Warning Aileen.love banned for scamming

    1. I did a transaction with Aileen.love for a doll last week...went through drama sending, then her refunding my payment to a few different Paypal accounts (at her request, not mine)...only to send it to the final one she requested it be sent to, and now its radio silence. Have sent messages thru here and also emails directly and haven't heard a peep. I would love to get the doll I purchased, but at this point, I might have to start a dispute with Paypal. Am really trying to avoid that and give her the benefit of the doubt.
      PLEASE answer my messages Aileen. Let me know what is going on...I won't be mad. I just want to know what is going on.

    5. I also haven't heard from her in a few days regarding a doll transaction. As I agreed to do paypal in a weird way (though I have yet to pay), this makes me a little nervous as well. Would like to join in this page.

      Everyone that has paid her, should start a dispute thru PayPal as soon as possible. I don't want you to miss out on your opportunity to file a claim. Think it's only 20 days. If you haven't paid...DON'T!!!

    12. I filed a dispute this morning. Would be good for everyone in this predicament to file so Paypal could see how serious this is. And after I filed, I received a message from them that there could be a 30 day period before I heard from them.

    16. September 7th I paid for tan minifee mirwen $375 total and that's also the last time I heard from her. :/
       
    17. I purchased a tan Liria, that she messaged me pictures of after she told me she mistakenly sold the tan Mirwen to someone else. I paid $378 ($350/doll + $28/shipping)
      3 payment transactions happened
      1. Sept 13th $378 to paypal email [email protected] ; refunded with an hour
      2. Sept 13th $378 to paypal email [email protected] ; refunded Sept 14th
      3. Sept 16th $378 to paypal email [email protected]

      Last contacted on Friday, Sept 14th, apologizing for all the Paypal issues and that she would hold the doll for me until I could post the payment again.
       
    18. September 10th I sent my payment for the item I bought from her.
      She sold me a Feeple60 Celine in tan skin for 400 usd + shipping. Total was $430 USD.
      I have last heard from her on September 11th.
      She said she would ship either on Friday September 14th or Monday September 17th at the latest.

    20. I sent payment in full to Aileen.love in September 6. She confirmed that she had received my payment in a message that she sent to me on September 10. I have not heard anything from her since that date despite repeated requests for shipping information.

      I purchased the tan minifee Mirwen from her.

    27. Yep, I did a little research as on one of the pictures there is a tag (see yellow highlight on print screen). And I've found this account from a russian girl: Долгожданная Мирвен - Бэйбики

      I might be wrong, but it looks like the exact same doll to me :/ I've also found the IG account of this Annamalua and did write her a message to ask if it's her doll, but I haven't heard back yet.

      I would also like to know if there is a way to forward the thread to Paypal in case, I've opened a case too.
       
    31. I would think having multiple cases open against the same account would be a red flag to them, but maybe I'm mistaken.

    36. I’ve bought a Fairyland Minifee body, didn’t get the doll and didn‘t get my money back. I‘ve bought a Fairyland body from Aileen.love from the Netherlands. Exactly on the day she wanted to send the body, she allegedly got sick. I waited a week and asked again where my body was. I got the answer, it would have been worse. She would be in the hospital now. I waited another 2 weeks. In the time she has offered more dolls for sale.

      I told her I would contact PayPal. She said that if the doll was not on her way until Monday, she would send me back my money. I am waiting for another week. I have handed over the case PayPal. I hope I get my money back.

    37. This is exactly the same history like mine, sadly..., I also bought a MNF A line body from her and sent the payment at 23 of august, after that I only heard lies from her. I received the same messages like Divo T__T

      Paypal said they will wait for the response of the seller and they will contact me within 10 days at maximum. I really hope they sent me my money back... T___T

    42. @Aileen.love has been banned for scamming the DoA community. Although the moderation team does not get involved in transactions, we highly suggest any members involved in transactions with @Aileen.love initiate paypal claims or disputes if you have not done so yet.

    44. @wrxgal Maybe some screenshots of your conversation? They should be able to view your account to see you paid her x-amount. Or a screenshot of your history showing that you paid her x-amount? I've never done a paypal claim, so this is a guess. Someone else may know better what to do.

    49. Ugh so sorry to hear .... yeah I will be curious to see how paypal deals with all of this. If she closed her account ( if she is able), how does paypal get our money back? So many questions.... yeah, lets update each other when we can.... and keep our fingers crossed...
       
    50. I called Paypal to inquire about that. If she doesn’t answer them in the 10 day period she is given, the case is closed at that time and she is found to be in the wrong ofcourse. So I then mentioned “and we get our refunds?” She said we would. Has anybody ever filed something like this and not been refunded? Also not sure how long it would take to get refund.

    54. Thank you so much for letting us know about this. I really hope we get our money back. To be honest I can not remember to have claimed before to paypal, since i always could handle with the seller with me as a buyer if anything was wrong and never had to go so far to claim for my refund...

      This is so upsetting and so sad at the same time, I was so happy for being able to get the MNF body T___T :(. I have been scammed before here, with trades, sadly, but was not lucky enough and lost my money. I hope this time I get my money back.
       
    55. @brighteyes22 , I know what you mean. I have been wanting a cute tan minifee Mirwen at a price in that range for some time.


      I hope we get our money back too. If we don’t, I will be having some definite questions about their money back guarantee for them. Hopefully Paypal don’t favor ebay for money back guarantees. If it turns out they do, I will be asking on other social media forums to find out if other people have had similar experiences wth Paypal.
       
    56. I have unfortunately had other instances were I had to dispute transactions with Paypal. They have always given me my money back when appropriate...like this transaction. I trust Paypal on this; this is exactly why I use them all the time. Even have a Paypal debit card that I use over my bank one because they are much safer and quicker to resolve issues.
      Anyways, if she doesn't contact them and give them tracking numbers proving that she sent us all our dolls, and that they were delivered, Paypal will side with us and issue refunds. They are usually pretty quick to issue the refund once the initial 10 days passes and she doesn't contact them back.
      The one thing I suggest to everyone, is to make sure you have ESCALATED your DISPUTE to a CLAIM with Paypal. That is when the 10 days start counting down and you are on the fast track to resolving and getting your refund. Message me if you have any questions.

    57. Makes me very cautious to ever do a transaction here. I have been out of the doll world for years and am just coming back into it. This situation isn't making me feel good at all. Don't know who can be trusted...
