@Shailara thanks for your respinse! I had a Huisa from 2014 and the match wasn't bad at all. I'm just worried because I think I read somewhere that they changed resin colours...

 

my friend said her old millhwa (from 2010) doesn't match crobi at all but it's possible the head has been exposed to the sun cause it's super yellow.

 

@Shailara uh oh that doesn't sound promising guess I just have to wait to find out. Thanks for letting me know though! will report back here once it arrives

I just put my layaway through FaithZ for Sohwa head in normal skin... can't wait for him next year in March... actually I want to order Doha but I just miss the deadline, Sohwa it's just amazing sculpt that I can't ever miss...

 

@kuze I definitely plan on ordering Huisa! I think his sculpt looks great. Nothing like another SWITCH doll for the collection!

Hi guys, I'm new on this thread. I wanted to show you my new boy, Ulrik. He's a Switch Waseon on Attractive body. Can't be hapier with him! I did the faceup and the wig.

I had a Waseon some years ago but sold it and regretted it. Now I will never let go Waseon again!



Did you saw the next Switch release? "Huisa Direction". It can be the faceup, but he seems different than the old Huisa. What you guys think? He's really cute!

 

@Hisomu Congrats on getting Waseon back! He's my favorite SWITCH sculpt. I compared the new Huisa to the previous one when the sculpt images were revealed and the sculpts are not identical. They are both nice, but I prefer the new one.

 

@Hisomu Congratulations! I recently discovered Switch (I was trying to focus on MSDs only for the sake of my wallet XD) and Waseon is one of my favourite sculpts!

@kuze I am! I wouldn't have thought about getting him with the old sculpt/faceup, but the new release made me change my mind.

However, since he is a limited release, I was wondering if the event could be ended earlier? In case Switch receives too many orders for example. Sorry if it is a stupid question, but this will be the first time I order from them and I wouldn't want to miss the chance of getting him

I owned the older version of Huisa so I can easily tell that they are very different! I prefer the newer one too! Super tempted to get him (and pretty much all of their new releases tbh) but I really shouldn't buy any more dolls

@pirouette oh wow!! I hope you share pics once you get him! I think they stick to the order period but I'm not 100% on that

I think they are all sold out? I checked a few hours after you posted and the only doll they seemed (and still seem) to have in stock is a Dollism Waseon. There is a basic Doha head without the red "sold out" tag when you view all the products, but once you click on it is says Sold out / Quantity 0.

 

Yep, missed him. He was there when I reposted, but definitely seems to be gone now...

 

ahah its ok acctualy I'm in love with Sohwa first but when I know sohwa was limited I just think to get Doha instead of sohwa. but now I already put my first payment for sohwa.

I always thought I couldn't buy Switch sculpts but here I go. After I bought a Soseo holy ver, I decided i want more Switch on my crew. And after few researches, learned about Faithz who accept layaways. Huhu I missed the preorder of Huisa in FaithZ. (I can't go all out in Switch website as they don't offer layaway) luckily Sensitive Dojin is still up until 30th and I do want to get it. ^^

 

Good luck... I also put my first payment of Sohwa head through FaithZ, without FaithZ maybe I'll never get my grail Sohwa...

I just wanted to share with the group in case anyone was curious of girl bodies to use with Switch heads I have some successful girl hybrids. This is my Switch pavian head on a granado Nuevo girl body on the left and the switch seolrok holy head on a doll in mind body. My friend did have to make a neck donut for my granado hybrid though but not hard at all.

 

Ah thank you for the hybrids They look very nice! I have been looking for a female switch hybrid to give me ideas for Hwahui!

 

@Shailara I have a hwahui head too! Let me know if there are any other bodies you want to see the head on. I have girl bodies from crobidoll, dollmore, and doll chateau

 

Ah it would be lovely if it's not a whole lot of trouble to see it on Crobidoll and DC (feel free to message me if you don't want to spam the thread aha 8D )

@Holstein and @Shailara here is a pic of the Hwahui head on several different bodies.

Ignore the puttyXD use it to hold my wig.
From left to right:
Crobidoll chaste bust body
Dollmore youth eve body
Doll Chateau Adult body

I can send pictures too of the Hwahui head on the granado and doll in mind bodies too but it will fit great just like my other heads as well :3 those two and the crobidoll body is what I consider the best fit. I know Limwha single jointed girl bodies also look great with a switch head.

I received my Mocha SWITCH Waseon three days ago! I haven't had the chance to open him up yet, but from a few Instagram posts I've seen of others, I'm guessing they've all arrived or will shortly arrive to people's homes. ^^

 

@Elk I can’t wait to see yours! Switch posted back on the 15th that all the Mocha Waseons have been sent out, I’ve been waiting for the photos to start

Haha! Unfortunately, it might take some time before my Mocha Waseon gets a face-up; I have a few dolls that I want to prioritize face-ups for before he gets one.

No, I ordered directly from SWITCH (so it makes me wonder how many people entered for the raffle)! Did you get a tracking number for yours or are you still waiting on FaithZ to receive him? :0

 

I'm still waiting on FaithZ to receive him. Last I inquired, they said they'd have him in early January .

 

I'm expecting my Doha head to arrive at any point within the next 2 weeks! A Miro 66 body in Normal Classic skin should arrive for him in January or February as well. I'll be saving up for the Attractive SWITCH body as well, though, but may get a girl from them first..

I'd like to ask, for normal skin, what jointed hands does everyone prefer for their SD17 SWITCH boys? I'm considering Sadol hands or Doll Legend. Sadol should match decently but unsure of which Doll Legend color would (NS yellow or pink, or imported resins?).

 

Oh! But that's coming up fast. You got yours with a face-up, right? Definitely take pictures once you receive him. ^^
