Please respond to me also @Aileen.love regarding my purchase. It's been almost 2 weeks with no word on anything.

 

Please reply to my messages, it's been almost two weeks since I paid for a doll and have received no updates from you. Thank you.

I also haven't heard from her in a few days regarding a doll transaction. As I agreed to do paypal in a weird way (though I have yet to pay), this makes me a little nervous as well. Would like to join in this page.

 

I also am waiting to hear from her since last Monday.
I sent the payment and she said she would ship my doll on this Monday at the lastest.
I messaged her on Tuesday. No reply, no tracking.

I am also waiting to hear from her. I purchased a doll from her, sent the money and have heard nothing from her although she promised to send tracking information within a week.

I filed a dispute this morning. Would be good for everyone in this predicament to file so Paypal could see how serious this is. And after I filed, I received a message from them that there could be a 30 day period before I heard from them.

 

I didnt get the 30 day but think it's just an automated reply. Funny we all "bought" the same doll or dolls...

September 7th I paid for tan minifee mirwen $375 total and that's also the last time I heard from her. :/

 

September 10th I sent my payment for the item I bought from her.
She sold me a Feeple60 Celine in tan skin for 400 usd + shipping. Total was $430 USD.
I have last heard from her on September 11th.
She said she would ship either on Friday September 14th or Monday September 17th at the latest.

 

I sent payment in full to Aileen.love in September 6. She confirmed that she had received my payment in a message that she sent to me on September 10. I have not heard anything from her since that date despite repeated requests for shipping information.

I purchased the tan minifee Mirwen from her.

 

Yes, that is exactly what we figured out too. I have already filed with Paypal.

Last heard from her on September 10th, discussing the sale of the tan Minifee Mirwen after they claimed the last person had stopped responding. Initially asked me to pay via bank transfer. I had not paid an y money when they disappeared.

 

Oh no, I knew it was to good to be true T__T Well, I guess I have the same problem as I haven't heard back from her after I've sent my last payment on monday.

Btw, for the Minifee Mirwen sale she used pics from another person. She's not the first owner of the item.

Yep, I did a little research as on one of the pictures there is a tag (see yellow highlight on print screen). And I've found this account from a russian girl: Долгожданная Мирвен - Бэйбики



I might be wrong, but it looks like the exact same doll to me :/ I've also found the IG account of this Annamalua and did write her a message to ask if it's her doll, but I haven't heard back yet.

@Gathephaar @wrxgal you're welcome. I usually always do some investigation before buying a doll, should have remarked there was something wrong >__<

I would also like to know if there is a way to forward the thread to Paypal in case, I've opened a case too.

 

I would think having multiple cases open against the same account would be a red flag to them, but maybe I'm mistaken.

I’ve bought a Fairyland Minifee body, didn’t get the doll and didn‘t get my money back. I‘ve bought a Fairyland body from Aileen.love from the Netherlands. Exactly on the day she wanted to send the body, she allegedly got sick. I waited a week and asked again where my body was. I got the answer, it would have been worse. She would be in the hospital now. I waited another 2 weeks. In the time she has offered more dolls for sale.

I told her I would contact PayPal. She said that if the doll was not on her way until Monday, she would send me back my money. I am waiting for another week. I have handed over the case PayPal. I hope I get my money back.

 

This is exactly the same history like mine, sadly..., I also bought a MNF A line body from her and sent the payment at 23 of august, after that I only heard lies from her. I received the same messages like Divo T__T

I claimed my money to paypal and hope we all get the payments back, I cross my finger for all of us! *__*

 

What are we hitting, like, nearly 10 people on this list now?

Paypal said they will wait for the response of the seller and they will contact me within 10 days at maximum. I really hope they sent me my money back... T___T

What do we do if PayPal asks for screenshots of transactions?

 

@wrxgal Maybe some screenshots of your conversation? They should be able to view your account to see you paid her x-amount. Or a screenshot of your history showing that you paid her x-amount? I've never done a paypal claim, so this is a guess. Someone else may know better what to do.

 

I made screenshots of the communication. That must be enough for PayPal.

I made screenshots also. They should only need us to provide proof that we tried to contact and settle the problem with her on our own prior to starting our claim I think.

 

Another scammed user here. Same story of her gotten sick and stuff.

Thanks to @Divo for making me aware of this scam, I might have waited a few weeks more. And Thanks to everybody else for taking actions. Please update here how paypal reacts to your claim.

 

Ugh so sorry to hear .... yeah I will be curious to see how paypal deals with all of this. If she closed her account ( if she is able), how does paypal get our money back? So many questions.... yeah, lets update each other when we can.... and keep our fingers crossed...

 

I called Paypal to inquire about that. If she doesn’t answer them in the 10 day period she is given, the case is closed at that time and she is found to be in the wrong ofcourse. So I then mentioned “and we get our refunds?” She said we would. Has anybody ever filed something like this and not been refunded? Also not sure how long it would take to get refund.

Thank you so much for letting us know about this. I really hope we get our money back. To be honest I can not remember to have claimed before to paypal, since i always could handle with the seller with me as a buyer if anything was wrong and never had to go so far to claim for my refund...

This is so upsetting and so sad at the same time, I was so happy for being able to get the MNF body T___T . I have been scammed before here, with trades, sadly, but was not lucky enough and lost my money. I hope this time I get my money back.

 

@brighteyes22 , I know what you mean. I have been wanting a cute tan minifee Mirwen at a price in that range for some time.


I hope we get our money back too. If we don’t, I will be having some definite questions about their money back guarantee for them. Hopefully Paypal don’t favor ebay for money back guarantees. If it turns out they do, I will be asking on other social media forums to find out if other people have had similar experiences wth Paypal.
