Excellent. I orginally forgot to add the facemasks, but it was very easy to request these to be added to the order.

* How easy was it to pay?
Much easier than other bjd websites as the paypal is built into the site.

* How long did it take to ship?
~30 days to make, delivered the day after shipping. I had to wait a few extra days though because no one was in to take the delivery, and then delayed by the Easter weekend. Extremely fast on dhl's part though, especially considering it was free.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes, it's been a while since I ordered and I haven't directly compared though.

* Were you satisfied with the product?
Yes. The clothes in particular were extremely good quality. I did have some issues getting the shoes on, the straps seem rather tight and I had to use tweezers at one point to get it through! I think it will probably get better after some use though, and I'm not going to make a complaint about it.

* How was the communication? Absolutely wonderful. I asked a lot of questions and they answered them the same day, sometimes the next. They speak English very well and are extremely helpful. They will ask the doll companies questions about the sculpt if you have any.

* How long did it take to ship? A little over a month. He shipped June 4th (My birthday~) and arrived June 10th.

Three different orders were placed consisting of: MSD girl outfit with leggings and a wigcap, 14mm green glass eyes, SD stocking and outfit with a wigcap, faceup gloves, eyelashes and mask, 1/4 Doll Family-H Tao Yue who was sealed with MSC, along with my event head (Aio) and jointed hands.

* How was the communication? The communication got better the more we talked.

* How easy was it to pay? Easy since it was using Paypal.

* How long did it take to ship? 1: 01/11/2013, 2 and 3: 05/31/2013.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? For my orders, no.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes.

* Were you satisfied with the product? No, The outfits were fraying and were sewn uneven, the eyes were chipped and broken (Which they said were usable but I ended up getting cut putting them in my doll's head), and the doll had sharp S hooks which gouged a line into the calf along with black staining in the joints and headcap that I can't remove, they didn't inform me that her white skin was 'creamy' because the company changed it. Her joints are weak so she cannot stand at all..

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? Yes some of them have been resolved, clothing was replaced even though I had to pay for it to be resized. Refunded $3 for the eyes as well as a replacement pair, and a $50 refund. Everything has been resolved.

* How was the communication? I can never say enough good things about alice's communication, always very courteous, quik to respond, and answers questions directly.

* How long did it take to ship? well.. on blythe it took 29 days, which was less than estimated! with Yumi, I ordered her on 4/13 and recieved her on 6/1 i believe.
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? oh yes, not just the dolls, but all the clothes i've ordered from them aswell! we had a small problem when i ordered yumi with a school uniform and the fabric they had run out of, but they promptly contacted me and even did a custom in switching the fabric for another.. and i love it even better now ^^;

Good! I sent Alice an email asking if she had a status update on order #2 and she replied within a couple of hours, telling me that the order had been shipped earlier that day and tracking information would be emailed to me within a day or two.
Either than that, no communication between purchase and shipping but I'm sure if I emailed Alice she would give me updates.

Very easy, through Paypal.

Both took about a month from their order dates to ship out, give or take a couple of days.

Yes! The clothes are super sweet and fit really well.

I'm not really sure. I never received a shipping notice and the order is still noted as "processing". My items arrived at my parent's house today and were shipped through DHL. My large doll's birth card lists her birthday as January 8, 2014 so it had to be after this date.

Even better! Everything from Alice's always comes in such wonderful condition and is packed very nicely.

Pretty much. Some of the items I ordered were not pictured but they were all wonderful.

* How was the communication?
Excellent! Couldn't be more pleased with the communication. Alice replied all my emails at least within a day; once she even replied my email within 2 hours on a Saturday night! Alice answered all my questions promptly and with decent English as well.

Very very easy: Paypal! AC has Paypal built into their site so we can proceed straight to payment after making the order ^^

* How long did it take to ship?
My order was shipped on 27 January 2014 and arrived in Brisbane on 31 January, so just a bit over a month.
The processing time was very reasonable considering I had 1 custom-sized outfit and 1 pair of pre-order glass eyes AND I ordered during the winter event. When I made the order I asked Alice when is the approximate shipping time, and she answered that my order will be shipped around the end of January. And it really did! I'm impressed

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yep! The clothes in particular are of high quality, everything seems to be nicely sewn. Some of the eyes had chippings on the stem, but nothing serious and they're still wearable I guess. Also, some of the eyes seem to have irises that are a bit larger than the rest, but I think it's still in an acceptable margin. The glasses came with a nice little case and cleaning cloth like real glasses which I didn't expect at all ^^

Yes! Some of the outfits look even better than the promo pictures, though I can't comment much yet because the doll intended to wear those outfits hasn't arrived yet.

All right, first time ordering a BJD let alone AC. The only shipping option I could take was the free with 100 or more in accessories, and I didn't figure out till later how to add the remaining 25 to get the hands for the summer event. Alice was polite yet informal when they responded, but I sent them the remaining amount for the hands and shipping and they were very quick in all their replies.

* How easy was it to pay?

Seller only accepts paypal so it was pretty easy

* How long did it take to ship?

Ridiculously fast, AC provides tracking; it left HK on 8/11/2014 cleared customs the 12th and arrived yesterday afternoon (the 13th). For an event I really thought it would be a much longer wait.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

Completely, the doll is amazing and the glass eyes were excellent for the price. AC also sent me a magic eraser and eye putty as gifts.

* Did the item look like the sales pictures?

As always the company photos were more flattering, but they were fairly accurate. Though the nose doesn't really match the picture too well to me, if it wasn't for the rest of the face I would've said they sent the wrong head.

Yes! The doll is amazing, better than I expected.

Unfortunately, when the doll arrived, one of her hands was crushed and she lost three fingers. I mailed the company back with photos. They were really nice and really helpful with the incident. They said they were going to sort it out for me and mail me a new hand for her; and they will take care of the shipping for the hand.

Terrific for both! Alice was quick to answer my questions and even let me know when she was going on vacation so she wouldn't be able to reply right away!

Very easy! Everything went through paypal, but the only downside was the paypal charge.

My first order took almost two months to ship due to Yanji being made, and the second order took only a month (I received them both within two weeks of each other~ Hugh came in today!)

Absolutely! The items were a lot nicer than I expected, and Alice even sent a couple extra gifts with both orders!

The wigs were the only things that didn't look like their sales photos, and everything else was so much nicer than the photos (dolls included )

Aside from a few issues with the clothing, extremely so! (one of Hugh's boot broke, and Yanji's shirt arrived with a broken snap. Hugh's wig is huge on him but that's no big deal since it's only a temp wig)

The communication was amazing! I can't even describe how wonderful it was. I wanted to send the doll to a friend of mine as a gift (the doll was in stock) and I asked if it was possible to put a message in the box for her.
She said that it wasn't a problem and that I should just put in the box. I did what she asked and she send me a message that she would go to the store the following day to buy a cute card where she could put the message on (she didn't charge me or anything and the card was huge!)
Honestly, the customer service I received from this company is better than most. She always answers within 24 hours (even on the weekend) and she answered all of my questions (no matter how stupid they were). It was an amazing experience as a buyer to be able to have such good customer service, it makes me feel a but less nervous knowing the doll I bought is in good hands

I'd still rather they just add the fees to the price of the dolls, but if you think of the meager charge as a tiny handling fee it is worth paying.

The delay was due to getting the gloves from M3 Studio. At first they said the white was not available so they offered black instead. After another while they told me they were not able to get any further reply from M3 Studio about the gloves so they would send the rest of the order as they felt I had already been waiting far too long.

* How was the communication?
Wonderful! Alice answered all of my questions no matter how silly. She answered within minutes sometimes and even on weekends. This is my first BJD and Alice was so kind, helpful and understanding.

* How easy was it to pay?
Extremely easy with Paypal.

* How long did it take to ship?
It took 1 month from the time I ordered until my package was delivered to me. What amazed me is when my order did ship it took about 38 hours from the start to the time I received it (from Hong Kong to the US).

Absolutely.

My doll looks even better in person, and the accessories and clothes were nice looking as well.
