A picture that is special to you ~

This is one of the first shots I took of Paul after he came home from his faceup. He's the first BJD I ever bought and for years I've been doing my own faceups on him because he's my baby and I was scared to send him away, but I finally got the courage to send him off, knowing I'd never be able to get it just right on my own. I'm so happy with him now.

 

This is from the first South NJ doll meet I ever went to. Arianne02 asked if there were any dolls anyone wanted her to bring, and I mentioned I was considering getting a couple Iplehouse dolls. She brought her EID Jessica, and I fell in love when I saw her doll I got my own Jessica a little over a year later, but this photo I took of Arianne02's Jessica is always going to be special to me.



It was also the beginning of a number of wonderful friendships

 

I was trying to curl up on the couch to watch a movie and made the mistake of setting a doll down, first. And then another, and another... And then I ended up watching the movie from the floor, but they were too cute and comfy looking to move!
So I tried to capture the moment with my camera and the lighting was strange and then I was playing with filters and settings and this happened and I really really like it but have no where to post it so it stays on my desktop where I can just look at it and smile every once in a while XD

 

This one because I celebrated his 10th year living with me. I can't wait to celebrate his 20th, 30th, 40th (if I get to live that long haha)

 

This is my first doll, Emily, after I put in her eyes and put on her wig. I cried.
