll shipped it out on December 9. I received both the doll and my shipping notice from Alice's on December 12th.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Absolutely. I couldn't be happier with my boy. The quality was well worth the price I paid.

Well, I got him in normal skin rather than the sandy brown pictured in the sales pictures, and I didn't get his clothes or wig, but even with those differences he looked like the sales pictures.

Amazing! I asked them a few things during this time and they replied so quickly and clearly! I also changed the shipping method for this order and they let me change with no problems. They told me when they got my payment and shipped DHL as promised.
* How easy was it to pay?
Super easy. For the main payment I just did it though paypal automatically and for my extra shipping payment they gave me a link with the payment amount added. I had no problems it was perfect!

Shipped on January 03 2017 and got here on the 09. Already super fast, but It would have been faster if not for the weekend and my city being slower paced! Took longer to get from my own cities DHL center to my home then it took for it to get here from China! xD I'm very happy with how little time it took!

Super great! MYOU dolls are some of the nicest dolls I have ever seen, but since they are not ACs I'll focus on that in a MYOU review. ACs own Wig, head cap, and boots are wonderful quality! The wig fits her like a glove and has elastic so it makes it fit even better! The hair is so soft and stays in place better then any of my other wigs. The head cap is the perfect size and very easy to get on. Really helps too! The boots are adorable and better quality then I could have hoped for! I love them! I can't believe what I great deal these products are! They even sent a free clean eraser and eye putty! I really needed them too!

Yes and better! MYOUs photos are stunning but don't do her justice! She is even cuter in real life and the clothing is even better too! ACs Wig, headcap, and boots all look even cuter in real life too and the quality is better then I expected!

The communication felt pretty good. I received pretty frequent updates during the whole thing.

It was suuuuuuper easy! Just a quick PayPal transaction.

The item shipped out two days after I sent in my payment, and arrived on March 1st - so basically a week and a half after I paid.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
At only $20, I felt it was a steal!

Pretty much... I think the display picture was actually in white, but there were a few pictures without the faceup, so it was easy to see what I was getting.

Good. I inquired about layaway, they gave me details and instructions. I always got acknowledgment of my payments and I got a shipping notice a few days after my order was sent out.

They accept PayPal, so very easy.

* How long did it take to ship?
My order shipped on 4/2 so not even 4 months, barely over 3 months. Which by Loongsoul standards is a miracle.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yea, I talk about this on my Loongsoul feedback already. The clothing and shoes at AC are so good to though. I thought at the price point they may be lower end but they weren't which was really really great.

Yes and no. A lot of items looked just like I expected. However a tank top I bought didn't look even remotely like it was supposed to but it had the right order number on it. And then I was sent the completely wrong pair of stockings (different item reference number even). I also question the measurement ranges they give just a bit.

Yea, I'll make it work. Most of the stuff was top notch.

I don't plan on bringing up the problems to AC directly. It's not worth it. The items are usable (even the one I was sent the wrong item on so I'll make due.

Since I was so new to the hobby, there was so much I wasn't sure about. Alice's Collections answered all my questions quickly and kindly. For example, I wasn't sure if a certain shoe would feet the feet of the doll I was ordering. They replied that it wouldn't but showed me some other shoes that could fit instead, which was so sweet. They were also very prompt in emailing me about updates to my order, such as shipping or when the order had arrived. It was a great experience and made the process of ordering my first doll just that much better!

Absolutely amazing. I don't think anyone can best Alice's Collections in this regard. I would typically hear back in less than 24 hours. They answered all of my questions, and was very friendly; I'm not sure if emails are all handled by Alice or not, hence the vague 'they' but I genuinely enjoyed talking to them.

It was very simple. I'd send my payments to them on my own through paypal, I'd inform them of the payment, and I'd hear back promptly that the payment was received and be updated on the remaining total.

I sent the final payment on March 16th. I was promptly informed he'd be shipped in 2 days, but I believe he was actually sent that same day!

Absolutely!! He's exactly as described, and I don't believe they charged anything in addition to the price Ringdoll sells him for, and for a 72cm fullset it was a crazy good price.

The cheongsam is amazing. It looks and feels like a truly high quality article of clothing, and the detail is excellent. Most unexpected was that it came with a black satin lining--I wasn't expecting that based on the pictures. Makes it feel even more luxurious and sturdy. I have not tried it on the doll it was meant for but it fits well on a similarly sized doll. Everything else is of nice quality, too.

Everything looked exactly like the pictures, except for the eyes. I expected them to be light gray but they've sort of got a greenish cast? They're not as pale as I was expecting. But they were basically free so I can't complain.

I'm a little bit worried to use the zippers on the shoes, but that's more because they're curved more than a zipper that size would normally be than an actual quality issue. The zipper on the jacket works great!

Absolutely. The Miracle body fits very well for the head I bought it for and the Akagi body isn't going to waste either. And I don't see seams on either body.

Not so much dissatisfied, but the hook in the Miracle body's neck somehow jammed down during shipping and left marks in the neck. All I had to do was sand down the rougher area to make sure it doesn't damage the faceup on the head. The head covers most of the damage pretty well.
They offered me any item priced $10 and under as a gift for the issue.

About 1-2 months after the layaway was paid. Loong soul shipped the doll directly to me.
AC shipped the clothes and other items separately 1-2 weeks later.

I am very pleased with the whole ACBJD service. They helped me out when Hongkong customs denied the MK doll and didn’t want to send it back. I received a new one and ACBJD was always super helpful and kind in every way. To be honest, I have never been happier!

It was a bit inconvenient as I misunderstood the free shipping selection in the beginning. I had to purchase more even though I was able to select the free shipping option and ended up having 2 seperate orders.

The accessories arrived within a week of ordering. It was incredibly fast. My souldoll on the other hand, took 7 months lol at no fault of the dealer. Souldoll be putsy.

For the most part. The wig I purchased wasn't the color I thought it would be from the photos, but I easily resold it.

Not entirely, one neck protector was grey, I figured from photo they would both be NS, as no choice in colors. Also the hands were supposed to be NS, they seem more white sjkin so won't work for either of my dolls.

I emailed them about neck protector. Doubt worth getting another one shipped.

Yes, all items received were good quality or better with the exception of the doll stand, which came unglued from its base. :< The components are still solid though, so I guess I'll just re-glue it myself.
