The quality is excellent. One dress was perfect..the other one i have a problem (not thier fault really), the head hole is too small to fit through her whole head...i'll have to take off her head to get the top on...but its such a hassel...so i didnt bother to let my doll wear it.

Better than the sales...but i wished they mentioned the top cant worn w.o removing the dolls head

havent contacted the company..and dont intend to do so

I would! but i'll be more careful to choose ones that can be opened and dont have to pull pass her head.

Wonderful!! Alice replies very quickly and checks their mails even on weekends. Her understanding of the English language is a lot better than most other Custom Service reps too.^_^
* How easy was it to pay?
Very easy with paypal through their checkout system. Alice adds a 'paypal fee' upon checkout, which almost made me want to order from Souldoll directly, but their awesome customer service so very much makes up for this small fee.
* How long did it take to ship?
Nearly three months, about a month more than estimated. But this was Souldoll's fault and not Alice's of course, and Alice was very kind, patient, and comforted me through the awful waiting time (the twins are my first dolls).
* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
This is more of a question for Souldoll but yes. At least, as far as I could tell since they're my first doll and floating head and I have nothing to compare to.
* Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Again, this is more of a question for Souldoll. But no, not really. D.Maillo looks much more mature in person, and his eyes are different even though I got the default ones. I love him now, but it took awhile to shake my failed expectation off and get used to him.

I have several complaints about Souldoll, but none at all with Alice.

Yes! Alice is amazing. I will definitely order through her again if I fall in love with a sculpt from one of the companies they deal with. I highly recommend them as a dealer.

It was more than great!! They contacted me to tell me that their uniforms can be custom-tailored to fit your doll (something I was not expecting!) and they needed my doll's measurements. They resent the email when I didn't reply. Good thing too - it ended up in my spam folder! o_O They answered every question I had quickly and cordially. A true wonder to work with!!

* How easy was it to pay?
A simple Paypal transaction. No muss, no fuss.

* How long did it take to ship?
11 days (11/22/2011). Sooner than they said it would take to ship! It arrived in 3 weeks exactly.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
VERY!!! The uniform was quite cheap for the quality of the product. It is beautifully made and, while I sadly don't have the doll it was meant to fit yet, it fits another of my boys like a dream. I could not recommend their clothing more!!

It looks just like it with minor color differences (the chains were gold instead of silver, no big deal). And they included a tie that wasn't in the picture!

YES!!!

Definitely yes!

Yes...although there was a corset that didnt quite fit very nicely. The picutres on the site dont do the clothes justice.

(Perhaps a point to note, i've previously ordered clothes and it didnt have zips or buttons! had to cut and sew so i wont have to remove my dolls head everytime. Also, the wrist openings are a little small, my dolls fingers cant get through..so had to do some minor alterations again.)

At first I was disappointed because I didn't think I received any order or shipping confirmation, but apparently they had gone to my spam folder ^^;;;
I have emailed Alice several times asking questions and she replies fast and is extraordinary kind!

I was blown away by the quality, especially since they were on sale. Even at full price it is worth it for the quality.

The purple ones did but the red ones look very pink in person.

I was a bit saddened about the red pants.

I emailed them. Alice said the color of pants I got was accurate. She recommended a different pair of pants that were red and offered me a %20 discount if I wanted to get them.
She really didn't have to do that and I was very touched!

Oh it was beyond in my eyes! Even though a snap came off the jumper and a gem off the horn in shipping but besides that, which I am sure was just nothing anyways, the quality was wonderful!

Yes! The dress I ordered looked like it had ruffles on the chest but the pictures were a little small for me to see.

AMAZING!!!!! She replied within minutes when I mailed her asking about the Ringdoll outfit. She found out for me that RD had it in stock and I also inquired about KKB228 White - the listing for the item had pictures of variations of the outfit. She created a new listing and split up the variations so I could order the style I wanted @@ So Awesome!!!!!!!!!
And also the items did take awhile to ship (which is understandable) and they let me add the elastic onto the order It was really very painless too!

Good~ Alice updated me when they received my order, when they were ready to ship, and then updated me with a tracking number as soon as it became available.

It shipped on January 16th, and arrived today so..Just under a month? But it was regular airmail, and during the aftermath of the holiday season, so that's normal.

The shorts were a little longer then expected, but that's okay. The plaid shirt however is much more brown then I was expecting.

Great, Alice got back to me very fast via e-mail. I made another order on January 27th and asked for them to be shipped together and they did. I got an e-mail update with tracking info when my orders were shipped.

Easy via Paypal. I was charged 3.9% in Paypal fees for my orders; this was not mentioned anywhere on the site.

Shipped on Feb 18 and arrived in about two business days via DHL.

Yes, for the most part. Except for one item KKB228 Black #2 the photo show two ribbons on the front and it only had one (which I ended up liking better anyway) and one pair of the shoes looked white on the site but in real life it had this off-white greenish hue >_< This is not their fault, but I wanted to point it out. The glass eyes are very lovely though and look amazing in person!

Yea, definitely! I love buying from Alice's, as I've never been disappointed with their products, and their prices are great!

Yes; one pair of jeans was a little bigger than the other though. One pair fits my boy like a dream, but the other looks like a pair of still-slightly-too-big handmedowns! XD It's alright though, as they are OK with a belt. :P

* Were you satisfied with the product? Yes, mostly. I found the wig to be super shiny and not really pre-styled at all. Although it looks nice otherwise. It looked as if one of the red eyes I ordered was more brownish than its counterpart, but, I guess maybe that is to be expected with glass eyes sometimes. One of the stockings was sewn together somehow on the opening, lol. But it's easily fixable. The dress didn't seem to have any flaws although it did not come with any "pumpkin pants". They threw in a free magic sponge.

Certainly with most of the items. With the wigs however they leave much to be desired. One of them needs to be brushed a certain way to hide a gap on one side of the wig nearing the top. The second is hardly savable. The fabric of the wig is very visible in the front with hardly any hair to hide it. It's like there was hair put in at the top of the wig and left to fall as it may, but unlike the rest of the wig there isn't much leading down the wig so the fabric can't be hidden no matter how I part it. It has left much to be desired and I was sadly disappointed by what I received.

I contacted them through the site and sent two images to show them the problem with the item I received. They were very prompt and it was solved quickly. Around 10 days (it's event season, so I got the free EMS shipping, which made it not take nearly as long as other stories I've heard) I got worried because it told me it dispatched from Shanghai last Thursday, and didn't update until 12/10 saying it was in my state. I really wish AC had more photos of their products, because at first glance, these boots look like they could be for either boy or girl dolls. I didn't really care about the flower-esque buckle on the side; I wanted these shoes for my SD boy. Because there is no side view, they do not tell you that these boots are not flat on the bottom; they have a heel. Not a small heel, but a heel. Again, I'll show pictures later when I can actually take them out. I bought them to go with a pair of leather pants I was also buying, and while it could look kind of strange, I'm doubting it's going to be a big issue. If so, I'll just leave them for the doll I'm saving for and her wardrobe. I just really wish they had more than one view of the shoes because this might be very important to someone down the line.

Non-existent. We tried contacting them after seven weeks without any updates via 3 emails. They never got back to us.

The quality, for my items, were pretty good. The jacket is excellent. The skirt has some frays and hanging strings. For the price, they were great.

The skirt was a much different color, but it may have been my monitor.

Yes. I was huffy about the wait, but when I got them, I happily trudged on.
