Warning Aileen.love banned for scamming

Yeah mine says I have to wait 10 days before escalating to a claim. If she does reply, dont close your dispute, keep it open and wait for your item. If it arrives and is not what she sold, then you change your dispute from item not received to item not as described. I highly doubt it will come to this. I have also never had issues with PayPal in the past. They have been pretty good. I am Leary to buy or sell anymore unless it's with friends... good friends.. :/

 

I know what you are feeling, I am sorry too that this situation can happen anytime any of us. The main problem I think is that I did not check her feedback due to the excitement for having found a MNF body for a good price, so I just forgot to look in her profile...
I have a lot of experience in the market place, buying and selling dolls, so many I have already lost the count...
That is why I think the feedback is so important, but as you can see even knowing this I did not check hers...

Yes, mine says the same, I have to wait 10 days for the response of the seller. But to be honest I do not think she have in fact the items she put on sale, so i really doubt we will be getting them..
I feel you for only wanting to buy or sell to friends, this situation is really bad

 

Yes, I certainly do get that. But I have bought items on this forum for years and at least 95% of those transactions have been amazing. So I will continue to buy here because most folks are very trustworthy. But I will no longer purchase from someone who has no feedback and hasn’t been here long. Unless they have positive feedback on another forum such as eBay, Etsy, etc.

Just to give some informations : I did get a few problems like this one on eBay, having paid with PayPal. The best thing to do is to open a dispute, then phone PayPal right away because it goes much faster this way, I even received my money once the day I had phoned them.
The best is to explain PayPal that this girl is using several PayPal accounts and you should make a list of those accounts and give them to PayPal as it will help.
If the girl is no more on PayPal is not a problem as they have the right to get the money directly from her bank account given by her at the date of the translation, this is what they told me not long ago, and I did get my money back.

So does paypal lose out on money then? Or do they access her account and take it all back? I'm just curious how this works. As long as everyone paid as goods and merchandise, I think you all will be ok

 

You would think they can't immediately close an account.. I haven't ever closed paypal so i'm not sure the process, but you would think they would give it some time, like they do for everything else...

I do think too they can get the money from her bank account, because probably she did transfer the money from her paypal to her bank as soon as she got it from us...

As I never closed my paypal I do not know how it works, but I am pretty sure her paypal was blocked as soon as paypal received so many claims...

I got the mail concerning the refund today Oh, I am so reliefed the issue is done for me. And again: thanks to paypal and for their working system!

As paypal is operating in almost every country I would not be surprised if they even take law-ly steps towards Aileen.

Is anybody still waiting for their confirmation of refund through paypal?
