@velvetvice - unoa boys seem to come up second hand fairly often and tend to not sell super fast so I would say it's ok to wait if the time isn't right for you!
Hi, first I must admite I may be dumb, but I don't understand how to buy at unoa using tenso, I can't find their shop, I don't know if I need to make something on tenso and then buy from the same alchemic labo... do you know where can I find directions for dummies? Is as difficult as I find it to be? Thank you
Had some wonderful dolly mail today! I had a faceplate and headback as well as some hands, so I bought a set of parts on the MP and asked the seller if there were any spare feet hanging around I could buy. And a quick ankleball sanding later, this girl is complete! She's cobbled together from 3 separate Unoa releases: b-grade Madoromi 1.0 faceplate, Yubisashi option hand parts, and the confirmed legit secondhand main parts. Then with her aftermarket indie caster headback and Xagadoll feet, now modded to fit her legs, she's 5 for 5 on frankendoll parts. So I'm naming her Frankie! Here she is freshly strung and dressed, leaning back on Lucky, my O-face boy. I'll have to get a pic of them with my Sist hybrid girl and do a group shot! But that would require painting both the girls orz so many faceups, so little time
Here's the Alchemic Labo eshop: 錬金術工房 ALCHEMICLABO WEBSHOP The easiest way to purchase from them is to use a proxy service, like Buyee or DeJapan, you just copy the product links into their service forms, specify the options you want and let them purchase for you. Your wares will arrive at their warehouse and you can then have it sent to you I haven't used Noppin or Tenso but I assume those work similarly.
I used tenso and it was honestly kind of confusing for me (as someone who had never used a proxy service before.) you make an account on tenso first (they will ask for a lot of information from you- including your legal name and address) and then they will give you an address to a warehouse on the section that says 'my page'. you use the address when you check out on the alchemic labo eshop (which is covered by the tutorial here: |錬金術工房WEBSHOP under the section 'here's how to shopping'.) after that alchemic labo ships the doll to tenso, and tenso ships the doll to you (:
I did a dezombification dye on my Unoa 1.5 today. original fairy skin tone on top, post dye on bottom, next to Doll Leaves white for comparison. I had done this Lusis faceplate for her a couple years ago, but on Monday or Tuesday I’ll be putting a Faceup on a Sist plate I got on the marketplace. The Lusis pink tone was achieved by starting the faceup with a layer of light lavender pastel sealed below the faceup. You can still see the original yellow of the fairy skin under her chin and behind her ears. I’m very happy with the results and excited to move on to the new face this week. Unoa is so easy to restring compared to some of my other dolls.
happy to finally be joining the Unoa owner club soon! i'll be getting an unoa b-el and unoa decadent l-bi faceplate both in paradise skin. I'm thinking of giving b-el's body to the L-bi but then b-el will need his own body lol. if anyone has any good hybrid reccs i'd be open to them
I've seen the DFH slim body work well on unoa hybrids before, although, with the... tumultuous US tariff situation on especially Chinese imports, they may not the most ideal hybrid body right now. It does sound like DFH's newer tan formula is a close match to paradise resin, although I haven't seen it in person. The slim DFH girl body was one of my contenders if I did a unoa girl hybrid.
