Mention you need to change your address, your order number, and what the new address should be.

Then change it everywhere you can change it yourself too:
Login : BJD - Alice's Collections - BJD Dolls, BJD Accessories

 

Yes, just contact Alice. They're usually very quick to reply. As long as your doll hasn't shipped yet, it's possible to change the shipping address.

 

I've done this! Like everyone has said, just email them, they won't have a problem with it
